This site was very user friendly and I will be using it again in the near future
Thank you for the opportunity for clarificationOnline City Tickets explanation is in odds with their sale processThe processes to ensure there is not a over price is not as described by themIt is a predatory practice to overcharge and deceit customers into buying a product for a price that was not the intended priceA complaint was placed with the Kentucky Consumer Protection agency to make other buyers in the state aware of their predatory practicesBased on their response, is easy to deduct that there are in business to con people out of their moneyA company that follow ethical practices would accommodate without loosing revenue in order to validate their good business practices. Not the case hereI made an experiment, and the online process described are not happening consistent at all timesOut of purchases of various tickets, there were three different servlets operation in the interactionWhich points to either a targeted area of usage in the country by programming specific servlets, or a random usage for certain operations In the case of Online City Tickets, this was not the caseI am only asking for the refund of the overpriced feesI am willing to pay for the tickets and a reasonable fee for the purchase, not the price they charged without disclosing the final charge.Any ethical business would honore the request, still keep revenue, and make their customers happy for return businessThis seems not to be the caseWithout a resolution Online City Ticket will face a cancellation of the charges on Paypal, Complaints with the Federal Customer Protection Agency, the Kentucky Consumer Protection Agency, and legal action which will include all legal fees, as well as research time and other expensesNot only a bad business solution, but a demonstration of lacking ethics in business practices Most importantly, they need to stop taking advantage of peopleI am very concern for the hundreds of people they have con into buying tickets at exorbitant and illegal fees that may not have the ability to stop this type of deceitful maneuvering Thank you for your work, and for protecting our interestMost kindly Dr [redacted] From the Revdex.com website Pattern of Complaint A recent review of Revdex.com complaints has delineated a pattern of consumer allegations against Online City TicketsIn their complaints, consumers allege that: Online City Tickets did not disclose exorbitant fees during ticket ordering processAlso, consumers claim the company used third party websites to forward them to purchase from Online City TicketsConsumers also claim they received incorrect tickets, including tickets with wrong dates, names, seats and wrong amount of ticketsOn January 19, 2015, Online City Tickets informed the Revdex.com of the following procedures they have in place to assist consumers with these concerns: Online City Tickets states that on every page of their site, including the checkout, they state that tickets may be above face valueTo purchase tickets customers have to go through two screens in OnlineCityTickets.com's checkoutFor a customer to complete any order on OnlineCityTickets.com they need to manually accept both checkout pages that each detail the full order cost They would like to repeat there are no additional charges that are not totaled and detailed on each checkout page Also, Online City Tickets claims they own multiple domains and that all are very clear as to their association with Online City Tickets Stating that this is a common practice for E-Commerce sitesOnline City Tickets responds to the last issue stating that with multiple transactions, there will surely be some unfortunate circumstances where customers do not receive the correct ticketsThey claim OnlineCityTickets.com provides all of their customers with a 100% money back guarantee to rectify a supplier errorAlso stating their policies are very clear that the name on the tickets will be different than the customers and that this is standard in the resale industryPer a May 20, review of newly closed complaints, the Revdex.com found that although Online City Tickets provided procedures detailing how they intended to address consumer concerns, the pattern of consumer allegations has continuedAt this time the Revdex.com has found that Online City Tickets failed to alleviate the pattern of complaints and will continue to monitor complaints against the business
I was looking for tickets for a comedy show that was going on sale day off, but I suppose it was only the pre-saleThey were the first link that came up on [redacted] that had an almost identical URL to the venueNot being from the area, I assumed it was the venues website because it also had a similar color tone to their brandingI searched for tickets, found the best possible ones (which were labeled as second row floor) and bought them right awayI thought it was a little weird that they were $over what I remembered the prices being listed as last time I heard about the show, but I didn't think much about ituntil I got the 'confirmation' emailOnly then did this fraudulent website declare itself a RESELLER, and cheat me out of extra fees that weren't even declared on the pageIn a panic, I called my bank and told them the situation and they immediately cancelled my debit card - but it was too lateThey had already charged me $dollars and so now they are working on disputing the chargeIn the meantime, having never emailed me any tickets, they finally emailed me a set of tickets with a $value printed on each one - both of which may be fraudulentAlso, not in the location I was promised on the page I had (of course) closed out of when I placed my orderBEWARE! I may not get a refund, and you might be charged a lot more than I was
I was surprised to see the high cost of the fees at the end of the transactionI thought these tickets were cheaper than at other sites, until the fees were addedThe fees made the prices comparable to other sitesOther than that, the tickets arrived quickly and without a problem

This was a quick way to get tickets however you have to read the fine print to understand that this is a re-seller The price you thought you were going to pay when you clicked on it is negotiable and may increase dramatically (our tickets went up $each) As it happens I clicked OK because it was the seats etcI wanted but I was busy and didn't see the final price was different And then you are stuck with them -- turns out we got a better price then some other re-sellers were offering YOU NEED TO BE UP FRONT with what you are doing before you even show what's available!!!
