A refund check was issued to [redacted] Insurance 01/13/2016
According to our records our local and main office have spoken to Ms. [redacted] directly regarding her account. On August 14, 2014 a dental crown was completed, per the patient's insurance her copayment was $485.00 however on this date the patient initial cost was estimated of $425.00...
leaving the balance on account to be $60.00. In response to Ms. [redacted] refund request we must respectfully decline as we are unable to refund for services that have been completed.

Premiums were still being deducted from my pay up to the end of October 2017, so there was no way for me to inform Great Expressions about a change in coverage. I disagree with Great Expression's decision and will continue to pursue the removal of this balance, up to filing a lawsuit if necessary.

Once again, Great Expressions has not even addressed my conplaint. They simply have "nothing further" to say. My origibal complaint still stands and since it looks like the Revdex.com cannot do anything further, I hope my complaint appropriately lowers their Revdex.com score and/or my complaint prevents someone else from dealing with them to avoid the same issues I've encountered.

Our Midtown dental office has advised they have spoken with Mr. [redacted] on March 23, 2016, they have confirmed the dispute was resolved directly with our patient. A refund is currently in process
