I have not placed the order on this item CBD oil it came in the mail with no invoice called today when I seen they tried to charge me 89.99 & 39.99
I want my name out of their system and for them to stop trying to Bill would send it back but they don't have shipping return labels and I'm not paying for something I didn't order I think all the people in this issue should start a class action lawsuit this is a fraudulent company buyers beware

I can't even give this company 1 star but had to to post this review. I was charged for the free sample shipping. But, then charged 89.82 and 89.84 when I didn't authorize this. I called the company first when I saw the pending charges. I was told they would cancel me account and refund me 80.00 total. My bank has a dispute in with them, luckily my bank put my money back.

I was charged $89.82 and $89.84 by New Leaf Naturals the following month after buying two products from them for $13.66.
On July 18th, 2019, I purchased two products from New Leaf Naturals because there was an advertisement to get it for a discount. The New Leaf oil for $6.84 and the New Leaf capsules for $6.82. The order number was ***. On August 7th, I was charged $89.82 and $89.84 by New Leaf Naturals. I emailed them about the charges and didn't get a response so filed a dispute with my bank (Capital One). My bank returned the money to my checking account but it was later reversed because Capital One claimed it was a valid transaction from the merchant. I called Capital One again and told them I never received any more products from New Leaf Naturals after the July 18th purchase so I was confused the charges. Capital One got the money back but the refund got reverse again because my transaction summary is showing the $89.82 and $89.84 was taken out again by New Leaf Naturals on Nov 4th.
I would like New Leaf Naturals to return the $89.82 and $89.84 back to my checking account. My intention was to make a one time purchase which was the capsules and oil that were on sale.

Add said that I could get a free trial of CBD oil for the cost of shipping only. Then they billed me for a Membership? and will not refund.
I saw an internet add for CBD oil that said I could get a trial bottle for the cost of shipping and handling only. When I entered my information another page came up saying I could get the CBD pills also for shipping and handling. I could not get out of that page without hitting a "continue" button which entered the order for the pills. My credit card was billed for a separate charge for each, one for $6.82, the other for $6.84.. I did receive two bottles, one of the oil and one of the pills. They are worthless. Then I was billed for $89.82 and $89.84twice. When I called they gave me a cancellation number but said they could do nothing about the prior billings. I called a different number for refunds and they advised they would reduce the bill to $45 each bottle, but could do nothing else. When I asked to talk to someone else they advised they were a third party entity and did not even know who they worked for. I did not accept the compromise offer of $45 for a subscription to something for which I was never advised. I have filed a complaint with the credit card company. Apparently their claim is that I had 14 days to cancel the "subscription." There was nothing about a subscription or any notice of 14 days in the add to which I responded. Checking the Revdex.com website finds that this is apparently their method of operation. I could not find their webside until I found the Revdex.com webside which lists their webside. On it there is an extensive agreement page that lists everything but who they actually are. I have been unable to find any listing for the company with the Secretary of State of Florida. Their webside says they operate under New Mexico law. I can find nothing listing their company in New Mexico either.
Basically, they advertised they would give a free trial bottle of CBD oil, tricked me into ordering a second bottle with pills, and then billed me for a "subscription" to their service, twice. I have received no additional product. They apparently claim the extra fee is for a subscription service since I did not cancel with them. There was absolutely nothing that showed this in the add to which I responded. This is an absolutely bogus operation designed to trick people into having their credit card billed for something that does not exist because they tried a "free" item. The "Subscription" fee is used to avoid billing for a product so they can avoid returns. Obviously they are set up to reduce the subscription by half to those who call in, but this is through what they claim is a third party so no questions can be asked or answered. The lady at the returns number claimed she did not know who she was working for. This scam should be shut down.
I want both the $89.82 and $89.84 charges credited back to my credit card since I was never told this would be charged, was a charge for no product, was not authorized and was obtained through fraud.

I was able to print out the pop up ad that I ordered the product through. It does not contain the "trial" information which New Leaf Naturals CBD Oil and New Leaf Naturals CBD Capsuls claims is contained in the add. I should note that I did not order the product I did not go through their website. I have visited the website since I was billed and did find a very long "conditions of purchase" disclaimer which does indeed contain a time limit to cancel and return the product. I just did not go through their website to order.
Since the company has agreed to refund the fees charged, except the shipping and handling which I agreed to pay, I will be glad to consider the complaint which I filed to have been completely resolved. Thank you for obtaining the refund for me.

Online order for samples placed 8/16/19. Paid shipping & handling for 2 items, $6.84 each. Additional Charge appeared on Visa statement, 9/02/19 for $89.82 x2. When I called merchant they agreed ( after requesting to speak to supervisor) to credit $50 x2 for misunderstanding. Time limit had expired for full refund, although I did not agree to any order or membership .
I believed this is totally unethical & wish to report this practice.

If I could give a rating of neg or 0 star. This is a rip off. I thought I was getting a free sample and got charged 189. .next month they sent another small bottle and chared me 189. They refunded me partical. Please do not waste your money this is horrible!
This company is ripping off seniors in Las Vegas! Do not order anything from them.
This company advertised a "Trial offer" on Facebook for $6.84 which I ordered and paid for. The next month they fraudulently charged my account more.
They advertised CBD "trial offer" for $6.84. At checkout they automatically add capsules to the offer for $6.82 which I paid for as well. The product has no medicinal values after use. The next month they fraudulently debited my account
$89.84 and $89.82 which was not mentioned in their advertising. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and that has put my account in a negative position, as I do have extra monies in my account. This is FRAUD pure and simple. I had to close out that account and open another one to keep them from continuing to debit my account monthly. I have now paid $193.32 for a small bottle of oil and 30 capsules that have no medicinal value whatsoever. This company needs to be shut down. I ordered this product on Facebook on July 13, 2019. There was nothing in the ad about a monthly charge. It simply stated "Trial Offer". Once they get your debit card number they charge your account monthly whatever they want to. My bank attempted to collect a refund for me, but they refused to refund my account for the $89.84 and $89.82 that they fraudulently debited to my account. There was absolutely NO disclosure on the website regarding sending the product back, or calling to cancel. I am a retired Real Estate Broker that have dealt with contracts and "fine" print for 40 years. I made certain that I read everything that was disclosed, and the return option was NOT anywhere on the order form that was displayed to the public. This company is a FRAUD and should not be allowed to operate and continually rip people off for their hard-earned money. I will warn everybody I can on social media about this company. This company is stonewalling regarding the refunds for these transactions. I physically went in to my bank (BMO Harris) on Friday, November 8, 2019.
Per instructions in the response from New Leaf Naturals, I had a Personal Banker, Mr.
*** call the telephone number provided. The individual he spoke with gave us the absolute run-around regarding this case. The individual that we were finally transferred to stated "We do not handle refunds". I am providing letters from my bank as proof that I did not collect a refund from them. This is the proof that was asked for in the response. This company is fraudulent in their operations and SHOULD NOT be allowed to continue to do business with these tactics. I am attaching copies of the letters from my bank proving that I was not reimbursed by them. If New Leaf Naturals has any intent of doing the right thing they would reimburse my $89.84 and $89.82 that was fraudulently debited from my account. If their intentions are honorable they will reimburse my funds immediately! NO MORE EXCUSES!!!

My debit card was charged after I failed to call to cancel. I was deceived into thinking my free trial (less the shipping costs) was for 30 days.
As noted, my card was charged without my explicit permission to do so for 2 items, CBD Oil and CBD tablets, both being advertised as free trial, just pay shipping. I spoke with my bank who reversed the charges. I spoke with customer service at the company who advised they would refund the charges. This all occurred on August 6, 2019. Fast forward to 10-10-2019, I noticed my bank account was charged again for the two amounts. I contacted the bank who advised me their policy is to contact the merchant in disputes, New Leaf denied any refund of the charges to me, that I was responsible for the charges as I...quote: "knew what I signed up for". The bank advised me to contact the company again for resolution. I called New Leaf, spoke with a customer service rep who reiterated that I agreed to have my card charged if I didn't call within 14 to cancel (their website says 17 days, 14 + 3 days shipping) I advised him that their flashy website with all the celebrities failed to make that point clear, that if in fact this was the assumed agreement, it was not prominently displayed on their site. I asked for this person's supervisor and I was connected to Mr. Dan Extension # *** who basically reiterated what the first CSR told me and that New Leaf had opened a dispute claim back in August and determined that I was responsible for the charges. My complaints are their advertising tactics are fraudulent. They hide the fact customers must call to cancel to keep from being charged the "subscription rate" for the products ordered and I received the 2 "free" items but since I've been charged shouldn't have I gotten 2 more of the product items?
Just refund the two charges, one for $89.84 and the other for $89.82. Or at minimum send me the two items and then cancel me from their database!

If you can call us back with your bank , we can gladly offer you a refund. The reason we cannot process a refund at this moment without your bank is because you have already requested one with them. Meaning that they already gave you or are going to give you the amount disputed. If we also refund you the amount, you will receive TWICE the amount and in the end you have the possibility of OVERDRAWING your account or getting TWICE the amount removed from your account.

Again, the website of the company does not CLEARLY indicate that customers will be charged for their "trial" if they fail to call within the allotted 14-17 day time period. The site may have that information somewhere but it's not prominently displayed. (obviously since this same complaint has been lodged by MANY other customers) Also, the site promotes a "free trial" just pay shipping. So are customers made aware that their "free trial" isn't so "free" after all, if they fail to call? The entire business model they employ is extremely shady and nefarious, and obviously in place in hopes of "hooking the fish" with the exorbitant prices of their products. Now to address what they presume that I could get a double dip of a refund if they refund my money. I've attached the documents I received from my bank outlining where I made my complaint to them, where they temporarily credited my account until they could do their investigation, where they charged my account again after New Leaf disputed my claim, that I was responsible for the charges. So as it stands today, I am still out the total amount. Now, their response does give me a name and number to call however they wish to speak to me and my bank. The bank has made their response (noted in the attachment) and doesn't wish to make any conference call with me to New Leaf. The bank and closed my complaint. This is where we stand at this point.
Signed up for a free testing of product. No where did it say u have to call to cancel or you would be charged.
Account was charged 89.84 with no notice. They are false advertising and won't refund the charges.

I signed up on Facebook. Nowhere at all did this say u are responsible for charges if you don't cancel. There are multiple complaints from this place online. If you google it you can see
I was sent an automatic shipment after my free trial & charged $90 on my credit card. I returned for a refund which I didn't get & just got another order in the mail again.
ordered free sample of CBD oil and no mention of future shipments. On 9/12/19 bank account was charged twice w/$89 amounts. Total of $179.66.
Attempts to dispute charges with Regions Bank were not successful since I had placed order in mid Sept '19 ( although it was for a free one month supply with no obligation for future orders ) as a final resort I have closed my bank account.

We do not normally do this but as a ONE time courtesy we have refunded the account $89.84 & $88.82 today 10/25/2019, you should see a refund on your account within 3-5 business days.
