The service was fast and buying my tickets was easy!
This company writes all of their disclaimers discretely so that a person will not "catch" onto what they are really doing to you, which is totally ripping you off.
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Thank you for reaching out to us and bringing this matter to our attention. We take the customer...
experience seriously here at Online City Tickets and would like to take the time to address Mr. [redacted] concerns. It should be noted that Online City Tickets is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. This fact is noted on every ticket and checkout page and at the top of our homepage with the statement: “We are a resale marketplace. Prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by any venue.”In regards to Mr. [redacted] claim, we have numerous successful transactions each day with satisfied customers who are fully aware of their ticket information, so we are confident in the transparency of our checkout process. When Mr. [redacted] selected their tickets, they were taken to our checkout page. From there, they were directed to review the itemized order breakdown, which clearly displays any listing disclosures (including obstructed view and Alcohol free), the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price in bolded text. Then, Mr. [redacted] was directed to review our terms and conditions—visible in a text box below this order total—and presented with the bolded message “All sales are final.” At this point, Mr. [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions above,” and a check box that needed to be selected in order to continue with checkout. After checking the box and clicking “Review Order” they are taken to the checkout page which features an even more in-depth order summary that again displays any listing disclosures, the number and prices of their tickets, delivery and service fees, and the total charge. As a secondary marketplace, Online City Tickets is not directly affiliated with any artist or venue and does not generate tickets as a primary box office; rather, we act as an intermediary between fans and ticket holders. Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must enforce an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry.
Prior to this complaint, Mr. [redacted] filed a pair of bank disputes in regards to this order; both were ultimately ruled in our favor. We have been in contact with Mr. [redacted] regarding this issue, but have been unable to reach an amicable resolution. While our management team is available to handle any additional concerns that Mr. [redacted] may have, we consider this matter resolved.

We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter. It should be noted that Online City Tickets is an online resale marketplace, which means that we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers.
At Online City Tickets, all orders are provided the assurance of our 100% Money Back Guarantee. This guarantee ensures that all tickets will be valid for entry to their respective events or, in the extremely rare instance that tickets are deemed invalid, that the customer will receive a full refund. As part of our measures to maintain this high standard, we thoroughly screen each seller before they are allowed to list tickets, making sure that their listings are accurate and correctly distributed. Though we process hundreds of successful orders daily, mistakes do occur in rare instances. After fully investigating this matter, we have determined that Mr. [redacted]’s order was one such case.
We have reached out to Mr. [redacted] and reached an amicable resolution; as such, we consider this matter resolved. If Mr. [redacted] has any further questions or concerns regarding this or any other order, we encourage him to contact a member of our customer service team.

Easy site to order tickets from. I do wish you didn't actually have to physically print the tickets, but that may be an issue with the event site not the ticket vendor.
Tickets received within a minute or two of placing order.
I did not know my seats in advance but only section and row.
Complaint: [redacted] Although I don't expect any further action from the company, the difficulty and stress that occurred from this transaction will preclude any use of their services in the future. Furthermore, I continue to believe their business practices don't represent a high level of ethics.it is not surprising that they have so many dissatisfied former customers. To Revdex.com..thank you for your help. Without you, I would not have gotten any tickets, I am convinced.
Sincerely,

I purchased my tickets for event and it was a smooth transaction vs. [redacted]. My order confirmation was received.
Thank you,
I thought I was on [redacted] and somehow got on this sight. The tickets ended up being more expensive than what they would have been on [redacted]. I will watch more carefully in the future.
Thank you for your response. As we clarified in our initial response, our customer's valid tickets were delivered on three separate occasions prior to their event for them to print and bring to the event. As we stated, the email containing our customer's tickets with information stating that tickets must be printed was delivered on 6/19/2017, 8/10/2017, and 8/11/2017. Although our customer has stated they attempted to contact us the day of the event, this should be noted as inaccurate. To ensure quality customer service is being provided to all of our customer's, all calls are monitored and logged. Our records verify that no calls were received from our customer or Ms. Morris, who, although did not place this order has filed this claim. We apologize for the issues that occurred; however, as we previously stated, we are not affiliated with the venue and are unable to ensure that they will be cooperative. As such, we sufficiently notify customers to print prior to arriving at the venue. Should our customer have apprehensions regarding how the venue aided them with their concerns, we encourage they discuss that matter with the venue directly. Typically if a venue is uncooperative, customers facilitate a near by printing service store to assist. As our customer was notified via three emails that their tickets must be printed, we have fully adhered to the sales terms and conditions, including the "all sales are final" policy which was agreed to at the time of purchase. As such, we consider this matter closed.Regards,Online City Tickets
Very efficient, easy, and immediate.

seriously here at Online City Tickets and would like to take the time to address Ms [redacted]' concerns. When Ms. [redacted] selected tickets and was taken to our checkout page, they were directed to review their itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed all fees, the price per ticket, and the total price in bolded text. Ms. [redacted] was then directed to review our terms and conditions—visible in a text box below this order total—and presented with the bolded message “All sales are final.” At this point, Ms. [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions. I have reviewed the Order Summary above,” and a check box that needed to be selected in order to continue with checkout. Below this check-box, another message was displayed that read: “By clicking ‘Place Order’, your credit card will be charged the total purchase amount, which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees.” This notice was followed by a button labeled “Place Order.” When Ms. [redacted] clicked this button, they signified their acknowledgement of the total price and these terms, and completed their order.
Our sales policies, including our “all sales are final” policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process—from a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the message “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” Additionally, all sellers on our site are notified as soon as an order for their tickets is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders or offer refunds.
Online City Tickets operates our own highly-regarded customer service department which is available to resolve any and all issues that our customers may encounter, with contact information on both our webpage and every correspondence. We encourage Ms. [redacted] to utilize this resource for any additional concerns, but as it currently stands, we consider this matter closed.
