To whom it may concern; Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaintPlexus Worldwide shares the same concerns as this complainant regarding the use of unsubstantiated claimsPrior to the creation of all Plexus Ambassadorships, each applicant must agree to Plexus policies,
procedures, terms and conditions, or what is collectively referred to as the ambassador contractPer this contractual agreement: “The only claims and representations Ambassador may make regarding Products are those found in the literature distributed by the Company, or claims found on Official Company WebsitesAny third-party material used for Ambassador Business must comply with all federal and local laws and regulationsAn Ambassador may not make any express or implied health or medical claims of any kind relating to any Product except for those claims, if any, that are published in Company literature approved for the country in which the claims are presentedUnder no circumstances may an Ambassador prescribe any Product as suitable for a particular ailmentNo claims may be made as to therapeutic or curative properties of any Product offered by the Company.” To ensure our ambassadors are complying with the Plexus policies and procedures, as well as all state and federal laws and regulations, Plexus has established a Compliance department, which monitors our ambassadors and enforces company policiesViolation of the Plexus contractual agreement, or state and federal laws and regulations, can result in the suspension or termination of one’s ambassadorship, as well as forfeiture of any commissionsShould the complainant have a specific issue they wish to notify Plexus about, they may complete the “Report Violation” form found here: https://plexusworldwide.com/report/ Thank you again for the opportunity to respond to the compliantPlease let me know if we can be of any future assistance

I take it very seriously to write a bad review about a company, because I do not like to hurt good companies This one is not one of those I ordered a trial of Plexus since my neighbor had become a rep I did not enroll in their auto enrollment program as I just wanted to try it It didn't really do anything for me Well, the next month, I received an automatic shipment - I thought, well, let me try it just one more month No weight lossI then received another supply unsolicited I contacted my neighbor/broker -she just told me to login and cancel I couldn't login - their website won't let you reset your password at allI sent numerous emails to customer service - the one time I got a response, I had to log in to their site to read it - which I couldn't! Hours spent on hold I have $worth of product I want to return, but can't get anyone to talk to meI have had to cancel my credit card so they stop renewing this phantom subscription DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I even got so desperate as to reach out to the head of HR on LinkedIn with a private message with no response This is a sad excuse for a company

What are the non-compliant issues? I was not aware I was doing anything wrong?
With all of the calls I made to Plexus, why was I not told that my account was on hold? This would have saved everyone involved a whole lot of time and frustration
What about the orders on hold that have been paid for? If you do not intend to ship them out, then I want to be refunded immediately
The reason it shows several attempted processes is because I was trying to get my orders placed! The orders would not go through online yet they would go through when I called on the phone? I did try several times to process orders This all does not make sense at all and is very sketchy
I did provide my SS # when I signed up to be an ambassador I have no idea why you were unable to process it but the info was provided

This complaint is most definitely NOT CLOSED until I have the full refund in my accountPlexus customer service promised a refund of the Slim on August 3, I still don't have itIt wasn't until I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com that I received a response of any sortThis issue should have been expedited by Plexus since they failed to follow through with the original promiseThat refund better be on my account by Fri August 18, I also hope that you are assessed a fine for this as you have had multiple complaints of the his nature and you continue to do itStop it! I have been trying to get a refund from this company for four days I have sat on hold between two phone calls for over two hours to get told I was shipped a product I don't want because it makes me sickI canceled the order and they billed my credit card and are now saying they shipped it although the post office says it hasn't been shipped yetThe company says I can't have a refund till I return the product that I didn't want and haven't received and hasn't even been shipped yetCustomer service is an absolute joke I asked to speak with a supervisor the is going to be another hut on hold I am sureGood luck with this scam of a company I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAINIF THEY CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD AGAIN I WILL BE CALLING THE LAW FOr now I am calling my bank

Thus company has the worst customer service I have experienced! I put in a request to cancel my ambassadorship about a month agoI never received back a confirmation, even though their email said they'd respond in about business daysAfter not hearing back and them sending an autoshipment and charging my credit card after my request not to, I emailed them! Gave them about a week to respond, and they never didI then tried to call and couldn't get anyone to pick upI tried emailing again, and still have not received a response or confirmationI want it to STOP and my credit card to stop being charged! I will never recommend this company to anyone!
