I ordered a free sample just paid for shipping and then I noticed that they took money $89.94 out of my account that I did not authorize them to do.I want my money back asap.
Unauthorized charges to my debit card for product. I was not aware of an automatic subscription.
Ordered the free trial of CBD oil & capsules, I did not know I would be charged $180.00 to my account within 14 days. I have been unable to contact this business by phone or website to cancel my account. I don't believe this is a legitimate business, I haven't received any kind of correspondence from them, receipts, invoices, etc. I would like to have my account canceled before any more charges are incurred.

I ordered the trial size and it was sent but now I have two charges each, one for $89.82 and one for $89.84. I have been online and also called.
I noticed the charges on Jan 27, 2020. I have spent all morning trying to get a hold of them with no luck. The phone call just keep you on hold. (I waited for 20 to 30 minutes) and the online give me no information. The charges are directly to my debit card. The purchase dare is the end of Dec or the first part of January. I don't know any account numbers or representative because I ordered on line. What the sent me was a bottle of CBD tablets and a bottle of CBD oil, both trial size.
I want to cancel my order and get a refund if possible. If not a refund at least not any more charges. If I don't have a response by Feb 20, I will have to have my bank issue me a new card.

I agree with everyone else on here. I paid the shipping for the free bottle and today they charged my account $89.84 so I called the number on my chase account and they told me some *** story nothing is free they did give me back $45.00 and I cancelled future orders. But false advertising like crazy I feel cheated and robbed . I called the women that her company are a bunch of thieves. Do not order from this company . I hope the government goes after them for lieing and thievery
Yes, a scam. No insert of any kind in box. Noreturn instructions. They also sent oil and capsules wheni I only asked for the trip capsules supposedly at 6$. I'm going to call Lifelick before they can take advantage of me on a monthly basis even tho I will be calling them in the morning to cancel because as others said they are a fraud and will keep charging your card.

The trial did not mention anything about the 89.46 that they would charge after a two week trial. All they will refund me is 50.00. that is wrong.

I was charged $89.84 for a subscription I never authorized.
They advertise products one can receive and pay shipping only. That cost was $6.82. That transaction was done December 5, 2019. Two weeks later I noticed another change from them on my credit card in the amount of $89.84. I called them and they said it was for a subscription. I never authorized a subscription. It is a scam they run, and they refused to refund my money.
They need to refund my $89.84.

Sales issues, false advertising, double charging
I purchased a free trial of CBD oils, and had issue a credit no. For only. No mention of auto shipping and charges for the next shipment. They charged my card twice for the first shipment of 3.95 then auto shipped the shipment charged card on the same day. The amounts of 89.82 and 89.84 all on same day 12/16/2019. The ad mentioned auto enrollment or the price. Have many addresses and phone numbers, which the Revdex.com has already. Trying to stop payment and future shipments, but the online is not valid.

Amazing product that immediately helped my husbands anxiety. I heard that New Leaf Naturals was giving a free 1 fl oz sample of premium CBD oil and all we had to do was pay for shipping. (About 6-7 dollars). Before I sent my payment through I was asked if I wanted CBD tablets for an additional shipping charge (same shipping fee as the oil, and also for free). I opted out of that deal , but it looked like it was going to be charged to my card anyway as I got the online receipt of my payment. I figured it was a mistake and decided to wait to see what was in the package when it arrived. I only received the 1 fl oz bottle of CBD oil and no more than 7 dollars was charged to my Credit Card.
We are very pleased with this product and will be ordering more. I'm very sorry to hear that so many people are having trouble obtaining the REAL New Leaf Naturals product. Please be careful when you are reading any site info. Be careful when you are purchasing any product to read the fine print and make sure you are not purchasing any additional products that you do not want. It's easy to do, and I speak from experience. It also helps to use a disposable gift Credit Card that has no more than 10.00 on it (for example) if you are being charged 6-7 dollars. (You can purchase them at most grocery stores, and even at the dollar store). That way you lessen your chance of being taken advantage of. I trust no one. Cover yourself. Be wise. False advertisement practice, appears to be illegal scheme to repeatedly charge credit card.
12/29/2019 I placed an online order for trial offer of CBD oil advertised as only for 'cost of shipping and handling'. There was no statement of consumer responsibility for notification, within a time frame, for cancellation. There was a statement, with a prefilled in check-box, that indicated authorization for auto refill, which I promptly UNCHECKED, prior to completing. I received the product 1/3/2020 and the only thing in the box was the bottles of oil & capsules. There was absolutely NOTHING else.... No receipt, no provision of return policy or cancellation policy. 1/15/2020 my credit card company questioned if I recognized a charge of $89.84 for 1/15/2020. I had not made any transactions; but, the label regarding who was trying to charge my card mentioned healthy oil; so, looking at prior charge from 12/29/2019, we determined it was this company. I called the number listed my credit card log (1.888.865.7037)....when call was finally answered, it was an automated system that NEVER identified what business I reached. After 'holding' for the 'next customer service representative' someone finally answered and also NEVER identified what business entity I reached. When I questioned this, the response was terse statement of something not audible and that the Customer Service is routed to them in the Philippines. After I explained to the Rep the nature if my inquiry she told me they charged my credit card because I didn't "call and cancel within the 17 day trial period". I stated there was no information provided regarding this, that the 'auto refill' box had been DESELECTED. She told me I had to send back the unused product to stop further charges. She gave me instructions on how to do this....giving me an RMA#, the address of: 1802 N. Howard 4587 Tampa, Florida 33677; along with, a reference number. This information I provided to my credit card and the charges are being blocked at this time. Now, I can't even seem to get back/find their website. The site, when I placed the order, had Dr. Gupta endorsing the product. Finally, the other issue is the 'so called' 17 day period for cancellation that the Customer Service Rep talked about.....how can a trial time frame 'begin' from time of ordering, have a product arrive 5 days after ordering and think a consumer is trialing it when they don't even have it. I am still following up with these 'Customer Service's people; as well as, my credit card company. Capital One is truly there to help STOP unprofessional 'business'.

Add said that I could get a free trial of CBD oil for the cost of shipping only. Then they billed me for a Membership? and will not give me full refund. I saw an internet add for CBD oil that said I could get a trial bottle for the cost of shipping and handling only. My credit card was billed $6.82, I did receive one bottle of CBD oil. Then I noticed today I was billed for $89.84. When I called the representive gave me some BS that that I had 14 day trial period to cancel the "subscription." I still believe their ad is very misleading as nowhere did I see the cancel or be automatically billed each month. However I do appreciate that I did get a full refund.
I am usually SO good at catching scams, but I had a stroke a few weeks ago and my brain did not catch this scam. I bought the free trial (shipping only) of CBD OIL and capsules. Boy did I fall for it. Now I am being charged $89.84 and $89.82 for something I didn't agree on. I thought it would help my stroke numbness. My brain usually tells me it's wrong and a scam, not this time darn it!!

I did not authorize them to withdraw money from my account. This was only to be a trial. They would not refund my money, told me the amount they charged was a discount already since they tried to take out the entire punt 3 times from my account and it didn't go through so they took a smaller amount.
