I discovered a bike on sale through WalMart's mobile application that listed the price as $for IN STORE and $ONLINEUpon finding the bike IN STORE, I was denied the price as listed from their mobile applicationI refuse to believe that this was something that could not have been handled in a proper manner, as I did not falsify that price, nor did I adjust it to come out in my favorThat is a deceptive business practice, and it is unfair to punish the customer for an error on the end of the businessPrice errors are to be honored in favor of the customer, and not in favor of rude management staff and deaf ears from corporate offices
This is the worst store in the city of Indianapolis, advoid this Walmart if you can, the employees are unprofessional and lack respect for customersThe employees are childish and lack basic knowledge of customer service ! They've been on the news multiple times! I had two accounts with My Family Mobile-Walmart, and I paid both off on the of Dec I switched my accounts to their parent company which is T-Mobile and there was a five day wait period from MyFamily Mobile to T-Mobile account #is for my children So far I received a five day bill from Walmart Myfamilymobile and it is a full months payment for $which is the total amount that I paid monthly We never had roaming charges or data overage so I do not know why my accounts would have them in the last five days and why am I being charged a full month's bill This is robbery and a gross over charge for five days of a cellphone *** D ***

I had to get a manager from another department to honor the discussion that Solomon and I discussedThis was a tiresome and disbelief experienceTo top it all off on the 23rd, Friday morning my vehicle was on flat when I woke up, I had to get my neighbor to take me to buy an air inflator pump to put air into my tireI am military veteran who just retired with a 100% total and permanent disabilityThis stress and manual labor is causing undo harm to my medical conditionsEvery morning there after my vehicle would be on flatOn the 25th February I took my vehicle back to Stafford Virginia Walmart to have them look at my vehicleThey told me it would take four hours before they could LOOK at my vehicle to figure out what they did wrongAgain, Patrick and I had another heated disagreementThere is no way I should have to wait four hours for them to look at something they messed upIf they would have fixed it right the first time I wait three and half hour, I would not have to come back and have them look at it againI am in the process of moving to Texas and don't have time to wait around a store for someone to repair what they should have fixed the first timeAgain, I had to get another manager but this time it was the Co-Manager of the store (Stacey), I tried to explain her the situation but she was not willingly to listen to the situation from the customer point of viewI tried to explain that I didn't have time to be waiting around the store for them to correct their mistakeI asked if I could leave my vehicle and they get me a rental so I could carry out with my dayShe refused to understand the situation that it is their mistake that got me back at their storeDue to the time crunch I must ride around with this air inflator in my truck to put air into my tire when it goes flatThis is not the behavior I expected from a major business corporation like Walmart, this is unsatisfactory and unbecoming of WalmartThere is no way any customer should be treated in this mannerPeople in Stafford area needs to be caution of the tire and auto department of Stafford Virginia Walmart
The store refused to allow my husband to use a WIC voucher after he refused to sign the voucher prior to purchase, per the cashier, which WIC explicitly told us not to doShe then said she wanted proof he was even able to use it, which WIC said all he had to do was just sign the voucher because they have him listed as a proxy in their systemThe cashier then took our unsigned voucher away from the register to talk to a manager, which is grossly inappropriate It appears that the cashier retaliated against him
Jasmine and Drea provided the most unsatifactory customer service experience ever on Nov 5, at 9:30pm estimate timeI bought a dresser offline and picked it up from site to store at the Auburndale locationI do not live close to this locationSo, I decided to return it to the Bartow locationThey were refusing to return the item initially and gave me the run aroundI then had to call Walmart customer service, they then told them I can return the item at any Walmart .They told me I needed to travel across town to the Auburndale Walmart and return itThen when that failed and the Walmart rep said I could return it at any WalmartThey then tried to give me my money back on a store credit.However, I paid with cash for my purchase It is considered unethical when you take a customers money and then try to force the customer to take a store credit ,when they have the receipt showing they paid cashRichard was the only one who knew what he was doingHe should be store manager as he was phenomenalThe last time I was there Drea did not know how to make a credit card payment in the jewelry departmentThis is who Walmart has in charge late at nightBUYERS BEWARE
Walmart is a terrible corporation and its a shame with what they get away withIt is now the middle of July and I am still waiting on a order I placed before May 31stWalmart has tried to make an attempt to rectify this situation but they keep just giving us 20% off and crappy customer serviceON THE 4th attempt to send us the correct order, a patio set, there was a fisher price PIRATE SHIP BED in my driveway Every time you try and resolve an issue with their customer service to speak to a different person and ALWAYS have to repeat the same storyThese people could careless if they are doing correct businessTHE ONLY reason walmart is getting away with this is because they are a massive corporationIf I owned a small business and treated my customers like this I would be out of business in a monthThis is not right and I have complained several times to Walmart and gotten no whereI even blasted them on social media and they had their stupid automatic bots respond to me offering zero serviceThis company is terrible and needs to be investigatedway too much neglect going on for being a fortune companyI urge anyone to contact me as I have proof of this terrible transition
