Today I was at the Peru , Illinois store shopping for a tvThey one shown in the wall display for rollback at $I asked the girl to check if they had one in the box and she said noI asked if I could have one shipped in for the same price and she said I needed to go online and order it and have it sent to the store for pickupShe gave me the item number for reference (XXXXXXXXX)So I went home tried to order it on Walmart .com and price came up $So I went to the store here in town and ask them how to get it for $The assistant manager *** came out and was able to pull it up on his phone for $but when we tried it on my phone it came up as $Kind of strange why that wasI asked him if there was any way to order one and have it shipped to the store for $and he said "no"I asked if he could check the warehouse to see if they were any available and he said he could not tell, on
Walmart.com has stolen $from me, despite the hours I've spent with their Customer Service & Billing Department (not to mention my own bank); with conformation that a "ghost order" was placed, they did indeed take my money out of my account without actually placing my pick up order
That money was the only thing I had to feed my kids for the next two-weeks and now no one can tell me when, or even IF I will be getting my money back!
II know that $dollars might not be a lot of a huge corporation such as Walmart, but to a single Mother of 3, it's the difference between my kids starving

I attempted to return two birthday presents today and was told by two associates, Liz and Lizeth, that they couldn't return the items The two items had receipts but were past the supposed "day time limit", that is not listed anywhere in the store
The two associates at the counter, Liz and Lizeth, have not taken my returns at least twice before They are unapologetic about the situation and have just shrugged their shoulders when I have asked them what recourse I have I have seen them take returns under the similar circumstances for other people, but they always have an issue with my return In the past, I have tried to call in to the manager and was placed on hold indefinitely and then hung up on when I called the store a second time
As I stated above, these returns had receipts which were dated in April and May, but they said they couldn't take these returns because they were past the day deadline I know that they could have approved these returns because another associate told me it was possible for them to approve the said returns
In July, I simply let the issue go after complaining the manager, the manager went as far as to list the date on my return log to come in, when I went in, again these two ladies didn't believe a manager wrote those dates on the receipt and quizzed me as to who wrote that date on the receipt
In August, after not being able to be connected to a manager, I had to bring my husband in to process the returns, because the time before they had erroneously listed extra returns on my return history after scanning items but they weren't able to process the times but they told me " they would fall off my history" , they are still there They also because they didn't want to take the time to get approval, ran returns twice on my husband's drivers licence so now he has two returns on his licences when there should have only been one
These two associates are very poor representatives of your Walmart and I will now make sure through all means possible, publicize this experience so that other won't have to go through what I have had to experience as the hands of these two associates They give your organization a very poor reputation There are other Walmarts in our valley, as well as wonderful Target that we've been shopping at more and more
I don't know what you and the managers at the store can do about this but we as a family and I will encourage my community members to not visit this store or at least visit other better Walmarts in the valley

It seems one cannot dispute the card purchase, so I had to decide between losing $(being charged $5-$monthly until the balance reaches $0) or providing my personal identification to a company with bad reviews (see Revdex.com reviews on green dot)It seems to me that these companies are okay with making money from ignorant customers who impulsively grab what they think is a gift card, only to be scammed out of their hard-earned cash

I know Walmart gets a bad rap, but I had to write in about this one GREAT experience, due to one GREAT employee, who went out of his way for me one afternoon this past weekOk so I'm trying so make this short and sweet: I was in a hurry, feeling horrible, not feeling like cooking, and my husband only likes one brand of frozen lasagna, one special flavorSo I'm looking for this, on the verge of crying, and a young man stopped loading the freezer and came over and asked if there was anything he could help me findI told him the specifics and he said " no worries I'm sure it's around here somewhere" he looked through the freezers himself and no luckHe then went in the back, I guess the stocking freezer or something, and low and behold, one box! I was so relieved and it really made my dayI later found that this lasagna is no longer made in this flavor , which explains itI'm writing *** *** as wellHe had a great, can do attitude , unlike most at Walmart , that's why I usually go to *** , but I digressMost employees would have said if it isn't out here, we don't have it in stockBut not *** ! 10/24/I went in to their Lube center for an oil change The guy that was taking all the information documented the type of oil used at the previous location which was WalMart in Caldwell and their sticker said 5w The guy asked me if that is what the sticker said which I replied "yes." I didn't realize that on his comments he had put "customer requested 5w20." I went to the Walmart located at Easton Nazareth Hwy in Easton, PA on November 18th at 10:39am and purchased toilet paper among other thingsToilet paper is tax exempt in PA but when I got home I noticed I had been charged sales tax on itThis was not caught by the person who checked my receipt even though she told me that she was checking the receipt to make sure I was not being incorrectly charged

I recently purchased some boots from Wal-Mart and found they were the wrong size once getting home and wearing them bothI had them days until I had time to return and exchange themI work Third shift so when I'm out its lateI arrived at Walmart in Murphy to exchange the bootsI walked to the self-checkout as all the employees were gathered eating candy bars and drinking soda and I found *** the return "specialist" I explained the situation and let him know I'm returning these for a size smallerTags were still on item and a printed Wal-Mart price was even on the side of the boxI did not think to keep the receipt so I did not have it*** explained he would need it to do anything since he does not know if Wal-Mart sales the bootsThe cashier let *** know they are in the shoe Deptshe has seen themI let *** know it was important that I can size these down I have to work tomorrow He refused to even look at the boots or even validate the price tag to see it was from Walmart *** made me feel like I had stolen boots from him and I was a modern day thief trying to get something past himThis is not the case I simply wanted a smaller size, no money or gift card just an exchange that I have received before with no issuesI let *** know I would go to my nearby Walmart Blairsville Ga and they would take care of me , he said that he would call and let them know I would be coming not to take care of it without a receipt At that time I asked him for his name and left the storeI then drove to Walmart miles away Blairsville Ga and returned the boots for a smaller pair with no issues I would suggest stay away from Murphy NC Walmart unless you want to be ignored and treated like a thief I have lived near this Walmart my entire life and it has gone downhill more and moreI suggest the nearby Blairsville Walmart where you will be treated like a valued customer

10/24/I went in to their Lube center for an oil change The guy that was taking all the information documented the type of oil used at the previous location which was WalMart in Caldwell and their sticker said 5w The guy asked me if that is what the sticker said which I replied "yes." I didn't realize that on his comments he had put "customer requested 5w20." I was given a gift card at Walmart in Denver Co The card was for items I returned that were not eligible for cash back The returns added up to $ When trying to use the card I was told that there was no money on it After investigations it was found that the card had been compromised prior to acceptance Someone had been able to extract the card information prior to issuance Once money was put on the card they were notified and used the information from the card to buy products in the store with their phone The store said that if I filed a police report that they would have the money owed to me put back on a card I did this but they did not refund the money I talked to several other people who all said they would help but did not The stores have dragged me through loop after loop for nearly a year All over $ I am a long time customer spending countless amounts of money with the company They have no right to treat me like this
