I am writing today regarding my experience that was recently had at the Wal-Mart Supercenter located at Stonecrest Blvd, Tega Cay, SC Unprofessional, devalued, and poor are all adjectives that I would use to describe my experienceI have a concern for ethics that have been practiced at this particular Wal-Mart during the night shift by a particular manager by the name of Porsha I work long hours during the day as I am in the banking field, so in order to get shopping of any sort done I normally I have to do it either really early in the morning or late at night I went in to purchase a gift card for my niece as I do for all my nieces and nephews on their birthdays and celebratory events Overtime, I have noticed that she changes the amount in which she will allow me to load the card with As this does raise my level of concern this alone is not enough to make me complain What makes me complain is the fact that my coworker mentioned to me that they never do that to her after hours My co-worker goes to the same Wal-Mart, as we live in the same area, and does her shopping early morning or late night as well She stated that for her it is and has always been a $limit at night This is bothersome for me I've been trying to figure out why are the rules not the same for the two of us I'm a professional and responsible African-American male She is a professional and responsible Caucasian female
To make matters worse, the level of service that I received for Porsha as a member of management was completely unacceptableFor starters, every time that I have been there she has never worn a name tag or any identifiable feature If she never told me that she was the manager, or what her name was I would have never knownWhen I walked in the store I grabbed the gift card and asked Porsha whom was standing next to an associate where I could go to purchase the gift card Porsha responded "You don't see these self-registers open?" I responded, "I thought that I had to purchase gift cards from an actual representative." She responded with a distressful exhale and stated "Well you can only put $on the card because you might be trying to commit fraud, do you still want to do it?" My expression showed my shock from how she reacted and what she said I expressed my concern that she chooses different amount and that I felt that I was being discriminated againstShe responded with "I'm sorry to hear that." I asked for a corporate number, a business card, or some sort of reference to say that I was there that night and I had spoken with herShe stated "We don't do thatSorryMy name is Porsha." I then asked if she was the manager, she responded "yes." I called and talked to the manager (Shawn Shubert) the next day, he listened and said he'd call me back I then got a call from an assistant manager that had half of the story and he said that he'd look into it and call me back Then a different Assistant Manager (Jen) called me and proceeded to explain how tires are rotated on a car Not what I needed to know! She said, they found out that the machine that did the balancing of the tires was not calibrated properly and that they had someone come out and fix it Ok, but how many people have unbalanced tires? She offered me $since I wasn't happy with the balancing of the tires Out of $that we spent, you'd think they could have at least done $off for the poor service DO NOT BUY tires from Walmart and stay clear of their Tire Shop!!! I SHOPPED AT THE WALMART NEIGHBORHOOD MARKET'S LOCATED AT SPARKER RD., DENVER, CO AND ECOLFAX AV., AURORA, CO AND FOUND NUMEROUS OUTDATED ITMESN (GROCERY) BEING SOLD AT FULL PRICESTHE ISSUE'S WAS BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF MANAGEMENT OFFICIALS BUT THEY REFUSED TO TAKE ANY CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
I dropped my son's prescription off on Aug *** the tech told me it would be ready on ThursdayApparently she didn't release it to be filled until that FridayO again I was told TuesdayTuesday Aug is here and I'm told that they might have his meds on Thursday if they have it in the warehouse Furious I go get the script to take it elsewhereOn my way out the door I spot the ***Manager *** I explain to him what went on and show the scriptI look around, and says "the store manager will be here soon, he will talk to them and find out what's going onSorry this happened"And the conversation is endedPlease explained to be how you are going to take care of it when you didn't even ask my name? I took it to my local pharmacy to be filledMedicaid denied for noncompliance since several doses have been missed!!! Thanks Walmart!!!

I am writing today regarding my experience that was recently had at the Wal-Mart Supercenter located at Stonecrest Blvd, Tega Cay, SC Unprofessional, devalued, and poor are all adjectives that I would use to describe my experienceI have a concern for ethics that have been practiced at this particular Wal-Mart during the night shift by a particular manager by the name of Porsha I work long hours during the day as I am in the banking field, so in order to get shopping of any sort done I normally I have to do it either really early in the morning or late at night I went in to purchase a gift card for my niece as I do for all my nieces and nephews on their birthdays and celebratory events Overtime, I have noticed that she changes the amount in which she will allow me to load the card with As this does raise my level of concern this alone is not enough to make me complain What makes me complain is the fact that my coworker mentioned to me that they never do that to her after hours My co-worker goes to the same Wal-Mart, as we live in the same area, and does her shopping early morning or late night as well She stated that for her it is and has always been a $limit at night This is bothersome for me I've been trying to figure out why are the rules not the same for the two of us I'm a professional and responsible African-American male She is a professional and responsible Caucasian female
To make matters worse, the level of service that I received for Porsha as a member of management was completely unacceptableFor starters, every time that I have been there she has never worn a name tag or any identifiable feature If she never told me that she was the manager, or what her name was I would have never knownWhen I walked in the store I grabbed the gift card and asked Porsha whom was standing next to an associate where I could go to purchase the gift card Porsha responded "You don't see these self-registers open?" I responded, "I thought that I had to purchase gift cards from an actual representative." She responded with a distressful exhale and stated "Well you can only put $on the card because you might be trying to commit fraud, do you still want to do it?" My expression showed my shock from how she reacted and what she said I expressed my concern that she chooses different amount and that I felt that I was being discriminated againstShe responded with "I'm sorry to hear that." I asked for a corporate number, a business card, or some sort of reference to say that I was there that night and I had spoken with herShe stated "We don't do thatSorryMy name is Porsha." I then asked if she was the manager, she responded "yes." This is concerning for meNot only did I receive poor customer service and was I disrespectedThis biggest issue for me is that I feel discriminated againstHer rude comments, eye rolls, and neck rolling were far from appreciated
To be a victim of this type of discrimination from a manager employed at Wal-Mart is troublesome for me Never have I engaged in any fraudulent act Never have I done anything to deserve such treatmentI am more than open to further discussion of the incident and hope that we can discuss a solution that includes preventative measures to ensure that no other customer will have fall victim to the unprofessional and discriminatory behavior that I haveI look forward to hearing from you all

I went to price match at this Walmart And went I went to the register the cashier said as of June 9th we no longer price match I asked where is written that states so she called a manager over and the manager pulls a piece of paper out of a folder which the paper was for employees only and I said I asking for signs around the store not the employee hand book well she was like well we are not and just walked away .I have since returned to this store more than times and there is still no signage on no longer price matching How is this fair to a customer like myself when the cooperate policy online does notState in any way select store numbers no longer price match All it states is check with your local Walmart well this Walmart has no signage anywhere And I must add there are many new shops and stores opening within a mile of this Walmart that will affect your sales ; example before we can price match target .com at this store and now there is a target opening about blocks away

I purchased my Tmobile phone at walmart locates at broadway saugus ma in august I bought the walmart coverage for years I called back they gave me the runaround for a month straight about getting a reciept reprinted im stil under coverage and cant get anyone to exchange my phone because I was unable to register my phone and noone can find my purchase im sure they keep a ;log especially when I was giving specififc date sa nd time to be able to look at the transaction im really frustrated as I need a new phone have coverage and cant get it
My son and I brought his truck to the Walmart on the west side of Sioux Falls, SD to have his tires replaced After spending $on new tires, my son drove back to college about miles north of Sioux Falls While halfway there his truck started shaking so bad he thought he was going to go off the road It was approximately 8:pm and raining He called me to see what he should do Being that he just got new tires, we assumed it was something related to them He checked the tires and the caps over the lug nuts were loose He was in the middle of nowhere I told him to try to get the vehicle to his destination, go slow and go to the Walmart in Brookings, SD (his destination) He called back three times scared that he wouldn't make it He finally arrived to the Brookings Walmart They checked the tires and it turns out that they weren't balanced properly They were off by - on all four tires I told him he should call the Sioux Falls Walmart store in the morning to let them know what had happened He did and they offered him a $gift card for his trouble This was unacceptable and considering they had probably done the same to other cars, it was DANGEROUS! I called and talked to the manager (Shawn Shubert) the next day, he listened and said he'd call me back I then got a call from an assistant manager that had half of the story and he said that he'd look into it and call me back Then a different Assistant Manager (Jen) called me and proceeded to explain how tires are rotated on a car Not what I needed to know! She said, they found out that the machine that did the balancing of the tires was not calibrated properly and that they had someone come out and fix it Ok, but how many people have unbalanced tires? She offered me $since I wasn't happy with the balancing of the tires Out of $that we spent, you'd think they could have at least done $off for the poor service DO NOT BUY tires from Walmart and stay clear of their Tire Shop!!! I will never go back and I will tell anyone that ever asks me about tires where they should also NOT GO! Bentonville, train your managers on how to provide quality service Shame on you!
