I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
HOWEVER: the information they recently sent to your firm vs what was sent to me is much different. Plexus is informing me that $105 will be refunded and telling Revdex.com that $124.95 x 2 will be refunded which is what is actually owed to me!
Also note they are stating the 1st time they were contacted was 11-20-15, in which is incorrect. I have email's dated 10-27-15 at 6:06pm, 11-12-15 2:06pm, 11-13-15 11:03pm, 11-19-15 12:15pm which I will be glad to share with the Revdex.com if needed.

The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 11/4/2015 has been refunded, $141.35.

I began using the products in July 2013 and experienced wonderful results. I lost at a healthy rate and I continue to lose countless inches and I'm excited to continue! The Customer support is amazing and I have YET to have a problem. I don't expect to. Thank you Plexus!

The monthly auto shipment has been canceled. Plexus Worldwide Preferred Customers are now able to visit plexus.myvoffice.com to register their preferred customer accounts and log in to manage their own auto shipments. Canceling and making adjustments to preferred customers monthly auto shipment orders can be done online at plexus.myvoffice.com by first registering and then logging in to the preferred customer account. The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 12/14/2015 has been refunded, $106.84. Also, order [redacted] dated 11/14/2015 has been refunded $106.84 as well, to total $213.68. Please allow 5-7 business days for these funds to reflect back into the complainant’s bank account. It is not necessary to return the order at this time. We apologize for the delay. The complainant was in contact with our customer service department by phone on 3/17/2016 and was provided tracking information for their order.

Do not sign up with this company to sell. I did and changed my mind an hour later. Filled out cancellation even got conformation I did. Was on hold twice two different times. Was told they wouldn't ship my product because I cancelled. A week went by they shipped still waiting. They don't answer there phone in a timely manner. I will be filing a complaint with my bank and Revdex.com. Fraudulant charge.

The annual membership fee (order [redacted]) dated 5/2/2016 will be refunded, $34.95....

If the complainant would submit a copy of the overdraft statement they received as a result of their annual membership fee processing on May 1, 2016, Plexus Worldwide will reimburse the compliant the additional $36.00 they've requested as a sign of good faith.

sixteenth of each month. The complainant notified us by email on 4/16/2015 of her wish to cancel the order. Unfortunately the order had already processed and shipment could not be stopped. The complainant did return the order and the product cost was refunded on 4/24/2015, as stated in our return policy. I had requested that I not have to pay shipping to return the item to Plexus. I have received an email from them with a return authorization number [redacted]. There is not notification of them paying for the return shipment, only the promise of a refund. This is Plexus's normal policy....a refund if you're not satisfied with the item. I will return it, but I want them to pay for the shipment since I did not want this in the first place and had no way to access my account. They should either email me a prepaid label or schedule a pick up at their expense along with the refund for the product.

I am wanting my money refunded which they have not done since the order is being canceled. I want to know when the funds will be refunded since the order was canceled.

complaint. Thank you for your patience. Plexus Worldwide has recently under gone a computer systems update. Unfortunately this has caused some delays.
Plexus Worldwide Preferred Customers are now able to visit plexus.myvoffice.com to register their preferred customer accounts and log in to manage their own auto shipments. Canceling and making adjustments to preferred customers monthly auto shipment orders can be done online at plexus.myvoffice.com by first registering and then logging in to the preferred customer account.
The complainant’s preferred customer account has been closed. The monthly auto shipment has been canceled.
Unfortunately we are not able to locate any email requests to cancel submitted by the complainant’s provided [redacted] to [redacted]. Nor was this documentation provided by the complainant.
However the USPS tracking number, [redacted] on the complainant’s order [redacted] does show it was returned to sender. The USPS tracking number, [redacted] on the complainant’s order number [redacted] reflects the packages as refused. Both orders will be refunded per our preferred customer return policy minus the original shipping charges.
The complainant’s order 81924140 dated 2/28/2016 will be refunded, $120.19.
The complainant’s order 82430770 dated 3/28/2016 will be refunded, $101.45.
Please allow 5-7 business days for this to be processed and these funds to reflect back into the complainant’s bank account.
