Review: I purchased a watch that was supposed to capture video and audio. It was labeled as a "Spy Watch." It doesn't capture video and the audio function is horrifically bad. I've contacted them and the reply stated that someone would get back with me to assist in returning it for a full refund. They've not assisted me or replied in any manner and the allotted time to return it for a full refund has passed. I think they've intentionally ignored me do that the time would pass and that they have no intention of refunding any of my money. I've read some horrible reviews about this company and they are well deserved. This company is nothing more than a bunch of crooks.Desired Settlement: I simply want my money back. If this company was half as good as [redacted], I'd have my refund by now.I've also paid for a couple cameras that mount on a windshield of an auto. I've yet to receive those. Purchased on 2/*/16.

Review: I purchased a set of sheets that were advertised as bamboo. In fact, they are mostly polyester, and the"Bamboo" is actually a chemically produced product that is environmentally quite harmful. Had they stated this in the ad I would not have bought it. I have contacted them and they refuse to take it back because "it is a final sale item." I could accept that if the product was as advertised but it is not.Desired Settlement: I want the full cost, including return shipping, refunded to me, and I want them to cease the false advertising. The sheets have not been unpacked and the package is in perfect condition.

Review: Received wrong item, been trying to get the correct item. Multiple messages sent to them since Dec [redacted], and have not gotten a response at all yet. Here are all the E-Mail exchanges since I got the wrong item a month ago.

Review: I contacted Open Sky several times by email to return a medic alert bracelet. The order was placed on July **, 2014, shipped on August *, 2014, and delivered August **, 2014. As I explained in the email, I liked the look of the bracelet and the information was correct. However, the silver was very thin and bent easily. It is very important that a medic alert bracelet be sturdy and not easily removed. This bracelet is easily caught in clothing and because the metal is so thin it comes off without much effort. This is the reason that I wanted to return it. My first email asking to return the item to the company was approximately 2-days after I received the item. The second email was sent approximately 5 days later, and the last email was sent on August **, 2014. After I sent that email, I found a telephone number for the company. I called several times and did not get an answer and did not have the option to leave a message. I am extremely disappointed because I saw other items on their website that I planned to order in the future.Desired Settlement: Full refund, including return shipping

I ordered an item, double quantity and I received only one piece. This destroyed Christmas for us, not having two presents for our two kids. For almost a week I'm trying to reach somebody, and no luck. Reading the reviews, now I realize that I will never be able to recover the money for the missing item, and nobody will respond to my inquires. This is pure FRAUD.

Revdex.com should consider seriously their accreditation to this business.

Review: Ordered 5 jars of honey, and the box was delivered, leaking honey within the outer saran wrapping. The mail man rang the door bell to direct our attention to the damaged package. I ask the mail man to return the package due to the damage. ** June 2014: was placed on hold 20 minutes then disconnected. ** June 2014: Request an update. ** June 2014: Sent two emails to OpenSky with single picture request assistance. ** June 2014: Sent additional pictures, requesting the vendor send three jars of honey to replace the damaged jars.Desired Settlement: Replace the jars of honey that were broken during shipment. Review: I ordered an item from the website January ** for $94.45, the wrong item was delivered. As I was waiting to send back the item, I re-ordered the item I wanted. The new item was ordered February ** and came before I received a response from the customer service team and it was the same wrong item. I wrote to customer service again explaining my issue and was guaranteed a full refund for both items. I was sent a shipping label and told to send both items back with the same shipping label. I tracked the packages until they were received. February **, my credit card was refunded only one amount of $94.45. I still have not received my second refund as of March **. I have contacted customer service again, via email (no phone number exists on the website to call) and have not received a response.Desired Settlement: I would have liked to receive the original item I ordered. I was told by customer service that they would look into it over a month ago and have not received any follow-up. As it seems I will not be getting the item I wanted, I would like the second refund to be completed, $94.45.

Review: I've contacted both Opensky and the seller ([redacted]) and still haven't received a reply. Also, the tracking number states that the package is still pending. This was to be given as a gift on 12/**/15. It should have arrived in plenty of time for that to have occurred. I'm beyond disgusted and quite embarrassed as this was a gift to be given on [redacted].

Review: I ordered a ring for myself in September as a birthday gift to myself, which wasn't until October, but I didn't wear it until November. After about a week of wearing it one of the stones came out. I contacted this company to let them know what happened and all I got was a bunch of cryptic emails . The first one was saying that they would get in contact with the merchant where the ring came from, then I started getting emails about that too much time had passed for me to return it, then I got an email saying that the merchant would exchange it for me. When I asked what I needed to do to get the ring back to the merchant I then got another email stating that too much time had passed to return it. When I told them I was going to report their company to the Revdex.com, they instantly said that the merchant would send me a return kit so I could return the ring. I haven't received anything from them yet. At this point I don't want anything else from this company, I just want a full refund. Review: I have placed an order with this company and called and spoke to one of their agents asking for shipping information about my product. They told me they will have to contact the vendor and reply to me in 24-48 hours. I have still not heard from them and that was 4 days ago. Now when you call it says we are too busy to help you goodbye. Now I'm just wondering if they are even going to ship my item. Review: I have ordered a smart watch from this company 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive this item. When I tried contacting them, it was by email since that's the only way they offered contact info from. Anyway they said they would get back to me 2 different times however I have yet to hear back from them. Review: On behalf of a client project I was working on, I joined OpenSky.com to gain a better understanding of the community and opportunities within. Almost immediately, I began receiving daily email solicitations from OpenSky. When the project was completed, I unsubscribed from the email list via the link provided in the daily missive. Yet each day since, I have received regular email solicitations. I have tried unsubscribing numerous times through the link as well as by replying directly to OpenSky twice via email. In all instances, there has been no response or resolution. I just keep getting their spam emails day after day.Desired Settlement: I want to be removed from their email list and never hear from OpenSky again.

Absolute nightmare with this company I ordered a dvr for truck and received an empty box after numerous attempts and emails stating they would get back to me 3 weeks later they ask for a picture of the empty box? HORRIBLE! I ordered Christmas gifts for husband on 12/**/15. Never received - contacted company 3 times and received 1 email apologizing for late delivery on 1/*/16. As of 1/*/16 I still have not received the $91+ order or any explanation as to where my order is. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute

I ordered a product from opensky on December [redacted]. According to their site, the product would ship in 3-4 days. On December ** I received an email stating my product shipped. And then on December ** I received another email saying my product shipped. I promptly called the company to find out where my product was and what the delay in shipped was and all I was told was there was nothing they could do. They reassured me I would receive my product on December **. The mail has been delivered and I have still not received my product!

Mailed item back for refund (after it taking forever to arrive in the first place) and still no response from Open Sky. After reading about this company, it's 21 complaints on Revdex.com and all other reviews from other sites I would say NEVER order from them. They are not a reliable organization. Run far away from any item they offer on their site. I would encourage others to post about their experience with them so that everyone knows not to order from them. I have a huge friend base that all order off the internet. I have informed them to avoid Open Sky like the plague as they are not reputable..Their customer service is non existent. Horrible company.

Review: I ordered three portable cell phone chargers from Vista Shops via OpenSky.com. I paid for all three and when I received the shipment, although the packing list clearly indicated an order of three, I only received one. I contacted Vista Shops per the instructions on the packing list. No response. I contacted Opensky.com, no response. I contacted them both again asking for confirmation from them. No response from either one of them.Desired Settlement: I would like to promptly receive the two chargers that were not in the package.

Review: 1st - product has not been delivered. Website information lists order as 'complete'. Tracking information from [redacted] shows the item has NEVER been shipped. Per [redacted] tracking site:

2nd - I cannot get to a person when calling the support #.
