We have received an update from the Dublin office The mentioned services have been delivered, it is our understanding the local office has contacted the patent and addressed concerns directly

According to our Midtown office and Mr [redacted] s treatment notes all services have been completed Our office mananger will reach out to Mr [redacted] directly to discuss further

According to our records services completed were denied by insurance Previously an adjustment of $was previously posted to the account, and no further discount can be applied.With the patient's expressed consent we can provide documentation, or they may contact our Patient Services Department directly to further discuss at 1-888-764-option

Our office has contacted Ms [redacted] and are currently having her complaitn reviewed by our Regional Management We will contact Ms [redacted] once we have reached a decision regarding this matter

According to our records orthodontic treatment has been completed and appliances were removed in April Currently the account does not reflect any credit, therefore no refund appears to be do for services completed.All financial information is presented to parents and patients prior to treatment being initiated The agreement does state if services extend beyond the estimated treatment times extended treatment cost may apply Additionally if accounts are not current this may delay scheduling with the exception of emergency appointments.If there are any further questions our patient services department may be contacted directly at ###-###-#### option

I have decided to retain a lawyer because I have been giving the run around about this incident! Number I went to the dentist and found out that the rubber bands which are old are messing up my teeth and need to be handle quickly and this is also giving me pain in my mouth!
