I have been using the grocery pick up service for quite a while nowYou get a scheduled time slot when ordering and I still had to wait for over hour last week to pick up my groceriesI tried again this week and same thing! They send a message telling you it's ready and then you get up there and wait over an hourI finally told them to cancel my order and went homeIf you give time slots to people, there is no excuse for being overbookedObviously, customer service is not important to this storeI may not be back and certainly do not recommend anyone using this service

My daughter went into Springville AL, Walmart to purchase a box of Dark and Lovely hair color My daughter looked looked and looked for the Dark and Lovely brand , she then phoned me making me aware she didn't see the hair color I then instructed her to go to the area where the hair color is locatedMy daughter finally located the Dark and Lovely hair color in a totally different area then other hair colors When my daughter returned to the car she was very upset and heart broken due to she had to experience and witness Caucasian hair color is in a area by itself and African American hair color is in a area by itselfWalmart should have more respect about it stores to separate race in productsWhy cant all hair color no matter what brand and who its for be sold all in the same areaWalmart is the only store that separate hair color by its raceSo if you're African American looking for Dark and lovely hair color we have our own area in WalmartIf you're Caucasian you have your own area in Walmartsad world Walmart got to do better

Sent to Walmart customer emails times explaining my issues, was told each time same information, go into store which I am not able to do, disabled and no transportationI just want my refunded as item was open and missing parts

I was shopping at the Pekin Walmart on Sunday December 11, and they had a large display with numerous models of Norelco electric razors and on the display they had dollar off couponsWe went to check out and they informed us the coupons expired on 12-3-My wife and I went to complain to customer service and they were rude to usThey should of either removed the coupons from the display or given us dollars off since it was their fault for keeping the expired coupons on the displayThis is advertising

Walmart over charged me for a partThey put the wrong part in two years ago and made me pay the difference for the part that was under warranty

I was at Walmart this morning and ask the greeter where I can exchange a shirt and was divided either at the self checkout or I'll I advised him that I was going to do some shopping and then I would come to the self checkout after shopping I went through the self checkout and advised him that I was needing to do my exchange he then called a black girl up to assist me she advised me that she could not do the exchange there I would have to go to Isle I advised her that I needed to get to work and that was told that I could do it there she said she did not have a key and I would have to go down there so I cashed out and on my way downtown I heard her say she'll be back as I'm getting down the aisle I noticed nobody is there I hold down the isle at her and told her that at the same time a black gentleman was heading down towards her saying that there was nobody there to assist him with his exchange either at this time somebody from the other side of the store had came to help me with also assisted me in the store earlier he went got the key and did my exchange for me on my way back down towards the girl to head back out to my car I noticed that she was doing the exchange for the black gentleman to me I took this as he was being prejudice due to I was white and she did not want to help me a black German was heading down towards her saying that there was nobody there to assist him with his exchange either at this time somebody from the other side of the store had came to help me with also assisted me in the store earlier he went in got the Qt and did *** change for me on my way back down towards the girl to head back out to my car I noticed that she was doing the exchange for the black tournament me I took this as she was being prejudice do too I was white and she did not want to help me when calling the manager at the store later on in the day the manager had counter dick is herself I know nothing is going to be done with my to let people know

I purchased a rotation service and have all paperwork, yet they refused to deliver on the service because they were too lazy
I came into the store as we always do to get our oil change We have bought the tire rotation service before and that service is good for the lifetime of the tires I asked the associate to look up the record and he could not find it He found similar records He asked for assistance from the auto manager, *** *** *** said that he needed to find the specific record for me to get a rotation This was all done before closing time but nearing closing
I asked for the same service that we always get, a tire rotation every other oil change and a synthetic oil change *** did not like the idea of doing a tire rotation so close to closing (6:45pm to be exact) I had another associate (whom was extremely helpful in every which way, and is the only reason I will ever shop at this location again) find the record which warranted me a tire rotation

EVERY WEEK, they have higher prices programmed in the registers than what is marked on the products Sometimes it is just pennies but many times it is $or more This adds upThey lure you in with their "low prices" but they gouge you every time with higher prices at the register This is a crime but there is nothing we can do about it

Regarding service protection plans and specifically TVsI bought a $TV from Walmart added a yr care plan, yrs later tv is unrepairable and they promise a replacementI started this process the end of Octand am yet to receive a replacement-despite having received emails stating to first choose a replacement, next email confirmed selection, another said my service repair was completeI do not get called back when the CSR and their supervisors cannot help with my claimYesterday I received another email telling me to choose a replacement for my TV, I went through the motions thinking maybe the one I had chosen was no longer in stotried to cancel my order that was previously done (so CSR said), this morning I received another choose a replacement email, never received yet another call back supervisor promised I would get, she would "See to it personally." Bought another TV in the meantime, since the broken TV was my only TV and am losing money with paid services without oneHorrible experience, very stressfulI don't recommend the replacement plfact I'm done shopping at Walmart altogetherI also saved and screenshotted all the emails in case I need to fight to get my money back/services promised

I purchased a inch Hi Sense TV from Wal-MartI used cash to pay for the tv and ironically I have misplaced the receipt but I know for a fact that I purchased from this particular Wal-MartI am not sure as to why the serial number or any other number is registering in the systemThese TV's are still in stock at Wal-Mart so I only wanted an exchangeThe tv purchased is still in it's original packaging; I usually do not have an issue with Wal-Mart electronics; however, this tv does not work

On 5/6/16, I arrived at this Walmart at about 6: I went to the paint department carrying my last can of paint to have another mixed to match No one at the Paint Department I finally went to the Tire Department, and they said they would call for a paint mixer Went back to Paint counter, waited another or so minutes, went back to Tire, they said they would try again Waited another of so, found an Associate walking through store, they said they would help Another Then found the 4th Associate, told her I would only wait minutes, as I had been at the counter over 1/hour waiting Actually waited minutes, no show By then another person was waiting for Paint Mix, I told them 'GOOD LUCK, WALMART DOESN'T CARE'! I went to Garden check out, and griped to Cashier He offered to go mix, but by then I was minutes late But told him to go help the other person waiting.So the next day, on 5/7/16, I sent a friend in to get the paint He waited about minutes
