Hello ***,When you initially placed your order an pending authorization was placed on your card for the full order amount, no funds were deducted.Funds are only deducted when items are shipped Due to the item on your order was not shipped no funds were deducted from your bank account.Please verify this information with your bank Your order was placed on 12-**- Sorry for the confusion.Thank you

In response to this complaint, we have reached out to the customer regarding her order.
She was unhappy with the product, and although it was final sale we were able to issue her a full refund.
We advised her to keep the product instead of sending it back to the merchant.
