complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[I do NOT want to exchange this item as it's the 2nd one I've gotten from them already and the 2nd one to NOT WORK! With all their non-responses to me, I want a refund prior to sending this back. Once I receive the refund, I would be happy to send this non-working item back to them. I already have it boxed up and ready to send. I just don't trust them as they don't have the best reputation to working with customers. When they send the email saying I could return this for a replacement, I'd advised them I wanted my money back and NOT another of these items! A replacement is NOT a desired outcome or I would have settled for that before!! span>

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.   As of today, I have not been refunded the money however.    They indicate up to 5 business days.   This means that they have had float on my money for 15 business days.    There is something very wrong with this situation.  The use of the consumers money for 15 days without providing any product.     When I checked the tracking with [redacted], they indicated that they have no further information regarding the tracking number provided.     Should I not receive a refund in a timely manner, I will refile.  Sincerely,
