I was going to purchase "my life" 18" dollsthe shelf pricing for the dolls were clearly marked on clearance for $none of the dolls had a price on them when I went to purchase the dolls, of the dolls rang up for instead of 14.84.I explained to the cashier that the shelf price stated the cashier checked with the toy manager and the toy manager said she could give me a 10% discount I explained to the toy manager that the shelving price clearly said the toy mgrsaid she could only give me a 10% discount I did not purchase the dolls but took them with me to the customer service areaI asked to speak to the manager, but I was told that the manager was in a meetinganother lady said she was taking the place of the manager I explained the circumstance and the stamanager said all she could do was the 10% discount I have photos of the shelving price and the actual dolls in question
You advertise on the registers if the item on the shelf is marked incorrectly you will sell it at that cost and all identical items and they wouldn't
I was in the Ontario Ohio Location, they had a shelf full of floor puzzles marked for $(I have a picture) and they rang up $this store only allowed us to get one, despite their Pricing Credibility Policy (have picture as well) that is posted at every registerIt states if a product is advertised or marked incorrectly you'll get that item and ALL identical items for that priceThe CSM *** was rude, and the Assistant Manager *** refused to abide by the policy and recited the price match policy! If this store refuses to follow policies they should do their job correctly and stop putting items where they do not go(This happens a lot at this location)
In Walmart Black Friday ad it says you get a $Walmart gift card with zero Down For qualified customersI went to Walmart in monaca pa on thanksgiving day and stood in line for a hourI was able to get the cell phone but I had to come back to have it activatedWhen I came back that night an waited again for my turnI was then told I had to put Deposit down an I wouldn't get the gift cardI asked to speak to the manager cause it doesn't state that in the fine printI guy came over and said it does " with zero down for qualified customers " but it does say anything about if you have to make a depositSo how is it right that a cell phone carrier asked for a deposit an Walmart won't give you the gift card? It has nothing to do with Walmart gettting the depositif a customer can get a up grade an pays a line off right there on spot at Walmart they can get the gift cardHow is that fair at all?
Walmart has disabled the ability for their customers to redeem their savings catcherI, along with thousands others, have emailed, called, and messaged them on Facebook about this issue and they are ignoring usThey message back that they are aware of the issue and will fix it within days! If there was a technical issue with them getting their customers money, it would be fixed in minutes not weeks! It is obvious that they have disabled this to help their bottom line and profitsThey are refusing to give their customers credit for savings on previous purchasesThis should be illegalI want my money
I attempted to purchase Canopy's at Walmart store #XXXXX as were advertised in the store for a price of $ This was not honored at checkout
On MAY 18, at approx hours, I attempted to buy (4) four canopies at Walmart, store number #XXXXX, At for an event I was attending this morningI took a picture of the advertisement that was in the store, then carried four of these canopies to the front of the store, and was told that the price was incorrect during checkoutI stated, the advertisement is not my fault and I would like the canopy's for the price as advertisedInitially, I was told they would not honor the advertisement and would give me only 10% off the non advertised price of $I did not accept this answer, however before I could speak another employee stated they would only honor (1) one canopy with the advertisement price of $AND this is the store policy
Since, I had an event to attend and had a schedule to keep, I could not entertain
The Walmart in Houston Mo has the rudest pharmacy employee's ever! I have had many problems with my account, beginning with multiple accountsSome had my insurance information and some notAfter or so visits that was fixedThe next problem that still confuses the department is the birthdateWe had that problem fixed within visits, or so I thought
My Drcalled in one RX for my blood pressureI had a refill on the second oneI called the refill in days priorMy husband went to pick up my RX on the second dayHe was told there was only He came home exasperated at the poor customer service and rudeness he experienced The next day I returned to Walmart to retrieve the prescription The tech insisted there wasn't anyFor the 2nd time I explained I had called it in on their automated lineThe tech went to the computer and verified it indeed was there but the birthday was incorrectShe turned to speak to *** the pharmacistI had the empty bottle that had all the information and tried to hand it to herShe looked over her shoulder and turned back aroundShe didn't acknowledge me in anyway although the empty bottle had all the correct information on itThe Tech came back to the counter and told me to go to the drop off counter and they would look in to itI walked over to the area muttering to myself it is always something here." Not to anyone, as it was not busy and there were no lines I stepped up to the counter as the tech launched in to her rant immediately"It's not our fault; the Drgave the wrong information." "ma'am, I called in the refill, yesterday there was no problem picking up a prescription" I repliedShe continued her rant as he picked up the phone and spoke with the Dr.'s office She was rude and asked them multiple times to verify the birthdateTHEY HAD THE CORRECT DATE! The pharmacist *** had approached and waved a piece of paper in my face as to prove somethingHe then turned and walked away with the paperThe tech hung up and stated "it's not our fault if they input the wrong information."
I was now so irritated and could feel my blood pressure rising, that I stepped away to wait for my prescriptionI then decided I could not let this behavior go and I walked back over and asked for the young ladies nameShe flipped her name tag over and said haughtily "Christina, do you want to talk to my supervisor?" I indicated yes, and then asked if it was ***? "YA, it is." The same *** that had witnessed everythingI then walked back over to the counter and indicated I wanted to speak to himI wasted my breath repeating the exchange with *** He stared at me Blankley and I felt compelled to let him know I had no choice but to write a review and a complaintHe looked at me and said "the number is 1800walmart." I informed him I had the numberHe then stated he would speak to herWith that he sauntered back to his stationWithin a minute he walked to *** and spoke in a low voiceThey laughed and he once again returned to his podium
After returning home and waiting until my blood pressure lowered, I called the store and asked to speak to the store manager *** came on the lineI explained the incident and he said he would let the store manager know and he would go speak to the pharmacy nowHe only took my first nameNot my last, not my phone number, nothingRegardless, I gave him the opportunity to handle it instore as he requested days later and still no word from the Houston Mo Walmart, I called backAgain *** came to the phone, after identifying myself and stating that I was calling to see if anything had been doneHe stated he spoke to *** and let her know that her behavior was not acceptable and the store manager was speaking to *** the pharmacist at that very momentIt is Now hrsafter that call and the 4th day after my original complaint and yet no contact from Walmart managementI have NO faith that there will be any corrective Actoin taken to ensure that this pharmacy treats customers with dignity and respect
