Review: Business confirmed my order, processed my payment & provided a [redacted] tracking number for my shipment however the tracking # was erroneous. When contacted, customer service stated the merchant had trouble with inventory of the item but planned to ship within the next day. Shipment never happened and with every contact I was assured by CS that the problem would be resolved. After two weeks of no progress I requested cancellation of the order. I was told my refund would post to my account within 3-5 business days, yet my account has not been credited yet. I called CS & was told my account would be credited by close of business day. Still, the business has failed to refund my payment. I will never do business with them again.Desired Settlement: Refund of my purchase

Review: I purchased two items from them online and my credit card was charged for them. I have asked for a return label and they are ignoring and fighting me that I never bought the item. I have e-mail receipt and an order number. They refuse to tell me where to ship them back to receive a credit to my account in teh amount of $135.00Desired Settlement: I expect to get a full credit for these items as well as a return shipping label as they give you a short window of returns. I also expect as they falsely advertised the product I bought as ladies jacket, picture deceiving as well as sizing information so I am not paying to return them. This site should be SHUT down as they are non responsive and have terrible record keeping of items they ship and charge you for.

This is a shady company and I don't understand why it is still in business, so many disgruntled customers!!
Customers are not receiving their orders that they paid for, and as in my case, not getting refunded for their cheap, or defective, or wrong products sent, that are returned. One customer ordered ONE pair of shoes and received FOUR pairs that she was billed for and sent them back but is not having success getting a refund! Disgracefull!!
And try talking to anybody by phone, they don't even have the courtesy to return your calls, cowards!!!

I bought this as a gift. But the recipient told me she couldn't use it because the website given to download the needed app contains a virus and her computer blocked it. I tried to download the app as well and found the same virus warning! I wanted to return the item but then learned it could only be returned 14 from the date of purchase! I ordered it and gave it as a gift, so by the time we learned it was worthless, the 14 days had expired. So I spent over $37 dollars just to be embarrassed by giving a totally worthless piece of junk! I am not happy and will be searching for a place to write this review so others are not taken in by this scam!
Review: I ordered a coffee mug, received the wrong one. I sent it back and I have yet to receive a refund because OpenSky put the wrong address on the return label and some how that is my fault. They have the WORST customer service and I have a inbox full of emails to prove it. If you want the product you ordered and good customer service NEVER shop at Opensky.Desired Settlement: I want my refund and I want them to never contact me again.

Review: I ordered this item 2/**/15. I received a confirmation for the order that indicated it would ship within 7 business days. I still haven't received the item (now 3/**/15). I have followed up several times with customer service only to be provided a link to the "order status". The link only says that a shipping label was printed...not that they were actually going to ship it, not that there is a delay and not that it is cancelled. It's been nearly four weeks now and this is a scam. My credit card has been charged, but nothing has been received. I've emailed them on 3/**/15, 3/**/15 and 3/**/15.Desired Settlement: Plain and simple, I want a refund.

Review: I placed an order with this company on 5/**/15. The next day I realized that an item I had ordered isn't compatible with my tablet, so I sent an email asking to cancel the order. This request was made in plenty of time since the shipping date was listed as 5/**/15. I received an email with instructions to cancel, but following the instructions only brought me back to the page to submit an email. Each time I emailed, explained that the instructions didn't work, and I received the same automatic email with the same faulty instructions. I even sent an email to ask them to cancel it themselves, only to get that same automatic email. Two calls placed to the company at different times of the day resulted in a recording saying that the call volume was too high to accept calls and then they disconnected. I am just getting the run around. I want to cancel the entire order now; I don't want it mailed to me because they charge a restocking fee.Desired Settlement: I would like the order cancelled so that my credit card is not charged. Review: The product received was not the product described on the website. OpenSky would not pay a full refund for the error. OpenSky would not pay for return shipping of the mistaken product.
Specifically, the product on the website was Ecover Delicate Wash (No Scent). The photo shows the no scent version of the product. The description does not include a scent: [redacted]

Review: I ordered a frame from a vendor (American Laser Crafts) on Opensky's website on 12/* (#[redacted]). The confirmation email noted that the product would be shipped within 3-5 business days. TEN business days later, I received an email that the product had been shipped, and it included a tracking number. The email also noted, however, that the tracking number might not activate for up to 48 hours. It's now been EIGHT DAYS, and the tracking number hasn't been activated and still shows that the product is in pre-shipment. I have been in contact with Opensky and the vendor, but they both tell me to wait for the number to activate. It hasn't, though, and they do not seem interested in actually shipping me the frame. I have asked to cancel the order and received no response from either company. The company billed me $30.97 for the product, and I want that money returned to me immediately. I no longer want the product. (It was supposed to be a Christmas present.) I just want my money back and then I'll cancel my account with Opensky and never order from there again.Desired Settlement: Immediate and full refund of $30.97.

Buyer beware!!! OpenSky said they would accept returns on items within 14 days. I did not even open the package and wanted to return the product within 7 days and they would not accept the item. On initial purchase there was a statement saying returns OK. When I go to return they said it was a clearance item and NO RETURNS!!!
Use extreme caution dealing with this merchant.
Review: An item I purchased from Open Sky has been in what the company defines as "Pending" for over two weeks as of today. I reached out to the retailer on three separate occasions via email (the only method of communication listed on their website) with no response. I then posted a comment to their [redacted] page asking for help and clarification on my order status which was removed within a few hours with no response. I attempted to call them via the phone number listed on the Revdex.com website three separate times, with a business signal produced each time. Review: Ordered an item from opensky on 1/*/16 and was charged 30.49 for item, up to today 1/**/16 the item has not been shipped or received. The tracking number they sent is not valid every time I try to track it by [redacted], it comes back as no tracking file found. I tried contacting them by email since that's the only way and no response to canceling order just computer generated emails saying that someone will contact me back but they never do. It shows as order complete but that is false since nothing has been shipped. Review: On or around March **, 2015, I ordered a bag. No where on the product ad did it say the sale was final. The product was shipped but it was of completely different color and size than on the picture on the website. The bag was much darker, and much smaller. I contacted customer support and even sent them a picture but they refused to accept the bag back and refund my money. They said that was because it was a final sale. I believe this is an unfair business practice (if not fraud) to fail to inform customers that sales are final, and then ship completely different products and then not return the money because the sale all over sudden became final. They told me they reached out to the buyer before but I heard nothing for weeks and weeks. "Final sale" is not on the product page, I checked. They have include that on the product page. As soon as the buyer send me a shipping label to return the bag and issues a refund, I will consider the matter resolved.

Customer service is definitely lacking for this business. I ordered a 6 piece sheet set in dark grey, however, I received a 4 piece sheet set in a light stripped gray. When I contacted the company and asked them to make it right by sending me the correct item, I was told they would return the wrong item that they sent me, however, it would be my responsibility to reorder my original item. Will never order from this company again, nor will I recommend them.

In correspondence with Jessica B[redacted] of Open Sky she informed me that she would need to contact her vendor to see if the package was delivered. 2 times she said it had not been shipped and on the lst inquiry about [redacted] of June more of less, she said that it had been delivered to possibly a neighbor that I should go around and ask.
