I was in walmart and to make a long story short....I was paying for my items at self check out and used one my cards and proceeded to use my debit card for the rest of the purchase....the lady then walked over there and began yellingI kept paying for my stuff because I knew I was not doing anything wrongWell my usaa card was declined because I swiped it instead of putting it through the chip readerSo then I began to insert the card the correct way and the walmart employee snatched my card out of my hand striking me my hand as she does soI then took my card back and asked her who gives her the right to take my personal items and what she done was assault meShe said I cant do a split purchase because the register will lock upI said maam thats not true I always come hereAnd I called a manager and she picked up her personal cell phone and called a unknown man who did not work in the store.....he walked inside the store from outside and she began speaking to him and pointing at me and my mother as she was talkingWe then told the manager we felt threatenedThe manager said she would walk us outside and as she did the male followed and got in a red car as we got in our carI know all of this is against company policyThis lady humiliated, embarrassed, assaulted, and made me feel threatenedAnd she discriminated against me as wellI have had to report this woman for her attitude before to same manager and I feel like she retaliated against me

During my shopping trip yesterday August 2, 2018, I was walking near the end of the soda aisle when a customer dropped a liter bottle of soda on the floorThe bottle spun several times all the way down the aisle, bouncing off of my foot that I just had surgery on in MayI am fine, however what amazed me is that neither of the two stock personnel in the aisle asked anyone including myself if they were ok

Walmart Pharmacy 10- I suffer with bouts of chronic pain that can totally incapacitate meI never know when it's going to happen but in this case, it had been for about weeks Because I am not a fan of synthetic prescription drugs that will ultimately damage vital organs, I prefer and choose alternatives including but not limited to topical methods Approximately 10/17/2017, I called the automated pharmacy for my 3rd and last refill on my *** Patches and received a confirmation that I could pick them up 10/18/When I arrived at the Pharmacy I was told that they attempted to reach me to inform me that they did not have the *** Patches in stock The (1st) young lady was very pleasant and asked me for a telephone number to reach me She assured me they would have them by 10/19/and apologized for the inconvenience I assured her it wasn't her fault and I would arrange to come back the following day As I was leaving the store, my phone rang and it was the Pharmacy I called back when I got to the car and was placed on hold I went back to the Pharmacywas still on holdand asked if they were trying to reach mehopeful that perhaps they made a mistake and that they did in fact have my *** Patches I was informed that they just wanted to let me know that the *** Patches were not in stock Thereafter, several hours later, I kept receiving calls from the same number
I returned to the Pharmacy the following day on 10/19/and when I was about to pay (another) the young lady pulled my prescription and I was about to pay UNTIL she opened the package I have filled this same prescription other times and this young lady attempted to give me pack when the script is for She went as far as to involve the Pharmacist who also said I was only entitled to pack of I explained several times that the last time I picked up my script it was packs They both suggested that this was my first script until I showed them receipts from previous purchases 7/2/AND 9/27/ The (2nd) young lady had a very unsympathetic "oh well" attitude and attempted to ring up the order by taking the coupon I had in my hand to according to her put it in the system The Pharmacist suggested I return to my PCP for a different script which is ridiculous I only had pack of the Flector Patches left from the script I filled on 9/27/and I needed them badly More importantly, I had other refill left on this script I was disappointed and felt disrespected

I bought the boat set for around $with 25% discount on June 15, The store was closing so the sales were final as they saidSo I didn't keep the receipt but I made a big mistakeToday (July 6) about three weeks after I bought the boat set, I opened it with my year old daughterWe were both shocked to find the item was a used one, it's dirty with mud, animal hair and CUT HOLES! The oars were missing, tooThis is the most ridiculous shopping experience I've ever encounter in my life (I am years old), and it's happening in the U.S.A! Now the store is permanently closed, I therefore took it to near by walmart stores, but they wouldn't return or exchange because they don't carry that itemI contacted the coporation's customer service, she adviced me to try more stores to get exchange or returnTo me this is extremely upsetting that Wal-Mart resell an returned item and didn't even check the contentThe item is actually sealed and resold as a NEW ITEM! It's very unbelievable to me

CSM Windy- Very unprofessional She called me GHETTO and told me she has degrees and to go to another walmartI guess it must have been the way I was dress she assumed that I was trashThat is how she treated me and made me feel She seemed all too proud to call Sam the assistant manager and tell him very ignorantly about the situation This comes off as a person who seems very comfortable in her positionI called the store and spoke with Sam , I could hear her laughing in the background I have never been in a situation like thisI will be posting this matter all over social media along with the store location and CSM namesNo one should have to go through this She should be reprimanded for her actions Walmart is all about the customerNOT LIKELY

I went to the location on Bowman to purchase some juice for my daughter I walked out of the store without them and realized two hours after I got home It was late so I decided to call Wal-Mart to let them know what happened I told them I left the juice and the receipt was in the bag with the juice I was told to come back the next day in order to speak with a manager
When I got there I spoke with Phyllis who was standing outside I told her what happened and she went and got a manager I explained what happened to her I can't remember her name They were able to assist me and I was able to get the juice I was very impressed by their awesome customer service and willingness to help me for something that was clearly my fault Not all Wal-Mart experiences are bad and I want to be able to share this story with others If you are nice and kind with your request trust me they will be willing to work with you in getting any issues you may have resolved

Every time I go into ANY Walmart, in ANY state, there are rude, unhelpful employees I have pretty much stopped shopping at Walmart However, my daughter's graphing calculator was stolen from her backpack (which was foolishly left in her car) and Walmart on San Jose Blvdin Jacksonville claimed to have one at a great price! second complaint about a TV that was purchased in nov and how they are handling my issue
I have issued complaints about the service provided the first was number XXXXXXXX now having called them again to have this TV fixed I was on hold for another until I hung up the phone and called them back again on hold for minutes until they finally found someone to talk to me again saying they are sending a second tech out to service my TV took a days vacation last time to have a tech not fix my TV, be in my home for and a half hours and put all the original parts back in it now they want me to wait again and take another days vacation to have another tech come out and look at it again? so now I am going to be out days vacation to have a TV fixed on top of a couple Hours on the phone waiting on hold because they did not want to help me that is uncalled for

Walmart Pharmacy is my pharmacy of choice and have been getting my prescriptions filled at the Metairie, LA XXXXX location for years On Friday January 6, I went in to update insurance information and to get a prescription filled that had been called in by my physician *** waited on me initially I did not have my new card so she wrote down the info she needed and I told her I would step aside while I contact my insurance carrier Once the info was received another associate had opened the 2nd booth and I proceeded to allow her to wait on me *** was very rude from our initial contact She was having trouble putting the info in and kept asking me to repeat it I offered to give her the paper as I did not have my glasses and I may not be reading it incorrectly She very rudely stated that she could not see the info without even looking at it I then asked if she would like it faxed to them as the insurance web page was giving me that option She very rudely advised that it would be too small I advised that it would not be the size that was on the smart phone and it would be much larger she again advised very rudely that I could do what I want At that point I asked *** was she having a bad day? She asked "why you wanna know" I advised that because you are being quite rude She then advised and I quote "If I am so rude then let some body else help you" and walked off and left me standing there She proceeded to talk to a pharmacist, *** for a period of time clearly in a rude manner and going on and on while I stood there and just watched After a period of time *** walked over and apologized for her behavior but did not offer to assist me By this time *** was free and she offered to help She was very apologetic and clearly embarrassed by the way I had been treated I provided her the same information and it went through with no problem She was an awesome example of the type of employee any business would love to represent them I am a business owner and I would never allow any of my employees to treat any *** for any reason the way I was treated by *** I felt humiliated, embarrassed, belittled, and upsetNot to mention no one addressed ***'s behavior I kept thinking what would warrant this type of behavior The only thing I could think of is because I was a black female that *** held little regards for Yes discriminated against I will be discussing this matter with *** the Pharmacy Manager on my next visit to Walmart As far as continuing to utilize the Pharmacy to get my prescriptions filled well I am not sure I guess it will depend on *** reactions

I want to share the worse it seeing, how people who work at Walmart become the most ineffective and miserable people deal with, on how the a quote as say " Customer always first" its totally a statement due to the company own employee make the store reputation look deplorable and bad, and just for the record this it not just an associates and also talking about managers tooTreating customer like nothing, does this company forget, that retail survive because there customers? because if customers don't spends they money company doesn't make money so I believe customer deserve it to be treat with respect don't matter color, race or religion because at the end its the same color and amount on the billI believe every associate in house and new hire should be well train to work with customers, and also Walmart or walmart.com should be stand behind their own mistake and take full responsibility for it do not blame or make your customer take the fault for itI understand that you have all kind of customers but no all are the same, and the company cannot make every individual equally, so if you really care for your customer demonstrate with respect and appreciation those values that your quote saying, because doing the right thing doesn't mean allow every to pass but just to view and listen every issue

I purchased this to test out T-Mobile service in my area at WalmartThis was sold as a month to month service where I thought service would stop working after daysI just received a past due bill for $for service last monthI didn't know the service would keep going and going, this was purchased for a trial and thought it would stop after days unless I purchased more serviceI called in to have the charge removed and the line cancelledThey mentioned they would cancel service and send a final bill - I used the service about times within the first few days then tossed the SIM card as service was horribleI expected a credit for the amount that I was billed outside the first days as I had no intent to continue service.I was told I would receive a final bill and if that wasn't paid it would go to a collection agency

I have been here multiple times in the last year since I moved to Englewood and I rather go anywhere but hereEvery employeee I have come across is just down right rude rolls their eyes if they actually need to helpHardly anything is labeled or placed in right placeTo ask them to check price( I can easily do it myself if self check scanners were labeled in store) is like pulling teeth from a year oldToday I go there to buy formula and some outside materialsI have two cans of similac formula and two similac formula coupons you have to use as check that specifically say "per transaction" not "per visit" or "per day" I use one coupon and get one can on transaction which equals up to $and some change I use coupon that brings it down and then I want to another transaction and leader wants to tell me they can't do that cause it's against store policy? When has it been against store policy to use another coupon different price coupon for a 2nd can? I'm not trying to use coupons for one can on a separate transactionBut yet you have coupkners who do that and you let them by with it but I am not allowed to have a separate transaction for the 2nd can and coupon so I can go home I have to come back another day?then proceed to tell me I'm delusional in how to do coupons and I don't know what I'm talking about? Fo one I've been a retail manager and I've worked years as a cashier/ manager so I know how things workOn all aspects!
