To Whom it may concern; Thank you again for the opportunity to respondOnce a cancellation form is submitted by a Plexus Ambassador a confirmation email is sent to the email address on file We have reviewed our email system and were unable to find any cancellation form or confirmation email (Please see attached). if the complainant can substantiate their claim that the cancelled this account by providing documentation of the cancellation we would appreciate this be submitted for reviewAs confirmed by the complainants credit card statements the January order was credited back on 1/19/2017, and we have since refunded the February charge at the request of the complainant on 2/8/2017Unless the complainant can provide any additional substantiation for their compliant we believe this issue has been resolvedPlease let me know if we can assist further

The email they sent me said after the amount was processed, it might take one billing cycle, not two, and they stated to you. I am sure I was refunded the money due to your help. Thank you very much

The only purchase required to obtain and maintain a Plexus Ambassador account is the annual $membership feeAll product purchases, including monthly autoshipments, are
optionalOn 7/the complainant's monthly autoshipment was cancelled and placed in a "deleted" status(Please see attached)
Further review confirmed that on 7/27/a new autoshipment was created, and set to run on 8/27/
The complainant contacted Plexus Worldwide 8/regarding this new order and a refund was issued, minus shipping
Should the complainant wish to be refunded the shipping cost for their August order we request that they return the order in unopened, resalable condition, within days of its deliveryOnce the order has been returned Plexus will issue a refund for the shipping costsThe complainant can expedite this refund by contacting Plexus at once the order has been refused and we can confirm that is in route to our returned department (if the order is not refused, but instead reshipped, we ask they provide the new tracking number as confirmation.)
As we have decided to make an exception on our refund policy we will be refunding the shipping cost on the complainants' returned July orderA refund for $has been processed on 8/
Please allow 5-business days for the funds to reflect back into the complainants' bank account

I have been trying to cancel my account with this company for months nowI have emailed them five times with no responseI have been on hold multiple times for more than an hour but had to hang up because no one answeredThere customer service is horrible I still cant get in touch and have cancelled my credit card so I wouldn't get the product anymore only for them to find my new card and charge me for a product I don't want anymore

Ambassador Return Policy: Ambassadors may return product for a full refund upon notifying Plexus Customer Service within days of receipt of their product purchase and upon receiving authorizationProduct must be returned in resalable conditionA refund for the purchase price will only be made after the product has been returned and verified to be in satisfactory condition

Placed my first order on March My CC was charged on 3/ On 3/i received an email stating "Your order Order # is ready for pick up or has shipped and should arrive within three (3) to five (5) business days from the shipping date for continental US orders"I kept checking the tracking number and it just kept showing only a label created My Ambassador called and checked Today 4/I checked the tracking # again and it says "
April 4, Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS
The U.SPostal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on April 4, to expect your package for mailingThis means almost two weeks after my order was placed the package still has not shippedI have attempted to call them two times only to be in the queue for 20+ minutes both times, all while being told what a valuable customer I amI was able to go online and cancel my recurring shipment, however since you can't return product without an RA#, I won't even attempt to return it, if I ever receive itI do not recommend doing business with this company, the Ambassadors seem to have their hearts in the right place, but the company itself is horrible
