I'm extremely dissatisfied with Walmart Pharmacy in Uniontown PaI've had several issues, over the course of a decade, where these pharmacists, seem to have no common senseThey have overcharged me on several occasions, they never put my insurance information in correctly, I've had doctors contact them to fix my issues, because they treat me very poorly when I try to resolve these issues with them myself I've never been treated so poorly by any customer service rep in my life I honestly feel that they are discriminating against me, and they give me these problems on purpose because of the medication I take They know I'm dependent on it, yet they constantly make excuses why they can't fill my prescriptions Once in a while, I have no problem, but 90% of the time, I can't even get vitamins from them without an issue
The pharmacists are rude, some never "thank you, please come again, or do you have any questions about your medication?" I'm always rushed out, and if I have a question, I'm often told "I don't know, ask your doctor", but my doctor tells me to "ask the pharmacist"They have even blurted out my personal information loud enough for other customers to hear, scolded me like a child in front of other customers, when I'd try to fill my script a day early, simply because I was in the area, and shopping anywayThey could politely tell me that the insurance won't fill it until the next day, but instead, they scold me, and treat me like an inferior
The managers are even worse!! I've tried to politely explain my problems, and they treat me even worseI've only put up with it as long as I have, because it's the closest pharmacy to my home, have a drive thru, (which is closed off 80% of the time anyway) and they are open til 9pmNow that I've completely had it, and no longer wish to continue doing business with them, I'll have to travel miles out of my way and pay extra for gas, possibly pay more for my medications, wait longer, and it's an overall major inconvenience to me to go somewhere else
But this is how strongly I feel, against this particular pharmacy I've tried to resolve my issues with management directly, and have never been successful They made it clear to me, that they do not care about my satisfaction or anyone else's, considering I've known several others with the same issues
I'd be happy if that pharmacy would hire new employees, or atleast train the ones they have to be consistent, (I get the same meds biweekly, they know that, and still give me grief, and take over an hour to fill simple meds, when there are no other customers even ahead of me) obedient, (the customer is always right) informative, (please let me know if there are any major side effects, or atleast ask me if I have any questions, and if I do, take a moment to answer them, instead of telling me to ask someone else), compassionate, (they should have basic common curtosey, say please and thank you, and listen to what I have to say rather than blow me off) dress appropriately, (some dress provocatively, they don't look like pharmacists at all, but instead look like there at a nightclub, I like to dress fun sometimes too, but NOT on the job, pharmacists should dress professionally while they're at work) and most of all, use basic common sense, (which these pharmacists don't seem to have)
Since I highly doubt any of that will happen, a sincere apology would be niceAlthough, I also doubt that will even happen At this point, I just want a formal complaint to reach their office, to the main person in charge, or atleast human resources, I want them to know how extremely dissatisfied I am, and to work on these issues, so that they don't do this to anyone else I wouldn't recommend anyone to this pharmacy as long as I live But I am well aware, that this pharmacy will not go out of business over my unhappiness, I'm sure they will do just fine without my business, I'm aware of that, but they need to be aware of the grief they have caused me, over the last 10+ yearsI'm ashamed I put up with it as long as I have, but I'm a nice person, I don't like to complain or cause problems, but I've completely HAD IT

I was over charged for an oil change
sign stated oil change $ I told the clerk I only wanted an oil change nothing else and no added add ons she agreed I got my car back 1/hours later and the bill was $ I asked why they said they had to charge me for an oil filter and extra oil I have never been charged extra oil nor is there a sign stating so An oil filter comes with an oil change every one knows you cant change oil with out changing a filter I asked the manager and she said sorry and that was it the clerk even agreed I stated no extra charges SORRY isn't going to resolve being over charged

I told the female counter attendant I was very upset because my car had been left in the parking lot unlocked with the windows down and I felt it was very irresponsible of the mechanic and that wal-mart had a duty to protect my car while it was in their care
Her response to me was "SO, YOU DIDN'T TELL US NOT TO LEAVE THEM DOWN."
I asked for a manager to which I was told they didn't have a store managerI asked to talk to whomever was in charge of the store, she reluctantly called someoneAnother female person appeared, I explained the situation and she then paged the automotive managerWho after more minutes of waiting still could not find his way back to his department

Sep 08, I went to Wal-Mart #for an oil change I was informed that my oil pan and drain plug was damaged and that could have only happened from the last place that I had gotten the oil change done On Sep 10, I got in touch with Wal-Mart #(the last place I had an oil change done on 06/30/2018) I spoke with the service manager James who informed of filing a formal claim On Sep 15, I went into the Plainfield Wal-Mart store and filed the claim I was told that Pete (loss prevention) would contact me Appropriately 1:13pm Pete called and I gave him a summary of what happened Pete informed me that claims would notify me on Monday On Sep 28, I called back to the Plainfield store and spoke with Pete and informed him that no one had contacted me regarding my claim He informed me that he had to given all the information to the Oswego store and they should have followed up on it Pete said that he would contact the store and someone should give me a

So, as if that wasn't bad enough I paid for their services then walked out to my car to find it parked in the parking lot unlocked and with it's windows rolled downMy $dog kennel in the back seat, numerous confidential documents in the unlocked glove compartment and personal property lying on the front seat for anyone who walked by to take at will
So, upon finding this, I again went to the service counter to complain about the careless irresponsible way my car was left in the parking lot
I told the female counter attendant I was very upset because my car had been left in the parking lot unlocked with the windows down and I felt it was very irresponsible of the mechanic and that wal-mart had a duty to protect my car while it was in their care
Her response to me was "SO, YOU DIDN'T TELL US NOT TO LEAVE THEM DOWN."
I asked for a manager to which I was told they didn't have a store managerI asked to talk to whomever was in charge of the store, she reluctantly called someoneAnother female person appeared, I explained the situation and she then paged the automotive managerWho after more minutes of waiting still could not find his way back to his department
So, feeling like I wasn't going to get any help or satisfactory resolution to my grievence
I finally stormed out the door furious, vowing never use any wal-mart automotive center again, ever
My treatment was unacceptable, the careless way the mechanic cared for my vehicle was unacceptable, and the juvenile behavior of the female counter attendant was very unacceptable
Sep 08, I went to Wal-Mart #for an oil change I was informed that my oil pan and drain plug was damaged and that could have only happened from the last place that I had gotten the oil change done On Sep 10, I got in touch with Wal-Mart #(the last place I had an oil change done on 06/30/2018) I spoke with the service manager James who informed of filing a formal claim On Sep 15, I went into the Plainfield Wal-Mart store and filed the claim I was told that Pete (loss prevention) would contact me Appropriately 1:13pm Pete called and I gave him a summary of what happened Pete informed me that claims would notify me on Monday On Sep 28, I called back to the Plainfield store and spoke with Pete and informed him that no one had contacted me regarding my claim He informed me that he had to given all the information to the Oswego store and they should have followed up on it Pete said that he would contact the store and someone should give me a

-I have been into several Walmart locations over the past month and twice the checkout person has NO CLUE to what you are supposed to do/what to scan;
-you now are forcing me to have my phone in and on me when I go into Walmart (needless like my parents have a smart phone to begin with, which they don't);

I have noticed on visits to walmart that the greeter very commonly asks to see receipts as customers are leaving the store This I found borderline harrassment in some way simply because I am not giving them a reason to be suspicious to check my items When I question the employees as to why, all I hear is that it is a new policy they have to uphold Earlier today, 6/11/17, I did not even make it literally three STEPS away from the register I checked out at before I was asked to show my receipt When I asked if they were serious, I was told they HAD to see the receipt because of shoes I had bought I was in self checkout, so apparently the cashier that ran it can't vouch that I was just there less than two minutes ago and could not print out another receipt once another customer starts to use it I had bought over $so several bags to go through to find it As I was searching I was told I could get a copy at customer service, where all registers had "lane closed" signs on them The closest cashier couldn't even answer a question of if anyone was even working in customer service or page assistance for a customer

I've never been accused of stealing from a store in my life but lo and behold it happened today Not even blatantly stealing but moving price tags to get a lower price When I told the associate it was the wrong price he argued up and down that the price is what it is so me being me I asked for a manager As he turns to call he had the nerve to say "you probably moved it" I spoke to the asstManager and he was more concerned about the price of the item than about the disrespectful nature of his associate To this day I have not gotten an apology from the asstManager nor the associate
