I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory if the business actually accepts the wrong product and issued a refund. They told me they reached out to the buyer before but I heard nothing for weeks and weeks. "Final sale" is not on the product page, I checked. They have include that on the product page. As soon as the buyer send me a shipping label to return the bag and issues a refund, I will consider the matter resolved.

I do not want the order processed at this time I need a full refund immediately. I have purchased this item from a different location due to all the trouble your company has caused. I will not accecpt apologiy without a full refund I do not want the item just my money back and you need to do much more than train your Holiday staff. You have a horrible rating with the Revdex.com because of similar issues to this one so you need to address all the complaints to get your rating up with the Revdex.com. They are still not addressing the issue of false advertising and potentially illegally marketed products. Just issuing me a refund and having me return the product is not protecting the consumer. There are too many complaints to the Revdex.com regarding this company for them to have an "A" rating. A company should not be able to scrub their image in this fashion. Please actually investigate my claim that they may be conducting business in an insincere manner.

reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved beczuse the credits on my complint re only temporary  I just either want them to send me a return postage paid label for the items I have in my possession  I was told by my credit card company especially for the ones I did not order.  I feel this was a scam and daaged my credit score   I had to ask them repeatedly do not send znything more or ccontzzt me  IT too three emails to finzlly get them to stop  I do not feel I should be liable for their deceptive practices  I want these credits made permanent and for them to leave me alone
