I've been deceived By a false advertising, I was told of a "Free Sample" for the cost of S and H only, then I got enrolled in a montly shipment
on July 25 2019,I was on Facebook checking on my notifications, when I noticed this Ad about a CBD Oil.. "Free Sample " You pay only for S & H: $6.84, since I've been suffering with joints pain for many years and heard of the benefits of CBD Oil,I decided to give it a try, I did accepted the offer on the same day 7/25/19, order number XXXXXXB74D and I realized that they added another item : CBD Capsules for $6.82,which I wasn't aware of it,
thinking that was all I had to pay, I decided to go along and see if it will help me with my pain ; OH BOY...I was wrong, No benefits at all and
when I received my Bank statement on September 17, I noticed there were two charges from this company, one of $ 89.84 and one of $ 89.82,Dated 08/13/19 and 08/16/19, promptly I called my bank to complain about these charges, Just to be told that this are "SCAMS" very active in these days, they told me that they charged me again in September for the same amount $89.84 and $89.82, I was told that I made the mistake to give them my Debit card number and the only way to Stop this was by cancelling my old card and get a new one which I did, also I was told to contact the merchant to resolve this matter and I did twice by phone and three time by E/Mail, the E/Mails didn't get any answer and on the phone I was told that I did not cancelled my order in the first two weeks so they proceeded to enroll me in a monthly shipment of these two items, I honestly never had any information of what they were talking, all I knew and wanted was a Free Sample, I didn't know of this enrollment, of how much it would cost, never agreed on anything, never sign any contract, this is what I call a Scam, they get you in with a false advertising and then they take your money without your knowledge, I was deceived in good Faith and when I asked for a refund all they offer was $ 60.00 the first time and $ 90.00 today, I received a Box on Sept 21,with the two items and I told them that I was going to return it; These people are cheaters and do not deserve to be in business, enough said!

When she went to their contact page she received contact from an entirely different company, I have provided a screenshot of it via the supporting documentation.I called and spoke with two representatives at their phone number 877-242-8554 who ended her subscription so I guess I will have to wait and see if they truly do not charge her again. When I spoke with the representatives they could not give me the URL to their page where you purchase this product, which I find extremely alarming. They told us to keep the product and do not return it. I have a feeling this is not a safe product and they need to be investigated.

Desired Outcome

I want them to be shut down. They are obviously providing a product that is not legit and sending people to different companies when they ask to be contacted. When I contacted the number they provided, it literally sounded like someone who was not in a professional business and more like at a home location as I could hear everything in the background.

misleading free trial, signed me up for a monthly member ship, did not charged full price on the trial of $89.82 instead of the $10-$15 total
I signed up for a free trial in June and the trial advertised just pay shipping and handling whish was less than $15 total. The company signed me up for a monthly membership and also increased the price of the trial bottles to $89.82 vs the trial rate I agreed to which was advertised. contacted the company and tried to send unopened products back for a full refund. Shipping for the return of the product is at my expense, but they still want to charge me shipping and handling in addition to restocking fee. I am very upset with the misleading advertisement for the free trial bottle which ended up costing me $89.82x3 when I was only supposed to pay for the shipping and handling of one order. They company made it completely difficult to return the product for a full refund and want to charge ridiculous excessive charges. I ended up settling for a partial refund of $100 for 2 unopened boxes I wanted to return because with all the additional fees and headaches that was the best option so I can be done with this misleading company. I ordered one bottle of CBD caps for $6.95 off of a Facebook ad on the basis of glowing endorsements by Willie Nelson and Eric Clapton. This company included a bottle of oil which I did not order. Undisclosed was a automatic subscription for recurring shipments for both caps and oil for $180/month. The product was completely ineffective. I have canceled the subscription and the company offered a partial refund and is charging $19 to return the unopened box.

I was charged almost $190. I disputed the charges, they told me I would get a refund. No refund and no product.

I responded on Facebook to an free offer to try their products in exchange for the shipping charge, about a month later, I received another shipment.
As I mentioned above, I agreed to the original offer to pay for shipping in order to try their products, but not to receiving additional products through the mail.

Apparently the set up for a "subscription" for monthly deliveries. I called them and they said when you order the sample bottles you also sign up for a subscription. I did not see that when I ordered and was unaware of them doing this. Dispute placed with my bank. Called Co and was told I didn't need to send product (unopened) back to them since I've already filed a complaint with my bank. IDK...we'll see what happens now.

I bought a trial offer and then received another shipment which I did not want. I looked at the Revdex.com site and found this is a common practice with this
company. I called and spoke to a man with a thick accent who said I could send the product back with a $38 "restocking" fee or get a $100 refund ($50 off each product). I opted for the latter but I believe I will still be charged a significant amount. He refused to tell me how much I would be billed. I will send the unused, unopened product back when this has been resolved. I don't believe I should owe them anything. There was no invoice and no receipt.

I was mislead by advertising for this product, thinking I was receiving free samples.
I responded to an offer for free samples of CBD oil and capsules. I paid for shipping on both products. Nowhere did it say I was signing up for more product. After 3 weeks, I was charged 89.00 times 2 for the products I received. When I called to inquire, the person on the phone said I should have responded to an email after 2 weeks. I of course received no such email. This is a total scam.

the company is continuing to bill my credit card after I cancelled any further orders with them on 7/30. not to mention that I fell for the "free tria
on 7/14 I ordered a free trial which I was to pay shipping on. then because I did not contact the company within 15 days after receipt of the product I was charged 84.89 plus 84.82 on 7/31. (7/14 to 7/31 is 15 days between orders but does not include the shipping days.) I contacted the company on 7/31. Asked to cancel my account and request a refund. Claim #***. When my next credit card statement arrived I was charged again on 8/26 for $89.84 and $89.92 but I never received any product. I contacted the company on 9/16 asked where my refund was and why my card was still being charge, that using my card without my permission was fraud and asked to speak to a supervisor. I was put on hold for 30 minutes and a supervisor never answered. I ordered a special for $6.83. They sent 2 products, charged another$6.83 & 2 add'l charges of $89.83 to my credit card for total of $193.32-FRAUD!
I cannot use these products per my doctor. They have never been opened. I clicked to another screen and it automatically included a second item and would not let me go back to change it. Then they billed my credit card the special price of $6.83 per product, as well as another amount of $89.83 for each product. I can't find anyway to contact them to get credit and return these unopened, unused products. I carefully read to be sure there was no automatic refilling or time frame to return if not satisfied, yet was charged this total amount of $193.92 to my credit card. This was total misrepresentation and fraud. I would send these items back to the return address, but do not know if they will actually receive them or refund these charges to my credit card or charge a restocking fee. THIS WAS TOTAL FRAUD OF WHAT THE WEBSITE ON FACEBOOK STATED AS ONLY $6.83!

I was to get a free sample now they are charging me $89 and shipping products. I don't want it. I cancelled credit card.

I was to get a free sample and just pay shipping. Now they are charging me $89 to my credit card automatically. I did not see any of that mentioned on their site. You can't get ahold of them to dispute anything. Very unprofessional!!! They also use big name actors as spokesman for the product. Not true at all. I allowed this company to send me a free sample with only the S&H being charged to my account. I had found that they took more in July and Sept.

I ordered a bottle of CBD oil on July 1 with the S&H(6.84) being charged to my account. It arrived with no invoice. In the month of July I had many very stressful things going on and did not notice that they had also taken 89.84 from that account without my permission. I received, on Sept 12 another box which I did not recognize. When I opened it I realized what it was and called them immediately to find put why they had sent this bottle to me without my having ordered it. It also had no invoice in the box. I was informed that when I ordered the original bottle, I had agreed to a "subscription" to purchase more CBD oil at the outrageous price of 89.84 per bottle. I was totally unaware of any agreement to this crazyness. I told the representative that I would be going to my bank, which I did. I have changed my bank card.I called this company back and they said they were refunding the money they took out in Sept (89.84). I think she said something about the July money as well but I could barely understand her accent. The thing that is so upsetting is that they are targeting people that are seeking relief for pain and other physical ailments. I actually have DMII and Fibromylgia. I just went to see my Doctor and had blood work done. My glucose A1C was lower than it's been in 2 years. That's because of the CBD oil. They are evil and hurting people of an older age and taking money they don't have. Never thought it would be me. I am so careful about these things.

I will accept the response to the complaint on the condition that they stop taking advantage of people by hiding, in small print, the terms and conditions which they may not have noticed or understood. I also believe that they are targeting vulnerable people who are seeking a cure or possible help for chronic illnesses or conditions which conventional medicine has not helped. I was looking for relief for such a condition. I believe they are an unkind and money hungry people.

Signed up for a bottle of tablets and oil for the cost of shipping, was charged $89.82 and $89.84. The worse part is I don't think there's any CBD oil in these products. Complete scam.
