Same experience as others. I ordered and then found that it is false advertising as Dr. Phil and Dr. Oz do NOT endorse them. Within about 5-10 minutes of placing the order, and finding out that they are NOT endorsed as they advertise, a lady from the company called and said she was calling about my order. I immediately told her that I did NOT want to place the order. She asked me again and I responded the same. I then immediately called my Discover Card and placed a complaint and they told me that since I had already talked with a company rep, I had done what I should have. Well, the products arrived and my card has been charged. I noticed on your site that others are THEN BEING CHARGED FOR MORE PRODUCTS! So far, not for me, but I want to ensure that they have no rights to place ongoing orders against my card. I see that I may be stuck with the original charges, but NO MORE! HELP!?
It's a scam and I called them the day I got the oil drops and pills after reading the reviews to try to keep them from taking more money from my card. Their response was to try to give me a discount for my FREE samples. I offered to send the samples back and the response was to try the product and call them by the 24th if I wanted to stop the payment from being charged to my account. WHY CAN'T THEY STOP IT NOW? A legitimate business wouldn't advertise falsely or not do what the customer wanted . No more free trial anything for me. Even weighing the package, it's obvious the money for postage was a lie. It's not even a pound.
Wasn't told about being charge more after a trial if I didn't call back and cancel. So I was charged two charges $89.82 & $89.84
On Jan 21,2020 my dad called to get CBD oil only and his card was charged $6.82 & $6.84 & he received oil & pills in the mail days later, which he only ordered oil. I'm on his checking acct. So today, Feb 7, 2020 as I was checking his acct I noticed that there was 2 charges $89.82 & 89.84 & I gave dad the phone number with the charge on his acct & he called & the man told him that since he didn't call to cancel that he was charged for the subscription or whatever & my dad didn't agree to any of that on the first phone call. So the guy told him he could only refund him $100. When dad told me that I told him to call back and Tell them they need to refund both charges since he isn't receiving anymore product and he wants his money back and they man at the company would not give him both charges back. I agreed to purchase a small bottle of CBD oil for $6.00. New Leaf withdrew $90 from my bank without my permission or knowledge.
New Leaf advertised a CBD oil costing $6.00, which I purchased online. Three weeks later I found they withdrew $90 from my bank account. This was done without my knowledge or authorization. I have made numerous attempts to contact them but they never answer and are not returning my call.
I want the $90 refunded and no future charges made against my bank account.

I was able to contact New Leaf direct and have received a refund.
With all the complaints about the same issue - the company has to acknowledge their website and business practices are deceptive to say the least. I took the time to make sure the sample I purchased did not mean I was agreeing to automatic future purchases. I still don't know where that was located. From my point of view they stole $89.84 from me and they've done it to a lot of people.
On the phone they offered me half back and I refused. As soon as I mentioned the Revdex.com I was given a full refund.

Absolute fraudulent company. Took over $150.00 out of my account after offering a free trial of a product. Cannot reach them through any means. There is no contact information on their website and after many hours on hold nobody answers when I call the number attached to the debit on my bank account. Bank can't refund the money. They are frauds. Don't buy from New Leaf Naturals.
Ordered a sample and paid for shipping. There was no mention when ordering that there would be any other cost associated with this transaction or that we were signing up to be charged any other amount after any amount of time. I did not receive an email after ordering with this information either which is standard when there are terms to an order. My card was then charged full price for the "free" items. Further the "free" items that arrived did not come with an invoice in the box with any information about a further charge. This is not a good business practice. From the amount of reviews saying the same thing it is clear that this process is not working. Seems there is a deliberate attempt to trick people into paying full price for the "free" item. There needs to be full disclosure in the ordering process that when you pay for a trial you have to return by a certain time or you will be charged and the exact amounts that will be charged.
Complete rip off. Charged me $90.00, I didn't see anywhere that the renewal was automatic and $90.00. My bank won't let me dispute the charges be they said I agreed to by ordering the product. Of course now I don't want to use the product because if the company selling is so bad, the product can't be trusted.
New Leaf offered a free trial, no terms/conditions with only a shipping fee. I accepted & weeks later they charged credit card $89.84 & $89.82.
January 4, 2020 New Leaf Naturals offered a free trial offer date of $6.82 for CBD oil & $6.84 for capsules that l accepted with no terms or conditions offered, just shipping charges. Payment was made by my credit card on internet. After receiving our January credit card statement New Leaf drafted our account in the amounts of $89.84 & $89.82 on January 23,2020. There was no account offered or set up prior to receiving our statement yesterday, February 06,2020. I called them @ 888-865 6790 & asked why did they draft charges on my credit card without authorization? They replied that after 14 days I had not responded to terms and conditions, therefore the retail charges were billed to our card. I told them that I was not offered any terms and conditions & was quite upset with them for charging my card without authorization. I canceled the supposedly contract & they gave me a confirmation number # *** & said that they would email my wife *** (***),*** has not received an email as of this afternoon at 2:45PM. I told them that they're practices are deceitful and that I would contact the Revdex.com. *** is trying this afternoon to cancel these charges with our credit card company. Failure by this company to overtly and adequately explain subscription liability and false use of celebrity endorsemento
On January 19th I ordered and paid shipping cost of 6.82 bottle of new leaf naturals premium cbd oil drops in a 1 fl oz size and one bottle in of new leaf naturals premium cbd capulets shipping cost of6.84.at no time was there verbage regarding a subscription and subsuqent charges of 89.95 dollars per bottle or advice to cancel order to avoid charges. This company withdrew funds using two different names at 89.95 dollars twice for a total of 179.90 and a total of 13.66 shipping I would like a refund of this amount based on false advertising, deceptive subscription practices and deceptive refund polices and tactics engaged bybits customer service division.customer service refunded only 60.00 dollars per bottle at first and after being hung up on by the customer service rep. I was refunded an additional 10.00 dollars per bottle leaving my new loss at 29.00 per bottle customer service rep seemed to be using deceptive technique stating I agreed to settlement and continued to assert that was all they could do .I would like a full refund based on these facts .

I was charged charged $80 odd dollars after the sample. They are only giving me 70/odd back: 35.00 now & after receiving the oil back another 35.
I sent for what I thought was a one-time sample. I was charged $80/odd for the oil that I didn't expect. On 2/5/20 I called my bank to issue a new card. After speaking with their customer service, I was told to ship back the bottle to the Florida address. I did this on 2/5/20. I am allegedly receiving $35 back, and another 35 when they receive the oil. This isn't right. I want the full amount they charged me. The missing money is a "penalty" for ignoring the fine print. When I ordered via their advert, no such warning was present or made evident.

I ordered a trial of the CBD oil drops but now they keep sending additional bottles. I do not want this and want to return it for a refund!
I got the trial of the CBD oil and it said there would not be an auto delivery or any repeat order situation but now I received another bottle. I do not want it and I want to return it and be refunded. I tried to email the website and it would not come up saying it wasn't recognized by the server which tells me they are a scam. Please help. 2/3/20: MAJOR SCAM! Sent for "free" trial @ $6.95. Now they've tried to withdraw monthly charge of $89.+ from my bank account TWICE! Very lucky I have Bank of America which is Superman in filing Fraud Alerts and holding these people accountable! BOA has credited my account for these fraudulent charges by these sneaky, duplicitous crooks! BEWARE!! MONITOR your accounts CLOSELY!!
If I could give no stars I would! They did not say it was only 14 day trial! Most are 30 days. Wish I would have looked them up on Revdex.com first! They falsely claimed they are recognized by Dr. Phil. Found out that's a scam. All of a sudden my credit card is charged almost 90.00 after paying 6.95 for shipping. Finally got a hold of "David" at customer service. He said I could return since it was unopened, but there is a 19.00 restock fee and I had to pay to return ship it. Going to do as others and contact my bank for refund.
They charged me 190.00. I called and protested. Refunded 140.00-- then went back in my account and withdrew the refund. I will be at bank and filing charges... this is such a scam organization.. I am blogging and on Facebook and all other social media. While the initial withdrawal was wrong-- the subsequent withdraws was a felony.. I'll be pressing charges
I did NOT authorize New Leaf Naturals to send or charge me anything. My bank is in the process of disputing all charges.

I, too, have been able to avoid some very good, and some very aggressive scams. However, I was also suckered in by the Dr. Phil connection and the no obligation to begin to order monthly wording. Thank God my Credit Union was wise to scam before me!!!

Was not told additional charges would be taken out of my checking account. They used the name bodycarenutrahealthoil to charge me $89.98 and $89.84.
Order *** Date shipped 12/30/2019. Payment was with a debit card. Additional money taken under name bodycarenutrahealthoil for $89.92 and $89.84. They misrepresented who was involved with their product (Dr. Phil and Dr. Oz). There was no mention of more money being taken. Phone calls leave me on hold and cue to press 1 to leave message does nothing.
To reimburse me for charges that were not authorized to take.
