I purchased some items at Walmart Store Number in Pella, Iowa The store manager is *** *** and phone number is 641-628- The purchase date was 4/29/ I used my Debit Card/Credit card to make the purchase as I have done many times It didn't allow me to select credit card and the transaction went through without a pin number as a debit transaction My bank has advised me to not use the debit card at retail establishments for security reasons

Walmart Pharmacy is my pharmacy of choice and have been getting my prescriptions filled at the Metairie, LA XXXXX location for years On Friday January 6, I went in to update insurance information and to get a prescription filled that had been called in by my physician *** waited on me initially I did not have my new card so she wrote down the info she needed and I told her I would step aside while I contact my insurance carrier Once the info was received another associate had opened the 2nd booth and I proceeded to allow her to wait on me *** was very rude from our initial contact She was having trouble putting the info in and kept asking me to repeat it I offered to give her the paper as I did not have my glasses and I may not be reading it incorrectly She very rudely stated that she could not see the info without even looking at it I then asked if she would like it faxed to them as the insurance web page was giving me that option She very rudely advised that it would be too small I advised that it would not be the size that was on the smart phone and it would be much larger she again advised very rudely that I could do what I want At that point I asked *** was she having a bad day? 12/08/I brought my car for a oil change at Walmart and two weeks later was telling me it need oil I check and I check the oil and there was none, I took it back and a worker to me to take it back at and I did and what happened is that management were so rude, and he went to check it again and he told me it had oil, I think that was so unprofessional of him, I knew that it had no oil so I took my car to family Toyota in Burleson Texas and they did tell me my car was very low on oil, I also have another complain I was getting synthetic oils and every miles it need a oils change when my car it was every 5,, this is the second time it happens to me lol oil at the same placeThanks
On June 15th at hrs., I was shopping at the Walmart in Apple Valley MN Because of the items I had, I did not use the self checkout lane, plus I do not like to do self checkout
There were approximately customer service lanes and only of them were open with long lines I am not happy the time it took me to purchase my items all because they did not have more checkout lines open Having only lanes open is not good customer service, it's terrible customer service
