This fact is noted on every ticket and checkout page and at the top of our homepage with the statement: “We are a resale marketplace, not a box office or venue. Ticket prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by any venue or box office."Because customers are purchasing tickets owned by individual sellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer cancellations and must adhere to an "all sales are final" policy—a standard throughout the industry. This policy is disclosed throughout the purchase process—from a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the message “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).”With regard to Ms. [redacted] claim that our website provided incorrect information about the availability of tickets, it must be noted that this is inaccurate. The availability of tickets on our website is completely dependent upon a fluctuating market, and quantities for this event are low. When Ms. [redacted] selected tickets and received the message that few tickets were left in the section, that message was referring to ticket availability on our website. Online City Tickets is not aware of availability on other markets.Ms. [redacted] valid tickets were delivered to her, and she has since confirmed that she has received them. As such, Online City Tickets has fully adhered to the terms and conditions to which Ms. [redacted] agreed prior to purchase. Additionally, we have reached out to Ms. [redacted] in an attempt to provide a resolution to this matter, but we have not been successful in reaching her by phone or email. If Ms. [redacted] would like to discuss a resolution, or if she has any other questions or concerns, we encourage her to reach out to our customer service team. During this investigation we were able to determine that an error did occur. As such, on 9/8/2017, prior to receiving this claim and in accordance with our terms and conditions, our customer was refunded in full and provided additional courtesy compensation. This is stated at the top of every page on our website.Regarding Ms. [redacted]'s claim that her tickets were not sent to her, it should be noted that this is inaccurate. The tickets were purchased on 4/20/16 at 8:26 PM CST, and we have documentation showing that the tickets were sent on 4/21/16 at 8:56 AM CST to Ms. [redacted]'s email address. The subject of the email was, "Download and Print Your eTickets," and the email contained a link to download and print the tickets. Additionally, directly below this link, the following message was displayed in bold print: "You must print out the PDF document to gain entry to the event. The PDF document is your ticket. This email is not valid for entry to the event." We can confirm that Ms. [redacted] did not download her tickets. With contact information listed on our website and on all correspondence, our customer service team is available until Midnight CST every day to assist our customers, and would have been happy to resend the email containing the download link to Ms. [redacted]. However, no issue was reported to us until after the event had passed.As she has noted, in addition to this current claim Ms. [redacted] has also filed a dispute with her financial institution regarding this transaction. We have addressed this, and the dispute was ultimately ruled in our favor. If Ms. [redacted] has any questions or concerns about the outcome of this dispute, we encourage her to reach out to her financial institution. User friendly website and speedy ticket delivery via email. Highly recommend!

Very high fees for an instant download item, but fast and accurate . Overall good experience.

I ordered tickets August 15th for a concert on September 13. I got the confirmation email that the tickets were purchased and later it was withdrawn from my account. Well I never got the email to download the tickets. When I called the number for online city tickets, it was fully automated and told me to email support and that I would get a reply in 24 hours. 6 days and 5 emails later, I never heard anything back. I had to buy new tickets from somewhere else. I looked up reviews and they are terrible.
