Very satisfied
Everything is good. Just confused as to when I will have the tickets in hand.
Thanks For Your Speedy service...I never Expected them until much later......................
Thank you for providing a response. As we previously clarified, we do not own or generate tickets. Tickets listed on our site are listed by individual sellers on the live market where prices and inventory availability constantly vary. As such, once a customer places an order we are unable to provide a cancellation as they agreed to the "all sales are final" policy. If our customer no longer wishes to attend their event, they are able to relist independently on another resale site.In regards to the dispute our customer has filed, we have not received documentation from our customer's financial institution stating this matter has been resolved; as a result, we maintain that the dispute remains active until further notification from the financial institution. If our customer has concerns regarding the dispute, we encourage them to reach out the that institution. As our customer agreed to the sales term, including the "all sales are final" policy, and received their tickets prior to their event in October, we consider this matter closed.Regards,Online City Tickets
easy to order
Thank you for contacting us regarding this matter. We appreciate the opportunity to address Ms. [redacted] concerns. It should be noted that Online City Tickets is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets —instead, we merely facilitate transactions between...
ticket buyers and ticket sellers. Though Ms[redacted] claims that our position on the secondary market is stated in small print; this should be noted as inaccurate. Our branding is intentionally different from those of any other site and adequately states that we have no affiliation with any venue. Directly on our website it states, “We are a resale marketplace, not a box office or venue. Ticket prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by Consol Energy Center.” In regard to Ms. [redacted] concerns with the price printed on her tickets, or face value, it should be noted that since we operate as a secondary marketplace thatserves as an intermediary between sellers and customers all ticket prices are set by the sellers, not Online City Tickets. The price is set by individual sellers based on their individual assessments of various factors including customer demand. This fact is explained clearly throughout the purchase process, from a notice on every ticket listing and checkout page stating, "We are an independent resale marketplace. Ticket prices may exceed face value." Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. As such, we consider this matter closed and encourage Ms[redacted] to contact our customer service with any additional concerns. Regards, Online City Tickets
The whole process was smooth and simple.
Thank you for reaching out to us and bringing this matter to our attention. At Online City Tickets, we value our customers and would like to take the time to address Ms. [redacted] concerns. It should be noted that Online City Tickets is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or...
generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. When Ms. [redacted] selected tickets for [redacted] on the Block with [redacted] and Boyz II Men she navigated to our checkout page, she was directed to review her itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed all fees, the price per ticket, and the total price in bold text. Ms. [redacted] was required to agree to our terms and conditions—visible in a text box—and presented with the message in bold “All sales are final.” At this point, Ms. [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions listed above,” and a check box that needed to be selected in order to continue with checkout. Our sales policies, including our “all sales are final” policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process and displayed at checkout with the message “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. This information was provided to Ms. [redacted] prior to placing her order and clarified thoroughly when she later contacted us. As Ms. [redacted] agreed to the “all sales are final” policy and placed her order, we consider this matter closed. Regards, Online City Tickets
Quick and easy so far.
Got tickets within minutes
Quick & easy!
Thank you for your response regarding this matter. Though our customer continues to press forward, as we previously clarified, once a customer agrees to our sales terms and submits their order, we are unable to provide a cancellation. This policy is in place because Online City Tickets does not own any inventory; tickets listed on our site are owned by individual sellers. Our customer was displayed their order total, including the price per ticket and all fees, prior to entering any payment information. Additionally, our customer navigated to a final review page which reiterated this information and our customer proceeded to confirmed their purchase. Our customer placed their order on 4/21/2017 at 3:52 PM CST and their order was immediately confirmed by the seller. As we have sufficiently addressed all of our customer's concerns, we consider this matter closed. If our customer wishes to discuss additional concerns they may have regarding their order, we encourage them to contact our customer service team.Regards,Online City Tickets

facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. Directly on our website it states, “We are a resale marketplace, not a box office or venue. Ticket prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by any venue or box office.” This information is reiterated on the top of every page throughout the checkout process and every customer is required to signify their awareness of this before their order is submitted. Although our customer has indicated that their tickets would not scan at the event, it should be noted that their tickets were never downloaded and therefore were not presented to the attendant at the venue to be scanned. Our customer placed their order on 12/12/2017 at 12:52 PM CST and their valid tickets were delivered two minutes later. As a courtesy, their valid tickets were resent on 12/16/2017 at 7:14 AM CST and again on 12/17/2017 at 7:03 AM CST though they were never downloaded prior to their event later that afternoon at 1:00 PM CST. In addition to this current claim, our customer filed a dispute with their credit card company regarding this order. We have addressed this, and the dispute was ultimately ruled in our favor. If our customer has any further questions regarding this dispute, we encourage them to reach out to the financial institution with which it was filed. At this time, as the nature of their purchase was sufficiently disclosed and valid tickets were delivered prior to the event, we consider this matter closed.Regards,Online City Tickets

contact with Mr. [redacted] and we have reached a resolution, however, we would like to take the time to address Mr. [redacted] concerns.
When Mr. [redacted] selected tickets and was taken to our checkout page, they were directed to review their itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed all fees, the price per ticket, and the total price in bolded text. Mr. [redacted] was then directed to review our terms and conditions—visible in a text box below this order total—and presented with the bolded message “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)” At this point, Mr. [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions above,” and a check box that needed to be selected in order to continue with checkout. After checking the box and clicking “Review Order” they are taken to the checkout page which features an even more in-depth order summary that displays the number and prices of their tickets, delivery and service fees, and the total charge.
As previously stated, our “all sales are final” policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process—from a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the message “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” Additionally, all sellers on our site are notified as soon as an order for their tickets is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders or offer refunds.
We have been in contact with Mr. [redacted] regarding this issue, and both parties have been able to reach an amicable resolution. While our management team is available to handle any additional concerns that Mr. [redacted] may have, we consider this matter resolved.
