Review: I placed Order #[redacted] on Nov **, 2014. My bank account was debited for the merchandise on 11/**/14, and I have not yet received it. The telephone number indicated on my bank statement is disconnected: ###-###-#### . I have initiated three e-mail correspondences to their "Customer Service" department to which I have received the generic- "Thank you for your communication" . The [redacted] tracking number indicates "Your item arrived at our [redacted] origin facility in [redacted] on December *, 2014 at 9:11 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination." I have requested a full refund from this company 3 times. I am not responsible for a "lost in transit item." I believe this company is fraudulent, and I am not comfortable with this situation.Desired Settlement: Full Refund from Open Sky Company; Research by the Revdex.com agency to shut this company down and prevent further fraud to other consume

This is the first order I have placed through Open Sky, and one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. They sent me the item that was in the picture, but it was not at all what was described. It was TOTAL misreprentation of a product. I finally got in touch with the merchant directly, who was very helpful and eager to send me the right product. However, the right product is actually less expensive than my original purchase, and the merchant explained that Open Sky would have to apply any necessary credits. I thought, instead of dealing with this, I'll just keep it. So I put batteries in this Facial Brush and, it doesn't even turn on. So not only did they ship me the wrong product, it doesn't even work! I will never waste time ordering through Open Sky again. I ordered two more items, and I have no idea what I'm actually going to receive. :/ I still have not heard a word from opensky.com

Review: I bought 2 identical rings from Benedict's on Open Sky. They stated they were 925 Sterling. But within the first week copper started showing through. I wrote to them twice asking how to revise the glowing review I had written, told them I did not wish to return them, did not ask for refund, but wanted to know what they planned to do about this false info in the product description. Wanted to revise my former review so other buyers would not be duped. No response to first email. Computer generated response to second email saying I could call them. This should have been taken care of immediately but I just checked and the ring is still being sold as 925 silver. I will not do business with them ever again. But consumers need to be warned.Desired Settlement: I want them to either state that product is only silver plated and I would like a replacement that is pure 925 silver, as the product supposedly was, and claimed to be. I loved the ring, that's why I bought 2; in case I lost a stone. I am so disappointed and I no longer trust Open Sky to buy anything from them again.

I don't know if I have the right to see that this is done for sure. I also want to be able to edit the nice review I had written for this ring before it turned my finger green and showed copper wearing through. I do not trust them at their word that this item description will be changed. Have the Revdex.com read the reviews for this company? This company needs to be shut down. Review: On December [redacted], 2015 I purchased 4 Dr. Who Time Lord Gallifreyan Symbol Necklaces, order # [redacted]. On December [redacted] I received my order and there was only 3 necklaces. I contacted opensky.com on December [redacted] to inform them of my missing item and to inquire as to when I should receive the 4th necklace that I paid for. I heard no response from them. I contacted them again on December [redacted], they finally responded and said they were sorry about my missing item and they contacted the merchant about the problem. After another week went by and I received no necklace or information about the necklace I contacted opensky.com again on January [redacted]. I received an automated response stating someone would get back to me but have still heard nothing. In my last email I stated I wanted the item within a week or I wanted a full (including shipping and tax) refund. I think it is preposterous that this company has no answer for me after almost a month.Desired Settlement: I either want the necklace that I ordered within a week or I want a full refund, including shipping and tax.

Review: I placed an order (order number [redacted]) and it was delivered but o an address not listed on the order receipt. The order was for a delivery to [redacted]. The tracking number ([redacted]) shows a delivery in Las [redacted]. I have tried emailing and calling without response.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund. This order [redacted] has been a problem since I first placed the order. At first I received two emails notifying me the seller did not have the item available and the item was cancelled. I found a better price at a local retailer. I attempted to confirm the cancel of the order and was sent a message the order [redacted] was already shipped. I was waiting for the item to arrive so that I could ship back to the retailer. Two days later I received the tracking information [redacted] was going to the northwest Nevada --instead of the northeast North Carolina. I would simply ask for a refund and be satisfied.

BAD BUSINESS!!! I ordered the SMART FIT Mini fitness tracker and Health Monitoring watch $43.97. the order has been in transit since Fed. [redacted] the tracking info is incorrect. Ive sent 3 emails and I've received 2 return responses stating someone will be in touch with me in 2-3 days... However, no one has answered my calls or emails. Ordered 2 USB Outlet Multiplier Smartphone Charging Stations on 1/**/16; received them on 1/**/16. Installed one on 1/**/16; worked fine for 1-1/2 weeks. On 2/*/16, plugged phone charging cable into USB port; didn't work. Tried other USB port; it didn't work either. Outlets still worked, but purchased these specifically for the USB ports and pull-out phone cradles.
2/*/16, installed other charging station. Both USB ports and the 3 outlets worked fine.
I'm apprehensive as to whether this charging station's USB ports will work longer than 1-1/2 weeks and would prefer to not take a chance.
I'd like to return both charging stations and receive a full refund, including return shipping costs. I don't appreciate being sold defective item(s)."

These are charges above and beyond the $88.73 that I originally authorized at purchase on 12/**. Review: On 9/**/15 I placed order [redacted] for 3 items totaling $90.64. I received 2 items promptly but not the 3rd. I checked the status on 10/** and saw the notation it had shipped 9/** but no tracking info was given. I contacted the company to inquire about the missing item. On 10/** I was notified that I would receive it by end of week and later received notice that the item had shipped 10/** and given a tracking number. I did receive the item on 10/** but to my dismay, it was NOT the size I had ordered. On 10/** contacted Opensky letting them know about the problem. On 10/** I received notice that the merchant will reship the proper item and will also send a return label so I can send back the incorrect item. Until today, 11/** no other communication had been received. Total I received notice from Opensky that "the merchant states they need a different shipping address. They will not ship to the same address again". This is rediculous. This was NOT my fault. I did NOT order the wrong size. The merchant sent me the wrong size and now they won't ship the correct size to my home. This is absurd. Why do I have to be inconvenienced by having the item shipped to a friend or family member and have to drive to pick it up. Not right!! I told Opensky I will not provide a different shipping address and if the merchant refuses to ship to my home then I want an IMMEDIATE refund of the ^65.59 that I paid for this incorrect item. I was provided a return shipping label, told to repackage the item and drop it at the Post Office and once the item is received, to allow 3 to 5 days for the refund to be issued. This is not acceptable. This is totally the merchants fault and they have had my money for almost 2 months and now I'm supposed to wait an addition 1 to 2 weeks for the item to arrive at the merchants location and for them to process a refund. I want my money back NOW. I've been waiting 24 days since I was advised that the correct item was being shipped to me and nothing was done to rectify the situation. And now 24 days later I'm being told they won't ship unless I give an alternate shipping address. I've never heard of such a thing. I should not have to wait any longer to receive my money back.Desired Settlement: An IMMEDIATE refund on the money I paid for the incorrect item that was sent to me.

My order was submitted on September **, 2015. I had to follow up with the company to receive the shipment which finally arrive October **, 2015, almost a full month after the order was placed. When I opened the package I discovered that I had been sent the wrong size. I want to stress that I ordered my correct size but was shipped the wrong size, so totally the merchants fault. I immediately reported the issue and was told I would receive a replacement and return shipping label for the incorrect item. Almost a month after that I was advised that the merchant would NOT ship a replacement to the original shipping address and I would need to supply a different one. I have dropped the incorrect item with the Post Office and now I'm being told that I must wait until the merchant receives the item before they will begin to process a refund. Again, this was 100% the merchants fault and they have had my money for 2 months and I have nothing. I should NOT have to wait any longer to receive my money back. The merchant is at fault for not handling this in an expeditious manner which has caused me to be out the money for 2 months. I want an immediate refund.

Review: I placed Order # [redacted] on Thursday Feb ** in the evening. On Saturday Feb [redacted], I found Open Sky was selling the same product cheaper so I contacted them to cancel the order. It had not been shipped yet and in fact, was not sent to [redacted] for shipping until Monday the [redacted]. On that Sat the [redacted], I sent Open Sky an email and left them a voice mail on their customer support line stating I wanted to cancel this order.
Open Sky never responded to my email or call so I had to call them again and they are near impossible to reach. I tried repeatedly and could not reach them until Wed Feb **. By that time, the order had shipped. The Open Sky representative told it was no problem and to contact them after I received the product and they would send me a return label.
Here is the catch. Two catches actually, Open Sky's return policy is to not refund the original outbound shipping and they also charge back the return shipping against the refund. That is not acceptable. Had they simply responded to my initial two requests to cancel the order, this would have been necessary.
My desired resolution from Open Sky is to allow me to send back the product, which is new and unopened, and to give me a full refund including both shipping charges.Desired Settlement: That I receive a full refund including all shipping charges upon return of the product. The product is new and unused.

Review: I ordered a dress on OpenSky, paid for it and received it. It was NOT as described: it was sleazy, thin material, so, knowing that I could return it (because I had checked the site before buying), I politely requested a refund/return. I then received an email refusing my refund saying that it was a final sale item! I am quite sure than when I bought it, I checked to make sure, since this was my first purchase with this site. (If you look on the [redacted] reviews, you will see that other people have had this same experience: website changed after receiving consumer complaint).
I have saved this correspondence and can make it available to you.Desired Settlement: I have the dress in its original package with tags, ready to return. I want a return label and a refund to my credit card. I will pay to ship it back, even.
I also think their practices are suspicious: look at the reviews! (I wish I had done to before buying.) Maybe a class-action suit?

Review: I ordered an activity fitness bracelet for $34.00 on May **. When I tracked my package 2 weeks later to see why it did not arrive, I saw that the package had stalled in Texas. I contacted the company and they told me it was back ordered. Three days later, I looked again, and it said that the order had shipped to a different place in Texas and that the shipment was marked as completed. I live in NY! I then contacted them again by pone and was told it looked like it was lost in Texas. They said once it shipped, they couldn't refund my money (they applied the charge to my bank on 6/**/2015). I just checked (June [redacted]) and the item is STILL in [redacted] I write countless E mails and I get the automated response that they will contact me soon. I went online to read reviews of this company and 9 times out of 10, I see unfavorable reviews about shipping, refunds, returns and their unfair policy of restocking fees. They should NOT be in business as the only helpful person I got on the phone, I found out by other reviewers that they are scripted to say such things as "We will contact the merchant", etc.Desired Settlement: I would like a FULL refund and NOT to pay a restocking fee for an item that I have since purchased elsewhere.

Review: I ordered a product May **, 2015(order # [redacted]), with a promised delivery date of no later than May **, 2015. A shipping label #[redacted] was created in Plano, TX, yet no product was shipped to [redacted] to ship to me. I have emailed and called OS. The phone number listed gives an automated response of high call volume, then disconnects. OS has both my money and the product I ordered. This "business" has no customer service representatives to communicate with and it frustrates me beyond belief that they can keep my money and my product and sever all communication with the customer.Desired Settlement: I want the product I ordered immediately, or I want the full refund faster than I can blink. I ordered a SmartFit from this company on 5/12/16. The order was shown as in pre-shipment every time I checked the tracking. I contacted the company and asked to have the order canceled and they said it would be delivered by the 25th. The product arrived and it was complete garbage. The tracking on it does not work appropriately, and when I contacted them to ask for a refund they hide behind their "final sale" policy. The company would not cancel my order when I requested it to be canceled as I was waiting for the product, and now they will not stand behind making a customer happy because they rather sell substandard products and hide behind their policy.
I encourage anyone doing business with this company to do a lot of research before buying their products!!!!!
Review: I purchased a bluetooth headset from Opensky many, many weeks ago. The unit that I received was defective and I immediately notified Opensky and was told that I could not receive a refund and after many emails going back and forth - Opensky referred me to [redacted] products, the manufacturer. [redacted] allowed me to return the unit but sent me back another defective unit. I have now been informed that they will not replace that defective unit and that I must request a refund from OpenSky. But Opensky will not issue me a refund because of a no refund policy.
So I still have a defective headset - can't get it replaced nor can I get a refund.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for this purchase.

Review: I placed an order on 12/** for 2 orders of lecy legs order #[redacted]. the shipping info they sent me said it was picked up on 12/**. I contacted the [redacted] earlier this week who investigated the issue and told me the merchandise had not been picked up. they continued and informed me that the shipping status was auto generated and that the pallet that my order was a part of had nothing that was individually scanned so the [redacted] never received the pallet with the shipments. I emailed opensky the first time and waited a week with no response. I emailed them again advising if I got no response again I would contact the Revdex.com. I got a response to this email simply stating that the shipping status said it was picked up and I needed to work with [redacted]. I emailed them back and informed them again of this info(which was included in the second email) and have not received a response or the items I paid for. the tracking number still states it was picked up on 12/** with no additional updates and per the [redacted] there are no updates because this status was auto generated when opensky transmitted the data for the pickup to the [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want my order to be delivered or refund my purchase so that my dealings with this company are done. I don't want to go back and forth with them waiting a week or two for a response in email.
