I don't buy extended warranties because I don't like the hassle that goes with themBut when the cashier at the Crystal Lake store tried to sell it to me I said "no I don't like them because you have to call a number then ship your product and it's not worth itThey then told me no problem you just bring it back here with your receipt and they will take care of you hereI then asked are you sure which company do they use for the warrentyThey said they don't it's just fine hereWhen my item broke I went back to my Walmart to exchangeThis is where my expirence was terribleThe lady at the counter had an attitude right awayShe was very short with her questions and very combativeI handed her my receipt and she told my oh this is too old you can't return itI told her look at the receipt again I bought a two year warrantyShe then said oh then you have to call the manufacturerI said why do I have to call the manufacture when I bought a plan from WalmartShe then was that's how it works I can't help youI asked for her managerWhen he came over he was nice but the only suggestion he had was for me to go to the Walmart from where I bought it from and return it thereThe Walmart I got it from was min away why could I just get this taken care of right here if they are just going to do it thereI told him I was not going to drive all the way there when this is the same storeI then talked to the store managerShe was also nice and polite but had no idea how the warranty even workedShe pulled out the brochure which I should have gotten in the first place and told me I just have to call this number but then couldn't even find the number to callSo now I had a brochure that told me nothing and a"store manager" with no solutionI then teexplain to her about how I was lied to when I bought this and I should not be held responsible for either bad training or a sales associate with pressure to sell these plans at any costShe then also said that it wasn't her store that sold it so I should go to the Walmart where I got it fromMaybe a good thing would have been for her to call the other store to see what they would do so maybe I wouldn't waste my timeMaybe the next time I'll just do what the scammers do and just bring it in with no teceipt at all and get there store creditLesson learned for trying to do things the right and honest wayThanks for nothing Walmart

On the Walmart Appthey had laptops advertised for about $at the Seagoville locationI drove about minutes away from my closest Wal-Mart to grab a couple of these laptops for my children When I arrived I headed straight to the electronic department, found the laptop and made sure the serial numbers match the one in the adOnce I confirmed that the laptops did match I asked Misty, the cashier, to scan the laptopShe then told me that the price was not $it was more like $I showed her the ad and the matching model numbers and she rushed off to find someone In chargeA few minutes later she brought back a very rude and nasty assistant manager named GingerGinger was more interested in belittling me than helping me, and despite what was shown on there app she insisted that I wasn't getting anythingI am very dissatisfied with the poor quality of customer service Wal marts employees provide there customers and also with their deceptive advertising tacticsI will take my business and money elsewhere!

The manager attempted to force an upsell on an unnecessary service
I tried to get an oil change, however the manager on duty refused unless I purchased a full synthetic oil changeShe indicated it was required by the manufacturer of my vehicleI explained to her my owners manual said otherwise, and I would like a conventional oil change, and she still refusedNot only was the manger giving information, but she was rude about it as well, telling me I was wrongI had my manual in the truckI requested a written explanation twice, and had both requests ignoredI had to make plans to get an oil change in the middle of the day, and then was refused service

I took my vehicle to Wal-Mart Tire Center in Frankfort, Kentucky on 12-18-due to a nail in my tire and requested a patch or a new tire I was greeted rudely by the first employee I was told it would take minutes for my vehicle to be worked on even though no other customers waiting and no cars inside or outside the garage The employees in the garage were horse playing passing a ball when I arrived Another employee put me in their waiting area and asked me my last name I was not notified when my vehicle was completed and was told by the same employee who put me I the waiting area he could not find me even though I was the only one there and had not moved About a week later my tire light returned back one I was out of town and took it to another place of business I was told my tire pressure sensor was broken and had been glued back together I was not informed of this and Wal-Mart let me leave in a vehicle with a broken car part that they broke This is unsafe, deceitful and poor customer service I am now out $to have the piece that they broke replaced

I purchased a tent online for next day store pickupThe store email twice saying it has been delayedCalled customer service and the said the store was looking for the item and that they could not give me a date to pick the item upI asked to have my money back to purchase a tent somewhere else due to time constraints on my endShe canceled my order then informed me that it would take business days to get my money backI then looked online and it showed the tent available for pick up now miles from the store that said they could not find itI called customer service to see if they I could just go pick it up from that store instead they said I would have to re-purchase the item and wait for the other money to returnWhen money is tight this is a problemI just want a tent to take the Boy Scout den that I run camping and I am hopefully not going to cancel if I can buy a tentThanks

Upon purchasing a new tire be aware they add an optional Road Hazard Coverage in the amount of $per tire without asking youOnce you complain it takes over minutes to reprint the invoiceI was told the system takes a while to updateAlso, they charge $for a lifetime tire balance, which is recommended of course, but according to them it is MANDATORY by state lawThat is NOT trueBe aware of this place and verify your invoice before payingThey are liars and they do have a really bad attitude

I bought a car battery from Walmart and it was Defective
No replacement available and no refund!

Walmart Catoosa, OKlahoma refuses to accept my $return with recent receiptI have made two attempts and contacted the customer service hotline

I ordered something online through walmart.comIt was listed as available for "same-day pickup" at this location I received an email a few hours later with an estimated pickup time The next day the item still was not available for pickup I called the store and they had "no record of my order" They cited a glitch in the system I asked to speak with a manager as I needed the item that dayI was put on hold for minutes I hung up and followed up with an online representative named *** He assured me the order was still processing Some time later I arrived in person at the store They did not know where my item was or what had happened to itI canceled the order at that time My money has not yet been returned and there has been no email confirmation of the cancellation Instead it still reads order processing I believe the claims of same day pickup at this location to be advertisingI could have ordered from *** Prime same day delivery without this problemVery poor customer service and failure to deliver on an advertised feature

Bought a snow blower and paid extra for extended warranty, Snow blower worked for the first winter when I purchased it, ran all the gas out and stored it in a shed all summer, next winter I pulled it out and it would not start, realized primer line from bulb to carb was torn Was told it would all be fixed free of charge, brought it to local small engine repair and now am being told it needs a new carb, which it doesn't because I just had it running great, and the primer line is not covered and need to pay $out of pocket to get it fixed because walmart does not cover poor maintenance Basically meaning because I did not use non-ethanol gas my warranty is null and void Which nowhere did it say that when I purchased the warranty, I had to fight and argue with people on phone that the primer line should be covered and I was told they would escalate the issue and call back, but they never called me back I had to call them and they side they did determine primer line should be covered but still refused to cover carb....ill never do business with them again
