This company is a scam, billing says Young again serum. I never saw or read anything about being charged $180.00 after the 14 day trial period or even that you were signing up for a monthly membership!!! I am livid!

Again, I never saw anything in writing saying it was a 14 day trial, nothing came in writing with the package.
I still believe your company is a scam! Shame on you for doing this to people.

I too was scammed...However, when I called they did cancel whatever it was they had ordered for me. I will see if that is true. I guess I paid the 79.00 for the product that I thought was a trial... They are very sketchy and I can't believe I fell for it. The New Leaf is where I got caught up. I am so thankful I seen this warning, after the fact but at least I cancelled before too many charges:(

ordered a trial offer for shipping & handling only then was charged for product 3 wks. later.
I ordered a trial offer from this company for shipping & handling only on approximately 2-2-2020,the $6.95 was charged to my credit card twice for 2 products which I did receive. On 2-25-2020 my credit card was charged $19.00 for said products without my authorization. I believe there would have been a second charge (i.e. 2 products) if there had been enough money on the card to do so. This was a prepaid card that I used. I believe this company hooks you in by falsely stating shipping and handling only then a few weeks later charge you for the product anyway. I am afraid to put anymore money on this card because they might continue to charge me for products I have not ordered or received. I see the Revdex.com has had several complaints about this company and has had no response from them.

total scam.....need to be investigated ....called them and had and got them to cancel only after telling them I was going to have Revdex.com....the state Of Alaska and the Feds investigate them.

I agreed to the product advertisement of $6.84 offer, but then $89.82 was charged to my account and my bank alerted me!
I am disappointed in the false advertisement of this company and have been on hold with the phone number listed for A VERY LONG TIME!! I refuse to leave a message, I would like to speak to live person please. I would like to cancel this account entirely and have my monies refunded completely and have your practices explained fully before purchase. I have read the other complaints and am appalled that others have had the same complaints. I have reached out to my attorney and have legimate grounds for legal action. Please refund my monies, but will continue to hold for a reasonable amount of time, no more than 30 minutes (which is already ridiculous) in order to receive customer service. I will be awaiting your response for resolution of this matter. I have all of your emails, not outlining any contracts or obligations for subscriptions that are grounds for false advertisement in the very least. BUYER BEWARE!

I purchased a trial of something called new leaf oil I was under the impression it was a one time thing. Not a subcription

Instead I'm now being charged $179 for a subcription I had no clue I even had I called them on 2/29/20 and they canceled the subcription that I had no clue I even had and then told me they could only refund me $90. I want a full refund for the total amount of $179 I'm not ok with the fact that I was charged for something I had no clue was a subcription I'm not ok with half of a refund I have the emails that I got when I ordered the trial bottle and not a single one of those emails states that after 14 days I would be charged $179

I do accept but I think you guys need to take a look at your web site because I'm not the only person this has happened to for the same exact reason

I never saw a membership for monthly deliveries. They not only charged me almost $90.00 but they did it twice. Called support and I was on hold foreve
I looked carefully to see if this was some kind of subscription. I didn't see anything in the fine print. I've been suckered into a deal like this before and I was worried it would be. Also having celebrity endorsement was false after all. I haven't had my receive this order that they charged me twice for. I'm getting ahold of the fraud unit to my banking. They need to be stopped and fined or brought to court if possible.

Desired Outcome

I'm going to call the fraud department with my online banking and freezing them off my account access. I tried calling their " Customer service" which is an endless musical hold forever. I don't know no one else to help me.

This company is using deceptive practices, by asking the consumer to do a product trial for only the cost of the shipping and then billing for the full cost of the product after 14 days without proper disclosure to said consumer. Also apparently all endorsements of this product by celebrities are fraudulent.

Apparently you have a number of customers who do NOT understand the trial offer scenario and that is why you have a very poor rating with the Revdex.com. It is time to change the way your trial offer is presented to prevent any future customers from the problems your past customers have had to deal with.

Complete scammers! I cannot believe they can get away with taking out money out of my account after offering a free trial of a product. Cannot reach them through any means. There is no contact information on their website and after many hours on hold nobody answers when I call the number attached to the debit on my bank account. Luckily, my credit card company caught this! Don't buy from New Leaf Naturals. TOTAL *** COMPANY!!!

I too was scammed by this so called company. Went online to contact them and ended up with Nuleaf Naturals an accredited real deal company. Started a chat with a representative who informed me of the fraudulent company. I immediately called New Leaf and canceled everything. They wanted me to return the product but I threw it in the trash. I then contacted my credit card company and blocked any further transactions and disputed the charges that had occurred. The charges were for shipping the "free trial". They were credited to my account. Haven't seen their add online since! Beware people!!

There aren't zeros but that's what they deserve. As many others have mentioned here, ordered "free" samples for shipping/handling charges NOT for a trial membership. I'm very familiar with negative option/automatic billing terms and conditions: I used to WRITE them for a direct marketing co. Not only did these terms have to be in a legible font size (and font) you had to check that you read them and then proceed.

NO where on my "order form" did I see any such terms, yet the customer service rep refused to refund me the 89.94 charge, reciting "terms are on website" over and over until I finally yelled loud enough to have him capitulate. It took 15 mins of yelling to finally get the rep to refund my total charge.

Sadly, I've been having good luck w the CBD oil but refuse to patronize a co. that does shady billing practices. They're stupid, because if people like the product, as I did, they don't have to resort to such sneaky tactics. Now I'll find a comparable CBD oil and be sure I check them through Revdex.com first!

I ordered the "free" trial, paying the $6.95 shipping. Several days after receiving them, I called to cancel the account. This was within the 14 day "trial" period. I was told I needed to return the product at my expense. I questioned why I had to return them and again pay shipping! If the product was free in the first place, Why would I need to send it back? They, hopefully, would dispose of it which is something I could do myself. Eventually I was told to keep it and the account was closed.

I have gotten 2 orders from this company of CBD oil that I have not made! The second arrived yesterday. How do I stop this from these folks? Stop Them

Requesting a refund for a product not used and want an email confirmation of cancellation prior to sending product back. Called 3 times and no email.
I signed up for a trial offer of CBD oil and CBD capsules from New Leaf Naturals for $20 via email but ended up being charged 2 fees of $89.84 & $89.82 on 1/24/20 on my credit card. Neither of these products have been used and I didn't sign up to get a monthly shipment and have recurring charges. This sounds like false advertising. I have called 3 times in the last week after waiting on hold for 20 minutes each time and spent almost 40 minutes on the phone each time. Here is the phone number on my credit card bill - 888-226-0564 and the company listed is phase one nutra health oil but the original box says New Leaf Naturals. I spoke with numerous customer services reps and confirmed I would receive a email confirmation of the cancellation of the product I am trying to return. They had the wrong email they told me the last time. I just want my money back and return this product and not have to keep calling this company. No emails have been sent with this cancellation and I hesitate to return the product without having this confirmation. I have been given a cancellation # 097DAXXXXX and want my money back in a timely manner. I was told that once the product is returned I would get more of the money back. Here is the address that I was given to return the product - RMA - Jamison63376 at 1802 North Howard Suite 4587, Tampa, Fl 33677. I would appreciate a response to this complaint in a timely manner. Ordering scam.
Ordered their "free" sample, which required $6.84 shipping charge on credit card on 2/18/20. They don;'t ell you hat they will automatically send a follow up product at full charge in clear easy to find and read print I found that info here on the Revdex.com site! So I called to inform them I was cancelling any future sales and billings, and they informed me there was a $19.95 (approx) charge unless I returned their FREE sample. Told them to send prepaid shipper, they sent RMA number instead. This is a scam. sent them follow u email that if they wanted their FREE sample returned, they must send pre paid shipper. I doubt they will, these people are using the internet and miscommunication to rip people off. They also are usng multiple names with same scam. I will not give them one more penny, nor will I pay an additional shipping fee. They want it, they can pay for the shipping, just like they had me pay for their shipping.

Horrible! Scam! Don't waste your money or time. And they will over charge ur bank be careful

This is a scam!!!!Don't be fooled! Had to cancel my debit card because of continuing charges that would be coming out after the trial! There is no website for this company online!
