During my shopping trip yesterday August 2, 2018, I was walking near the end of the soda aisle when a customer dropped a liter bottle of soda on the floorThe bottle spun several times all the way down the aisle, bouncing off of my foot that I just had surgery on in MayI am fine, however what amazed me is that neither of the two stock personnel in the aisle asked anyone including myself if they were ok

Walmart constantly advertise items for a cheaper price but they ring up for a larger amount (or at least the Jesup, Georgia location does)And when confronted with the advertising, they argue with the customer & try not to honor prices! I'm not just ranting because I have pictures, witnesses & a copy of the receipt from the incidentAs far as the star rating, if I could give a half of a star, I would because a whole star is too much

I was looking for a new tv on Wal-Mart's websiteI found one that I was interested inwhen I checked the local availability it showed a store in my area had the and they were cheaper than the website had them atTo make sure I wouldn't be wasting my time I called the store gave them the item number and asked if they had them in stock stillthey assured me they still have some in stock for that priceI drive an hour one way to go to that location just to be told they haven't had that item in a long timeThey told me to contact customer so I called customer care which said the store could order another one and price it to the price they had on the siteThe also told me the Wal-Mart.com team could do the same and just send the tvafter hours of fighting with the walmart.com team they told me they will not do this and that the store needs to and send me to customer relations again to file a complaintI received a call from the store today and the assistant manager *** was extremely unprofeasional and made excuses telling me it must have been a different item that I was talking about because the price listed on the site and in their system couldn't have been correct since he had never seen a discount like that on that itemHave never had such poor customer serviceWal-Mart won't back the information and pricing they are publicly giving out to customers and just keep passing the buck to the next person to deal with so that this issue has not been resolved

This store refused to accept a return within the written return policy time frame because the return associate said the manager told them "we don't get credit anymore for the item, do not accept it back." They even attempted to reference a paragraph in the return policy section about electronic items, which had a limited return time frame, yet my return was an unopened, unused tree stand

I PURCHASED A SET OF FOUR TIRES FROM YOUR BELLEVUE LOCATION STORE ON SOUTH 15TH STREET I CALLED IN ADVANCE THE DAY PRIOR TO ASK ABOUT STORE AVAILABILITY OF THE TIRES THAT I WAS PURCHASING THE MORNING OF HAVING THE TIRES PLACES, I CALLED THE STORE TO GET A PRICING TOTAL SO THAT I HAD ENOUGH CASH TO PAY THE BILL DURING MY VISIT IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE INFORMATION THAT I WAS GIVEN ABOUT THE TIRE SIZE NEEDED WAS INCORRECT AND I ACTUALLY NEEDED A LARGER TIRE THE LARGER TIRE WAS AN ADDED COST INCREASE, SO I WENT AHEAD AND HAD THE TIRES PLACED I HAD TALKED ON THE PHONE TO THE SERVICE REP ABOUT THE INSTALLATION AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE SERVICE PERSON WOULD MOUNT AND BALANCE THE TIRES I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT THE BALANCE WAS FREE OR AT LEAST IT WOULD BE A SMALL SURCHARGE IT WAS NOT UNTIL I WAS PAYING THE BILL WITH THE CASHIER THAT I LEARNED I WAS BEING CHARGED $PER TIRE OR A TOTAL OF $FOR LIFETIME WHEEL ROTATION AND BALANCING

Complaint taken over telephone Revdex.com staff CHConsumer purchased a Flat screen 55" TV for $on March 17, Consumer mentioned this was the last TV of this kind and consumer stated after her Grandson opened the TV box and took the TV from the box the TV was cracked and TV did not work Consumer took TV back the same day and Wal-marts refused to return TVConsumer mentioned the box and TV serial numbers did not match

I had my tires rotated at Wal-Mart in Columbia SC and two weeks later the tire flew off my car damaging my car door .fender and fender and I can't open the passenger side front door so upon inspection it was verified that the wheel studs were scripped and one stud was broken mind you Walmart knew that they messed up the studs and still let me drive home anyway.so I went to the store and ask for a salary manager and she was so mean she showed no compassion that I could have been killed and lucky my kids wasn't with me but she later said fill out this claim report and just as I figured out she didn't even turn the claim form in and that was verified by Walmart home office insurance.then the lady said that I was supposed to torque the bolts myself after miles I told her I didn't drive miles yet it's a show car so I don't drive it often I know it was bad judgment letting Walmart work on a show car but I would recommend that nobody take any kind of car to them enspensive or not they need to hire real certified workers.Im just so upset about this they damage my car and get a attitude with me this is so wrong for a multi million dollar company could not afford to hire real certified mechanics.but whether it's willingly or court order they are going to fix my car

This business has a sign behind the customer servers counter stating that they'll give money back within days of purchase with or without receipt.I've tried to return items without receipt a couple times, the first time I received a gift card, the second time the offered to exchange it for an item of equal or lesser value from the same departmentNeither of those cases did I get my money back

Every third or fourth trip, I am double charged for at least one item Today, it was for two items totaling $(Mobil Oil and Organic Milk) I shop at Walmart once per week and continue to do so because I check the receipt before leaving the store I feel sorry for folks who thing they save money at Walmart, but don't check their receipts I have begun saving the receipts Maybe there will be a class action lawsuit someday

I worked at Walmart Guess I should tell you all that I have experienced/endured since then, but I'll limit to the incidents that are not acceptable or break some kind of policy Let us start with this one: It started in when I was exposed to the concentrated Clorox "blue" as they referred to itI was given a paper mask, gloves a metal scraper, and was on knees removing wax buildup around registers floors- my eyes burned and teared but was told instead of cashiering I was still being paid so get to itI ended up in the emergency clinic after work with a letter of poisonous chemical exposure and burns, and told do not go near it again by Physician MillerThey changed what they use after others got sick like meMy file at should have that paper
I have CML- Bone Marrow Cancer (diagnosed 12/2015) , I got back from LOA this April- I've worked to hours with no break on my short shifts (no excuse given, other than Can't find merge code: oh, I forgot, you didn't come up on the PDA, oh-after minutes you get erased/fall off my PDASometimes just Ignored or sent 1/hours late to break on long shifts or not given last break and worked 4+ hours then went home for the day
When I worked fabrics I was approached by the Zone mgrDesiree and told to change my availability from 9am to 9pm to 9am to 10pm; I made her aware of my chemo therapy schedule being at 9:30pm and her response was "well can't you stop it or change it to later, my deptneeds someone until 10pm" I said I'd look for another dept that could work with my availability, since this was my life saving medicationMsDesiree said she would speak with upper managers if not, they would just override my availability to have me work until 10!? That same day within minutes of above discussion MsDesiree sent me outside for a cart blitz!* Several employees that saw me panicked when I came inside due to my maroon skin that was radiating heatI developed a rash for a few days

I received service from the autocare center at my local store in sikeston mo store #On August 20th I took my car in for an oil changeI didn't realize until today August 26th when my low oil light came on that I would have any problem considering im a frequent/loyal customerI return back to the store asking question and was told it was nothing they could do and was just brushed offMy main concern is that I didn't get the work I paid forI want to know if there is a warranty? If there anything that can be done? I purchased three Holiday sweaters one week agoMy son did not wear his so I tried to return it today
I was only returning one sweater out of the three I had purchased with a receiptI was informed by customer service that all Holiday items were not returnable
However, when I purchased these items there wasn't any sign up saying that and it also did not say that these items were a "Final Purchase" and not returnable on my receipt
Holiday items in the store are now 50% off and there are signs posted that these will be "Final Sale"
However, I paid full price for my items before Christmas
I tried to return a Christmas Sweater with the tags still on and a receiptI was refused
Something is not right about this and I wish to file a complaint about this store in Rockaway, NJ
I have unjustly been denied a refund

advertisement/deceptive trade practice, when you put a CLEARANCE sticker for $1.97, OVER another sticker that has regular price of $My question is, How Many Times has this BEEN DONE? UPC #s match on both price stickers, and on the receiptMay have to contact counsel for this one in order to bring these practices to the attention of Corporate Management
