During the interim of the transaction - I had a discussion w/ the cashier - Jodie - that I preferred to purchase a carton of Marlboro Reds 100s Cigarettes to which he took an unreasonable amount of time to locate where the carton only to tell me after an aogonal wait that this Wal-Mart does not carry the cigarettes I preferred to purchase
Furthermore; I was the one who had to be assertive & prompt him to process of individual pks of Marlboro Reds 100s to substitute for a carton (considering there are 10pks of cigarettes/carton)I believe in remiss that it is the cashier's obligation to arrive at this notion rather than have to rely on the customer for compensation
One of the female customers whom I have never seen before indicated that there was no carton of Marlboro Reds 100s cigarettes to which I responded both quite calm & collected by merely mentioning that, ' "[I] was not talking to her' "

Walmart Family Mobile is advertising pay as you go, yet bills you for months once the service is cancelled.I transferred my phone number and was unable to access my account through the website or over the phone due to being told the account was not validBelieving my account was cancelled I went about my businessTwo weeks later I was sent a bill for months of service that I did not receive or have access to.When I spoke to Walmart Family Mobile (which is another complaint) they refused to tell my why I was charged months of service or how their billing cycle runsI asked how money was possibly owed if I'm paying upfront for the month I'm using and that I cancelled my service before paying for the next month

On 10/24/2016, one month after I purchased a bike from Walmart, I chose to exchange it because I could not fix a defect which I tried to resolve with the bike manufacturer, Hyper Bicycles at X-XXX-XXX-XXXX*** an assistant manager with Walmart, refused to exchange or refund me for this bike because I replaced a part on it although this part was from the manufacturer
On the same day, I spoke with the a Hyper Bicycles customer service rep who told me there is an agreement between the manufacturer and Walmart that customers have a day grace period to get a refund or exchangeI called Walmart the same day and spoke with the customer service managerThe customer service manager told me that the store co-manager, ***, and assistant manager, *** still refused refund/exchange because I replaced a part on the bike

At Warmart Almaden store, My bicycle was stolen in their parking place in minutes at 2:pm in SaturdayI bound the front wheel with parking frame with chain lock and went into Walmart to return somethingBut after I was done in minutes, I saw my bicycle was gone and only the front wheel leftIt's daylight and there are lots of people walking aroundI found there are camera directly facing the parking placeBut when I ask the manager to take a look at the video, what she said is she couldn't take any responsibility and could't let me see the videoI told her because the bicycle has no front wheel, the theft could not ride it and mostly it might be hidden somewhere nearlyIf I or she could take a look at the video, at least I can get some clue to find my bicycleBut she kept saying she can do nothing if there is no police officer appearThen I called the police department, and they told me the officer has emergency issue to handle and I might need to wait for long timeI thought even I spend whole afternoon for police officer to appear, I still have no chance to find back my bicycle, so I have no choice but leavingIt's true that dollar bicycle is not a big loss for most of people, but what I couldn't understand is why it happens in very short time at where lots of people around and why the staff there is so coldEveryone might be the victim of crime if there is no effective way to stop itHow could they think if they are victim and the other people treat the like what they did?

On Sunday June 19, 2016, I waited in the customer service line over minutes when an African Lady and her mother jumped ahead of the lineEveryone allowed them too, none of the customers or staff said anything After they were serviced, I approached the register at customer service and begin exchanging a shredded that stopped workingThe African Lady interrupted the cashier to ask a question, after the cashier responded she begins asking more questionsI politely informed her that I had been waiting in line and she needs to wait her turnWhen I told her that she needed to wait her turn she begins to yell and cuss at meI informed her that it was not her turn and it was not fair that she interrupt my transaction when she already was servicedThe manager *** *** told the cashier not to service me after I waited in line and I was told to leave the storeThey decided to service the African Lady anyways, instead of meI will never shop at Wal-Mart again and encourage my children, family, friends and coworkers not to either!
