open sky has asked me for a tracking number for the packages I returned to the companies I sent them to, but I have no tracking numbers. I sent one to [redacted], order [redacted] and the other to Rusty Spr Couture order #[redacted]. These were the companies from which they came. open sky should have no problem locating them thru these companies. I was unable to find a "good" phone number for any of these companies.

Business has stated that cancellation email was sent in error, and that order would be sent. It has been over 4 days, however, since they said that, and item still has not been sent by them. It has also been over two weeks since I ordered the item. The money was taken from my personal checking account, but no product sent.

Revdex.com:I called open sky and spoke to Kevin yesterday and requested cancel and refund. The only reason why refund was done I believe. He was unapologetic, disinterested and quick to offer a refund on a defective item without offering an exchange. I received the refund slips only after I called them. Sure, it's resolved but they have lost another client. I will not recommend anyone to shop with open sky.
