Fast & easy but the fees are pretty high.

I am rejecting this response because:
At the moment I make the "request" the tickets was not "on sale" for any institution or individual, that happens 24 hours later and only for [redacted] card holders.
"Onlinecitytickets" costumer service told me that because they some kind of special seller they receives tickets in advance, and now they claim they are only re-sellers.
I contacted [redacted] the same day I order the tickets and we are already consider it a fraud.
How can they consider a final sales something that the email I received name it a request and consider he option of return the money if no Tickets were found?
this is really a fraud.

Your service fee is way out of line. My concert ticket was $85 and you charged me $25.50 service fee per ticket, that's 30% of the cost of the ticket!! So, really your ticket price is $110.50 per ticket and not $85!! I know I will look at other ticket sites before I use your site again. Have a nice holiday.
I ordered two(2) tickets and I only received one(1) ticket.I had to buy another ticket at the gate.I think this is a ripoff. Also, I paid double for each ticket for what it cost at the gate.

Per the agreed-to policies at checkout, unless the artist or venue does an outright cancellation, we are unable to offer a refund, as tickets for events which are postponed are still valid for the new date. We should note that this policy is in place to help ensure customers attend the event they originally selected. In some cases, people may want a refund for these postponed events, and we always consider a variety of different factors about the rescheduled event in order to be responsive to our customers. The prices for these tickets are outrageous. In my opinion the tickets should only be sold for the face value. That would mean that people couldn't buy them and scalp for a living.

It should be noted that Online City Tickets is an online resale marketplace, which means...
we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket Buyer’s and ticket sellers. This fact is noted on every ticket and checkout page and at the top of our homepage with the statement: “We are a resale marketplace. Prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by any venue.” When Ms. [redacted] selected tickets and was taken to our checkout page, they were directed to review an itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the service and delivery fees, the price per ticket, and the total price in bolded text. Ms. [redacted] was then directed to review our terms and conditions—visible in a text box below this order total—and presented with the bolded message “All sales are final.” At this point, Ms. Lent was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions. I have reviewed the Order Summary above,” and a check box that needed to be checked in order to continue with checkout. Below this check-box, another message was displayed that read: “By clicking ‘Place Order’, your credit card will be charged $269.75, which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees.” This notice was followed by a button labeled “Place Order.” When Ms. [redacted] clicked this button, they signified their acknowledgement of the total price and these terms, and completed their order. As a secondary marketplace, Online City Tickets is not directly affiliated with any artist or venue and does not generate tickets as a primary box office; rather, we act as an intermediary between fans and ticket holders. All tickets listed on our site are owned and priced by individual sellers, not Online City Tickets, based on those sellers' assessments of changing factors such as customer demand. This means the price is not based on the tickets' original price, or face value, and may change at any time. It also means that the largest portion of any order placed in our marketplace goes directly to the seller; the service and delivery charges are the only proceeds that go to Online City Tickets. Our sales policies, including our “all sales are final” policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process—from a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the message “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” Additionally, all sellers on our site are notified as soon as an order for their tickets is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders or offer refunds. Online City Tickets operates our own highly-regarded customer service department which is available to resolve any and all issues that our customers may encounter, with contact information on both our webpage and every correspondence. Placed Order online for a event for 12/27/2016 and received the tickets via email and all looks good
I downloaded the tickets almost immediately so I hope everything goes ok!
Absolute rip off. 22% upcharge on the face value of the tickets, then another 31% upcharge with fees. Charged for "shipping" when I was printing the tickets. Website, nor receipt breaks down the fees charged. $420 face tickets became $700!
Online City Tickets charged $14 per ticket plus a $7 electronic ticket fee for the two tickets I ordered ($47 each). These fees for their "service" are outrageous and not competitive with other online ticket providers. For my $94 in tickets, I was charged $35.70 in service fees. I understand they need to be compensated for the service and market they provide, but 38% is outrageous, especially since everything was automated. Credit card companies generally charge 1-3% service fees. Other online ticket service providers ([redacted], or [redacted]) generally either have $5 flat fee per ticket or add 5-10%. I will actively discourage everyone I know from using this company and service.

I am rejecting this response because: I have not received my refund per conversation on May 14, 2016. Revdex.com please allow me to receive my funds and then I will accept. They told me in 2 business days I would see a credit. Then you send me an email stating 7-10 bus day. and according to my email from the 19th. the day the credit was supposedly issued. I will received the first week in June. Your practices are faulty. This will end when I see the Money.P.S.This complaint did not happen over night. This was a period of Months. Your customer Service Department are the most Unprofessional, Inexperienced People I have ever encountered. They think they have to power of God. You need to investigate Why I.. MRS[redacted] even went to this length.. You have some real issues among your management team. You really need to understand how many times I have reach out and spoke to your people. Fix it. When I spoke with your rep last week, (what happened). They LIED.....

I am rejecting this response because:
I acknowledge that the terms of the agreement were given, and that I should have noticed that I only got one ticket. However, given that I contacted CityTickets immediately after the transaction (within 5 minutes), there was no reason why the transaction could not have been canceled. Given the fact that I attempted to cancel the sale so quickly, and that I was buying one ticket for five times the face value, I would like to be refunded the full price.
