Hello, In May 01, I went to Walmart to pay for my apartment using the WIPS cardI went to the billing center like I usually doIf you are unfamiliar how to make payments with WIPS it goes as followsYou present the WIPS card to the cashier and let her know how much you plan on putting on it (your monthly rent) she did charges you the amountYou agree on the amount like any other purchaseAfter you have paid for the amount you, the cashier loads the information to the WIPS cardHowever something was wrong with the computer and she was not able to load my money onto my cardWe tried again, same process I gave my credit card information and entered my pinSame error, she said it must be the cardShe issues me a cash refund for the last transactionHowever I told her we swiped my card twice and she said she had voided the 1st transactionI confirmed with the manager on duty Jamal that if I had a double charge that I would like my refundHe said there should be no problem

On June 30, I went to Walmart auto care to have my vehicle serviced for an oil changeOn September 24, my vehicle stopped on me while I was drivingI checked under the hood and realized my oil cap was never replacedOil was spilled everywhereI went to walmart to complainI spoke with an employee by the name of ***He told me the manager was not inHe advised me to buy another oil cap from auto zone and to also purchase two qts of 5woil to pour in my vehicle and assured me that would get my vehicle up and running which it did notI called a tow truck to come out and have my vehicle towed to walmart and explain to him my situationThe tow guy ended up finding the original oil cap under the engine that was never replaced after my oil changeI did not have my car towed at that time because the auto care department had closedOn September 25, I had my car towe

I purchased an oil change, at first it rang up $19.99, I specifically said no I want the $as I wanted my fluids checked and my carpets vacuumed After waiting about hours I got my car and they did nothing to it from what I can tell They definitely didn't vacuum the carpet and in fact all of the options say no action meaning they didn't do any of the work I paid for I asked for a refund on Twitter and was told I would have to return miles back to the store! I told them I have had problems in the past returning items as they have horrible customer service I believe others have also been a victim of this scam where they charge for services not rendered The oil change was $29.99, paid for on 7/at 16:44: No court action is pending at this time although this appears to be wide spread fraud so a class action lawsuit may be occurring that I am not aware of yet

On 4/at around noon, I went to check in at Wal-Mart Auto Care Center at S Signal Butte Road, in Mesa AzI had asked for a full synthetic oil change, and with it I requested a full synthetic filter to be used as I had been given an oil change before with the incorrect filter at this WalmartThe man who checked me in estimated a wait time of two hoursThree hours later, I was given my car keys, and when I checked the filter, I noticed it was not the one I had asked forWhen I asked for an explanation, the same man told me that he never heard me asking for the synthetic filter, and I reminded him that I did ask for the synthetic filterAt this time this man looked down and said I am sorry Then he said he never uses synthetic filters for the synthetic oil changes done at this Wal-Mart, which makes me think that they are being dishonest to people when they advertise 'full synthetic oil change'At this time I requested to talk to the manager, and he pointed to a lady outside

I purchased a car battery from Walmart and it lasted less than a year they replaced it with one that lasted months and would replace it because I had already a return on one before I was informed by the store csm that they had some bad batteries to come through their store and maybe I had been sold two of them The assist manager walk to the auto center with me on my trip to the store and asked the dept manager what was the reason for the battery being dead he stated there was no working tested on site to let them know the reason so I was out of luck and need to purchase a new battery

My online grocery shopping experience up until the last month has been wonderful But today "takes the cake" with extremely poor customer serviceStore located at Uptown Blvd., Cedar Hill, Texas is the store that did not meet even the lowest of expectationsMy last order (#XXXXXXXXXX) for August 7, 2017, had a scheduled deliver of 5pm-6pmI waiting hour for pick up I gave the benefit of the doubt (things happen) On August 14, 2017, my order (#XXXXXXXXXX} had a scheduled pick up between 6pm-7pmI received a confirmation of my order, but did not received an email that stated my order was readyI arrived nonetheless because I thought it would be ready anyway between those hours My thoughts could not have been furthest from the truth! I arrived at the pick up line at about 5:50pmWaiting until 6pm to say something because I still had not received the emailThe young lady who waited on my (appeared frustrated and deflated) said she would go and check on the order I never saw her again (apparently one of the workers indicated that she just "walked off the job") Customer Service Representative *** told me that he didn't know what was wrong, but if I wanted to wait until a little bit before 8pm to pick up my orderI thought he was the manager, but he was not A manager, named *** came over to my car, with *** and looked up my name and said ok and then walked away I thought he was going to get my order He never returnedhour and minutes I had sat there in degree heat with my daughter in tow About 7:45pm, ***, came out and said that he had "bad news" He stated that I would not be able to pick up my order until tomorrow Tomorrow??!! The manager never came back out , but sent *** out to tell the other 4-cars the same information I asked *** what was his role at WalmartHe indicated that his old job was to bring out the groceriesHe could not tell me what time tomorrow to pick up the groceries nor the reasoning why There is NO way he should have been sent out there to deliver such news to the customers who have already paid for groceries that could not be retrievedI felt sorry for him I was polite, but I could only imagine what some of the others might have saidThere was one lady who had been waiting for hours for items that were not given to her I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the customer service of this location In the beginning, this was the BEST service and I referred everyone that I knew giving so much praise, but today, I cannot say the sameI would not recommend anyone to this location and until this is resolved, I will not I am extremely disappointed I am a resident of Grand Prairie and employed in DeSotoThere are two other Walmart locations available to me and I made a choice to come to Cedar Hill I feel Cedar Hill has let me down I will be contacting other avenues to report this service (or lack thereof) but I wanted to let you know how I feltI am hopeful to regain the trust with this particular Walmart and enjoy the excellent customer service I have received in the past

Sunday went to the west Ashley circle Walmart in Charleston South Carolina to return recalled Swiss Rolls & was refuse by young women working the customer service desk because they were expired & I didn't have the receipt even though I bought them the week before! So they're selling items extremely close to their sell by dates! & I won't be buying any food items or shopping there again! She stated that Walmart doesn't take expired items without a receipt! I called the following day to express how I satisfied I was with the service to rushed off the phone by someone pretending to a manager! I called the the corporate to claim & they connected me w/ the proper customer service by the name of *** who told me to come today before 6pm which I did he wasn't there! Now I'm irritated! Amazed that walmart would have such terrible service about such a serious issueVerbal assult, I should have called police instead of waiting for management
