Vizio 32" Smart TV - I opened it up and there was a crack in the screen and I took it to Walmart and they told me the serial numbers don't match and that its been returned beforeDon't believe me come show up at my house

Seems that Walmart picks the times it a wants to follow it's own policy rulesAtemptied to return a item that was sold be WalmartAt the time was refused and told two excuses why they wouldn't take the items as a return as stated in there return policy

On Sunday June 19, 2016, I waited in the customer service line over minutes when an African Lady and her mother jumped ahead of the lineEveryone allowed them too, none of the customers or staff said anything After they were serviced, I approached the register at customer service and begin exchanging a shredded that stopped workingThe African Lady interrupted the cashier to ask a question, after the cashier responded she begins asking more questionsI politely informed her that I had been waiting in line and she needs to wait her turnWhen I told her that she needed to wait her turn she begins to yell and cuss at meI informed her that it was not her turn and it was not fair that she interrupt my transaction when she already was servicedThe manager *** *** told the cashier not to service me after I waited in line and I was told to leave the storeThey decided to service the African Lady anyways, instead of meI will never shop at Wal-Mart again and encourage my children, family, friends and coworkers not to either! Due to how the situation was poorly handledI waited in line after the African family had jumped in front of everyone else in line twice and was serviced anyway despite she was yelling and cussing at meThis store has poor management and when I spoke to the manager and informed her that I will contact corporate in the morning, post my experience on your website, survey and face book page she said she DID NOT CAREI have MBA and well aware of the importance of a company's reputation and good management and that was not the caseI will shop at Target from now on until the management improves at the Wal-Mart located at Putty Hill ave, STE 5, Towson MD

I was shopping at a Walmart store in Doral, FL, and received a cut on my arm from an unsecured clothing rackI immediately notified a staff member and Assistant Manager, who took pictures of my cut and completed a Customer Incident ReportBecause I was bleeding, the AsstManager gave me paper towel and a band aidMy main concern, which I expressed to the staff, was to secure the clothing rack so it wouldn't injure anyone elseThey wrapped up the rack with some tape, which I assume was a quick-fix, and hopefully they got it secured properly soon afterI was quite surprised, because the staff were acting as if I was inconveniencing them by filing a complaint of my injury; when actually the store was at fault, and should be held responsible to provide a safe shopping experience for customersI was further baffled when the AsstManager suggested that Walmart may not be able to accept the Customer Incident Report, because I was visiting the US from another country, and the forms were only meant for persons with US addresses to completeThis also shows a lack of inclusion and acceptance for the diversity of shoppers that Walmart hasDoes this mean Walmart only expects Americans to shop in their stores? I frequently travel to the US, and I usually always take time to shop at Walmart for the great variety and discounts they offer
I am now further concerned, as I expected that Walmart would at least have followwith me since I was injured in the storeIt has now been almost year, and nothingI have contacted the Walmart headquarters several times, and provided a copy of the Customer Incident Report, and pictures of my injuries and the unsecured clothing rack in the store, in hopes it will bring attention to store faults to avoid customer injuriesHowever, I've received no response to dateThis is very disappointing, especially I have been shopping at Walmart for more than years, and never had such an unpleasant experienceI would have trusted that Walmart would be more concerned about their customer experience, especially when the fault lies within their own storesI hope this helps them to be more aware of their stores' faults, and taking the proper action to rectify

I went to Walmart to get a car battery and one of your employees changed my car battery for me and then after it was changed my check engine light came on the wrench light came on in my car would not move in with barely shark it was fine before they changed the battery I had to call the tow truck to tow me to a car repair shop and Walmart have employee broke my throttle body on my car and I had to get it replacedI called Walmart twice and talked to two managers first it was a guy that told me to call Lindsey at and I still have not heard back from her I did talk to her and tell her the situation but she has not called me back yet with the Revel resolution they I was told that the employees also we're not even supposed to change car batteries which I had no knowledge of they did not even tell me that they just agreed said yes they would change the battery I had no idea they were allowed to do that and then Bruins have no problem doing it also

You cannot falsely advertise an item online as available in-store and then increase the price by 600%The item is priced $and there are two items available at the Highland, CA location
Additionally it is illegal to use bait and switch which is what occurred in the store and was encouraged by your sales associates/manager
I take this matter very seriously as I'm an advocate for consumer rightsI do not take this matt

I have been trying to track an order placed by someone other than myself on 08/18/from my gift registry that was due to arrive at the store on 08/31/I have contacted the store everyday for the past weeks and get the same responses: busy signal, piand hang-up, pand told one minute then call disconnects, or constantly ringing for minutesOne time I had such a hard time getting through I had to go to the store just to be told the item was not there and that I should wait for the notification that it has arrivedI have even spoken with a manager at the store on 09/05/that was supposed to check on this item and call me back that day, and I have not received a call back yet

Terrible management and contradicting judgement by two different shifts of my situationI was told one thing by the night shift assistant manager and then accused of being a liar by day shift and in a condescending manor, two days in a rowI spent minutes on the phone(mostly on hold waiting for the night shift AsManager), two nights in a rowI waited for minutes the first day and hour the next day to get my issue(refund) resolved by day shift management, only to be sent away because of inconclusive and contradicting evidence on the first day, and then called a liar and treated in a condescending manor the second dayI admit, I got a little heated with the day shift management, but only after being sent away (two days in a row) with a contradicting conclusion from that of the night shift assistant managerBoth day shift and night shift insisted that they looked at camera footage and that the other shift manager was wrong about what they saw or investigatedNight shift manager said to come in and collect both evenings that I spoke with him and that he was sorry that there was a miscommunication, that day shift had incorrectly checked the kiosk, and that I would receive my refundHe also said that he would notify day shift that I would be coming in to collect with his approval(unfortunately he did not)Night shift insisted that both he and I were wrong and the second day the female assistant manager I spoke with said that I absolutely would not receive a refund (I assume because I threw her attitude, and insinuated that I did not believe her findings to be correct because of the conclusion of the same night shift assistant manager two evenings in a row)She was also very smug and rude and interrupted me after I made her review the video footage againShe brought out her two "trained eyes" the second time and that seemed to boost her smug attitude that manifested from my skepticism of her findingsAll that I was insisting on was for the truth to be told (whether in my favor or not), and for the day and night shift assistant managers to agree on the conclusion on the matterI was trying to see if my current roommate was dangerous and a compulsive liarTHAT IS ALL I WANTED, the $dollars would have been nice and would have proved my suspicions to be incorrect, thus, the innocence of my supposed friendI will never shop at Mal Mart again, and neither will my familyThey have also unjustifiably been rude to my mother in the past and that is unacceptable from a business that is dependent on customer service
