I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Only one of the 2 orders was refunded. I also have documentation that refunds were promised within the 60 day period (although the business denies this). So the complaint has not been resolved.

The complainant’s order replacement [redacted] dated 4/22/2016 has been assigned the USPS tracking number [redacted]. When the order does ship in the future the complainant may keep this order.
The complainant’s order [redacted] has been reshipped with the [redacted] overnight tracking number [redacted] to ensure its prompt delivery.

completing the process of becoming an Ambassador, she agreed to all Policies and Procedures (attached).  Related to this complaint - please see Section 6, Article L, Line Item 3 for the Ambassador Return Policy.  In addition, Ms. [redacted] called on 2/11/2014 and 3/3/2014 and was advised of policy both times.  On 3/21/2014 her account was inactivated at her request.  Please let me know if any further information is needed.

The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 3/15/2016 has been assigned the USPS tracking number [redacted]. However this tracking number does not currently show any shipping movements. If this order does ship in the future the complainant may keep this order.

"processing charge" that has since dropped off.  If this is not the case, please have the customer gather their Bank Statement and call Plexus Worldwide Customer Service Department and ask for [redacted].

I consider myself pretty objective, I really like the products. The Slim has helped me curve my appetite and sugar cravings. Essentially, making good eating decisions is much easier. I am a triathlete and active dad keeping up with 3 daughters, the sustained energy which I attribute to a level blood sugar level helps. Plexus did go through a computer conversion that was a mess, but seem to be past it now and my orders are flowing well again after some delays along the way. I plan to continue to order the products.

I am in my account daily. The $85 was taken from my account and has never returned. I received multiple emails and assurances that my refund was or would be processed throughout February and March. I received an email showing the sale, and one showing the refund for canceling my account, but never for this refund. My account page clearly shows paid for this order, not voided. I am not accepting this response as I have indicated in multiple phone calls.

complaint. Plexus Worldwide has invested heavily on personnel and systems in recent months in an effort to increase our cyber security. Included in those efforts is a specific team and industry leading software specific to identifying fraudulent credit card transactions.
It appears that the complainant has been the victim of credit card theft, and unfortunately the card was used at our place of business. Because the theft was the type we refer to as identity theft, the name, billing address, and even the CVV code were all present and accurate. Plexus has no way of knowing the charge was fraudulent until reported.
Once reported we were able to confirm that an account was created using the complainant name and credit card information. Once we were made aware that this account was fraud, the card was refunded in full.
Although these issues can often be beyond Plexus Worldwide’s control, we work diligently to handle each issue swiftly as soon as we were made aware.

The complainant was in contact and correctly assisted by our customer service department by phone on 3/18/2016.
The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 1/31/2016 has been refunded, $124.95.
The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 2/28/2016 has been refunded, $124.95.
Please allow 5-7 business days for these funds to reflect back into the complainant’s bank.
These orders have been refunded minus the original shipping charges however it is not necessary to return these orders at this time.

shipment has been canceled. Plexus Worldwide Preferred Customers are now able to visit

plexus.myvoffice.com to register their preferred customer accounts and log in

to manage their own auto shipments. Canceling and making adjustments to

preferred customers monthly auto shipment orders can be done online at

plexus.myvoffice.com by first registering and then logging in to the preferred customer

account. The complainant contacted our customer service department by

email on 10/12/2015 to request that future monthly auto shipments be canceled. The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 10/12/2015 has been refunded,

$116.74.The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 11/12/2015 has been

refunded, $116.50.The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 12/12/2015 has been

refunded, $116.50.Please allow 5-7 business days for these funds to reflect

back into the complainant’s bank account. It is not necessary to return the orders at this time. We

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. I contacted Plexis on March 17 and was told this would be done right away. I have attached my original e-mail to the company. I am cautious about their response as this has been going on for a month now. And, I had to contact the Revdex.com just to get a response from my e-mails to them. In my opinion, this matter should not have taken this long to correct. Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint.After carefully reviewing this account it has been determined that the order inquestion, [redacted], was never received back to Plexus. We did receive order[redacted] and have already processed a refund for that order....

Unfortunately, I am unable to grant this complainantsrequest for a refund on the order not received. As stated in the Ambassadorreturn policy a refund can only be processed once the package is returned inunopened resalable condition. The Ambassador had 5 days from the date ofreceipt to notify us of her intent to return. I am unable to locate anycorrespondence to that effect in regard to the [redacted] order.If I can be of any further assistance please let me know.
