Review: I purchased a power NOW portable device, tablet and phone charger with case, howver, it does not work. I have tried charging as per their instructions for 2 days and it would not take the charge. On their order form they don't even include a phone number to call. Supposedly this is a [redacted] trusted website. Try to contact [redacted] it takes an act of God. They only give you 14 days to return item which it totally unreasonable usually you are given at least 30 days. I asked for a return label to be mailed they only do email well my printer is corrupted and I don't receive my disability check till 8-** and don't even have the money to return the item in that time. I am on a very small pension and like I said on disability. I am almost bed ridden due to severe health issues. this company is completely uncooperative I have been waiting 2 days for the return label.Desired Settlement: I just want them to exchange for a new one that's simple enough right???????

Review: I ordered a pair of LED shoe lights for running at night as a Christmas present for a friend. it was 5 days before Christmas so I didn't expect to get them in time. when I finally got them a few days after Christmas, one did not work upon arrival. I emailed their customer service as a phone number wasn't to be found. a few days later I get a response saying that in order to get a working pair that I originally ordered I would have to pay extra since I used a coupon on the first set. I tried contacting back to see if there was any way to get a direct replacement and they never responded. So I submitted another inquiry asking the same and cannot get a response out of them.Desired Settlement: As a retailer they should expect some products to not work, that's how electronics are. But to tell me that as a customer I cannot get a working product that I ordered and paid up front for is ludicrous. I'm nervous to send any items back as some other reviewers say that they never credit them. I need a working set of these to give as a present as I wrapped up a picture of them so I had something to give on Christmas day. As a customer, I feel I am entitled to receive the product that I ordered without having to pay more than the original cost.

Review: I ordered from Open Sky an online business on December *. I got a tracking number and when I clicked on it [redacted] said it expired. I online chatted twice but they never resolved the problem. Today the online agent finally gave me their phone number. The lady said she couldn't cancel my order and credit my charge card. Don't buy from these people.
I have purchased several times from this merchant. The first couple of experiences were within the bounds of reasonable.
The third time, I received the wrong product. Another food item was incredibly stale and nasty. I had a struggle getting a refund. I received zero apology, and customer service was given very grudgingly.
This time? Unbelievably horrible.
OpenSky sends out constant emails with LARGE "credits" that are available for you on their site.
Do NOT believe them. THOSE "CREDITS" ARE FRAUDULENT!
In addition, the sale price I was offered PRIOR to the non-existent credit CHANGED when the sale went through.
I immediately emailed them what took place. They send back an auto-response that says
"they are researching" the issue. What a crock! NO ONE IS THERE on a weekend...and I am sure that they have limited hours during the week because they are marketing other vendor's products.
I FINALLY got back an email DENYING that reality even exists. They DENIED that the sale price was offered. They DENIED that I was offered a "credit" by email. (I have the copies of both of these facts.)
These people are rude beyond imagining. They are the very people who give New Yorkers the reputation of being callous, cold and mannerless. They are awful.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS "COMPANY!" If you do, you are inviting misery into your life.
I would give OpenSky negative stars, if possible.
Review: I placed a online order for my item 12/*/15 and it took nearly three weeks to be delivered 12/**/15 and once I received the item it did not work I contacted the company and they sent me a printable label to return item, I then returned the item 1/*/16 to my local post office and it has now been 2 more weeks and no resolution. I have never had such horrible customer service when I contact them it take 4 days for them to get back and it is always by email, I work for a large retailer as a call center supervisor and this would not happen if it was our issue to resolve.Desired Settlement: I spent 30.00 and all I want is a refund to resolve this issue if not then they can at least give me a 30.00 credit to use on their website. they already ruined my Christmas by not getting it until after Christmas and then it would not even work!!!

Review: Ordered from them Feb * with the understanding item was to be shipped within 4 business days. Feb. [redacted] email from them stating item is being prepared for shipment. Feb. [redacted] email states item is now unexpectedly delayed. Feb. [redacted] I send email to cancel order and cred my charge card. On Feb ** they send me a [redacted] tracking # stating a [redacted] shipping label has been created. Today the [redacted] of Feb it reads the same.

I ordered a shirt several weeks ago from Open Sky, and according to the email, it was picked up by [redacted] more than two weeks ago. When I tracked the package, it appears to be sitting at the post office. I have repeatedly asked Open Sky to trace the package and all they tell me is that the situation will resolve itself. They refuse to trace the package. They have charged my credit card but I am getting no help in obtaining my purchase.
I ordered a blouse from Open Sky. The product was extremely poorly made - so poorly made in fact, that I would never wear the garment in the privacy of my own home - let alone in public. Unfortunately, it was a "final sale" product, which I did not notice when ordering. [redacted] was the merchant. I returned the product and never got a refund or credit. I would rather lose the $23.00 that I spent than order from Open Sky again, and that's just what I did.
I placed an order on 12/* and the same day received an email with my tracking number. I tracked my order and on 12/* it says that my item was picked up by [redacted]. Since then (today is 12/**) I have not received an update on [redacted] nor an update from OpenSky. I contacted OpenSky starting on 12/* and about every other day following that date. I never once received a response that was not an automated response saying that someone would get back to me in a few days. No one actually did. I finally located a phone number for them and called, they said they would just refund my money. I was very disappointed because this was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I wanted the product. But, I took the refund and expressed how disappointed I was. The rep said OK. And the call ended. He was not apologetic nor did he try to get me a new shipment out or call [redacted] or the merchant which the product was coming from. I will not be doing business with them again and I do not recommend them to anyone.
Review: I ordered a Christmas present well before the December ** 2015; however, still have not received the package. The company has no customer service telephone number and forces customers to write emails that are responded to 3-5 days after submission (there is no such thing as prompt responses to customer inquiries and concerns).
Once the response was made- it appeared to be a generic response tat reflected the answers to frequently asked questions on their website. They made no attempt to rectify the situation or ascertain where my package was located.Desired Settlement: I wish to receive the order, or be issued a full refund.

Review: I ordered about 20 different items from opensky.com in late May and June. My final purchase was a money clip as a Father's Day gift. They took another $237.00 on June **,2015. This caused 3 $35 overdraft fees. I contacted them the following day by email about what they took and the fees requesting all be returned within 48 hours. Their response was this was against future purchases and none would be returned. I decided, then, there would be NO future purchases. They took another $192.97 on June **, 2015. This created a cascade of 6 overdraft fees of $35 each. Resulting in $744.97 in overdraft. $315 was in fees alone. Again, I was told against future purchases. I had just moved in June. This resulted in my Not being able to pay my July rent for which I am still scrambling. I sprained my back and was under a physician's care for much of June.

Review: I ordered a "Smart Fit Monitor" on 1/**/16. Site indicates that delivery occurred on 1/**/16. That is not true. It was delivered approx 2/**/16. The item worked for about 24 hours and then no longer worked. It would not synch with my phone. I tried to reload the app, and the app does not work. I contacted Open Sky and they indicated it was a "final sale", no refund. I would expect there to be at least a 90 day warranty. I have had the best of luck with Living Social and can't believe they contract with this company.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the $40 this item cost me.

Review: On August **, 2014, I placed an order for Tracy's Perfect Performance Wellness Shake (a 28 day supply, which is 2 canisters, in chocolate.) OpenSky has this status as 'complete.' In fact, there is a UPS tracking number that was created on Thursday August **, 2014. The UPS tracking number indicates that even though a label was created, the item never arrived at their facility to be shipped. The UPS tracking number is # [redacted]. I have contacted OpenSky four times in order to try to either make them ship my purchase or refund my money.
