I purchased my Xbox One and Warranty in march of I filed a claim to have my xbox controller looked and sent it in but it wasn't fixed
Had to send my controller in to be looked at because the Dpad isn't responsive like 80% of the time or acts like it sticks and multiple presses were made This makes the controller unusable I sent it in for repair as they asked and they sent it back to me in the same condition not fixed They stated they repaired the issue but nothing was doneThe controller is still in a broken state I called them and they wanted me to send it back again This is garbage and a waste of time since nothing has changed I want a refund on my product or enough to replace the controller
I tried to call to get help with customer service and the lady who answered the phone on 11/11/at 3pm said I needed to speak with customer service She put me through to customer service and no one answered after letting it ring for about minutes I called Walmart in Comstock Park MI back and the lady never said hello she just put me through to customer service which continued to ring with no answer I then called a 3rd time and she answered and I said no one is answering at customer service so I need you to help me and I asked for her name She then patched me through to customer service once again and no one answered I continued to call back several times and she would answer the phone but not say anything and patch me through to customer service which no one ever answers I originally called about leaving some of our groceries in the bagging area (which was not self checkout) but no I am writing a review to let everyone know that Wal Mart's customer service is poor and they will not help you

I visited the Walmart at N Wickham Rd R, Melbourne, FL XXXXX to purchase a furniture itemI located a display of a piece that I wanted to purchase and noticed there was only one box of the piece on the shelf so I asked an associate to get another box from the back as I needed to purchase When she returned she advised me that the box that I obtained on the floor was priced $I was confused since the display was marked $and the label from where I obtained the boxed item was also marked $I advised her there must be a mistake and she began to explain that the items were different even though in fact they looked identicalApparently, one of the items was a Mainstays item and the other was manufactured by Sauter if I'm not mistaken...either way, the pieces were identicalI asked for a manager and I was greeted by a manger and although she was very pleasant she advised me that she could only honor the mis-marked price for box and not the that I neededThe associate (not the manager) even remarked that she would get in trouble if she honored the price...strangeI then stated that I would be perfectly happy to purchase the Mainstays item that I saw the display for but I was told that those items (even though they were identical) were out of stockI then asked to see where the display OR label for the $identical item was and they couldn't locate itI was a retail manager for a number of years and this was handled very poorlyI understand Wal-Mart is a huge corporation and doesn't care about losing customer but why would you do that when the customer is right in this instance and the company (Wal-Mart) would still be making money?? This is a clear example of deceptive business practices
I then called the customer service hotline and things got even worse...I am currently a manager with a 3rd party customer service call center (we handle customer service for other companies) and I am sure that Wal-Mart has their own in-house customer serviceHow do I know this? The supervisor I spoke with hung up on me after a brief second conversationWhen she answered the phone she had a horrible tone and it was clear she wasn't in the mood to help anyoneI commented on this and she hung up on me...My company would fire any associate who brazenly hangs up on a customer so it's clear she must be a Wal-Mart employee because only Wal-Mart employees could get away with that since they don't need customers anyways

Regarding the savings catcher reward program since the program had to change with the times I have been told and wont allow submission of receipts or e gift cards to be obtained through the savings dashboard on walmart.com and you must have a smart phone to download the app to get the savings This is total discrimination to those of us who cant afford or dont want the extra bills for the smart phone and monthly charge for the service plan obviously Walmart does not want our business if they wont offer any savings to us Obviously walmart needs the money to more than us average working class citizens, they wont even make any effort to cash in the savings earned prior to there new policy if you dont have that smart phone for that app And to top it all off, they send you a link to buy a smart phone through them

I am a loyal customer of the Walmart store located in White Plains, NY I shop at this store for several daily needs There has been a recent issue regarding the packs of candy ringing up at the incorrect price There are some that are indeed $1.96, while others are $1.50, but ringing up for $ I've had to have a manager/supervisor adjust the pricing on a few separate occasions I was at the store on Friday 6.3.16, buying this product I explained the issue to the cashier; he then replied that its ringing up that price, therefore I explained again At this point, he called the manager (Tonisha) on duty to the register While I tried to explain the situation to the manager, she spoke over me and replied "yea okay" several times She was extremely unprofessional and did not show any soft customer service skills She advised that maybe it's the smaller size, after I told her about the issue She told the cashier to move forward with assisting other customers She then walked away without making me aware of how she was going to resolve the problem I stood there and waited almost minutes for her to return When she did come back, she began adjusting the price of the candy on the register She did not apologize for any inconvenience or assure me that the issue would be fixed in the near future I asked her when will this issue be resolved with the system, she replies "it happens", instead of treating and speaking to a customer with respect and confidence I advised her that I will be filing a complaint; she replied "well that is your decision to make" Termination or suspension is not the direct importance of this complaint, but to simply make the corporate staff aware of how customers are being treated I work in customer service at a major medical practiceI strive to provide excellent customer service to internal/external customers

I would like to reopen the complaint regarding this oil issueI have not received any responses from Exxon I am attaching some pictures of my odometer and the change oil messageThe first oil change was at 5kI change the oil with the annual oil, now little over 11k about 6k and the oil needs to be changedSo, 6k is way below 20k as advertised by Exxon by at least 14kIn my opinion Walmart should discontinue selling this oil as it is expensive and does not provide the longevity or integrity between oil changes as advertisedI looked at the reviews son Walmart.com and two out of three people agree this oil is no different from any other synthetic oil

I am a loyal customer of the Walmart store located in White Plains, NY I shop at this store for several daily needs There has been a recent issue regarding the packs of candy ringing up at the incorrect price There are some that are indeed $1.96, while others are $1.50, but ringing up for $ I've had to have a manager/supervisor adjust the pricing on a few separate occasions I was at the store on Friday 6.3.16, buying this product I explained the issue to the cashier; he then replied that its ringing up that price, therefore I explained again At this point, he called the manager (Tonisha) on duty to the register While I tried to explain the situation to the manager, she spoke over me and replied "yea okay" several times She was extremely unprofessional and did not show any soft customer service skills She advised that maybe it's the smaller size, after I told her about the issue She told the cashier to move forward with assisting other customers She then walked away without making me aware of how she was going to resolve the problem I stood there and waited almost minutes for her to return When she did come back, she began adjusting the price of the candy on the register She did not apologize for any inconvenience or assure me that the issue would be fixed in the near future I asked her when will this issue be resolved with the system, she replies "it happens", instead of treating and speaking to a customer with respect and confidence I advised her that I will be filing a complaint; she replied "well that is your decision to make" Termination or suspension is not the direct importance of this complaint, but to simply make the corporate staff aware of how customers are being treated I work in customer service at a major medical practiceI strive to provide excellent customer service to internal/external customers
I purchased a Mainstays Burner and a Mainstays 4-Qt Cooker from Walmart and was refused a return
The Mainstays Burner does not work effectivelyIt does not get hot enough or stay on long enough to cook a pan with meatI live in Las Vegas and it is degrees and the thermostat on the burner turns off the power after a short whileI tried to return these items to Walmart and was refused a return because they were used
I had a return with a receipt, and I was told that I could not get my money back, nor a gift cardpurchase no *** Fwas called times, and I had to wait minutes on this so called assistant manager to response, than he was rude and condescendingHe had the nerve to snatch a pen out of my hand, and he made mocking remarks to meThis is the type of service, and representation that Walmart is sending outTo have to wait minutes for this man, and than he is rude, like I am disturbing himThen he had the nerve to tell me that I couldn't get a store credit for which Walmart already has my money locked up, until it is released
Mobil One Annual Oil
I would like to reopen the complaint regarding this oil issueI have not received any responses from Exxon I am attaching some pictures of my odometer and the change oil messageThe first oil change was at 5kI change the oil with the annual oil, now little over 11k about 6k and the oil needs to be changedSo, 6k is way below 20k as advertised by Exxon by at least 14kIn my opinion Walmart should discontinue selling this oil as it is expensive and does not provide the longevity or integrity between oil changes as advertisedI looked at the reviews son Walmart.com and two out of three people agree this oil is no different from any other synthetic oil
