*** was purchased by an Independent Ambassador Emily P*** ID# *** and resold to the complainant, Shannon H*** as a direct customerOur direct customer return policy can be viewed at http://plexusworldwide.com/products/guarantee and reads; If a customer is unsatisfied with a product purchased directly from an Ambassador, they have up to days to return to that Ambassador their unused product and its original packaging, their full name, phone number and emailOnce this is done, the Ambassador issues the customer a refund for the purchase priceThe Ambassador then contacts Plexus Customer Service for authorization and sends the collected items to PlexusAfter contacting the customer to verify that you have issued their refund, Plexus will issue replacement product for the return items submittedWe have attempted to contact Emily P*** by phone and email to inform her of this policy and her responsibility as Shannon H***’s Ambassador to refund her $After Shannon H*** has confirmed this refund a replacement Plexus Slim will be shipped to Emily P***It is not necessary to collect or send in the used product at this timeWe have also replied to Shannon H***’s emailPlease keep up updated of this process and contact with Emily P***Please let me know if you need anything further

I am totally disappointed and heartbroken with Plexus The way this business is being ran is totally unacceptable A website change went into effect in October and it has been a nightmare You can't get thru on the phone lines You can't get a response from email You can't get your products thru the mail in any kind of timely manner or at all You can't get a refund in a timely manner or at all What seemed to be a nice company with good leaders, now seems like the company from hell and I won't say what I think about the leaders because it is so bad It's like the ambassadors are trying so hard to get customers that every time I look at facebook I see another gimmick about these products Like body cream that makes your hair look fabulous....come on! People giving this stuff to their pets! People being healed from cancer and fibromyalgia and sugar diabetes PLEASE....STOP THE MADDNESS!!! Do these people has no compliance? Can they just say anything about these products How do they stay in business with this horrible service?
