Regarding the savings catcher reward program since the program had to change with the times I have been told and wont allow submission of receipts or e gift cards to be obtained through the savings dashboard on walmart.com and you must have a smart phone to download the app to get the savings This is total discrimination to those of us who cant afford or dont want the extra bills for the smart phone and monthly charge for the service plan obviously Walmart does not want our business if they wont offer any savings to us Obviously walmart needs the money to more than us average working class citizens, they wont even make any effort to cash in the savings earned prior to there new policy if you dont have that smart phone for that app And to top it all off, they send you a link to buy a smart phone through them

I came into walmart bought a maxx everstart battery about years ago the battery was defective and didnt even last years left my car dead and stranded when I tried exchanging it for another one I was told they had no sales record of me ever buying the battery and therefore they wouldnt honor the warranty ive been a regular customer here for years but no longer will be doing any business here

I previously purchased a can of stain from your hardware department to stain my front door However, when I arrived home I discovered I purchased a can of indoor stain instead of outdoor stain

On July 19, My wife attempted to buy a Money Order for $with two re-loadable debit cards with her name embossed on them issued by our bankeach card had $loaded and the first card I will call card A was swiped for $payment and the system said declined due to available host timeout so she used the second card I will call Card B and the payment went through for $500, next she tried to use the card A again for the remainder of $and the payment was declined due to reason She then asked for the entire order to be cancelled and the CSR cancelled the transaction and she asked for a receiptAfter much waiting and calling over two other people she was given what looks like a transaction history showing the two cards the amounts takenBy looking up the cards we see that card A was refunded $the same day on July
