Deceptive sales and billing practices regarding Vivid Life Renewal capsules and Vivid Life Oil. Trial offers that did not emphasize any obligation.
I bought the trial samples thinking I was only buying the trial samples for $6.82 and
$ 6.84. A little over a month later my credit card was charged $89.84 and $ 89.82 and I was never told that I needed to cancel to avoid these charges, nor did I receive any communication about what I was committed to or an email explaining such.
I think this offering is very deceptive and bereft of terms and commitments.I am upset that a company could get away with such deceptive practices without making any attempt to contact me/warn me of the pending obligation for a product that was endorsed fraudulently and never delivered.
I was deceived and ended up paying out 179.64 for a trial subscription. I would like to get a refund as I was taken advantage of and the product's merits/integrity are in question

It's false. The bank has repeatedly said there is nothing they can do , that it is up to the merchant. The only way I can make any contact with the company is through a call center in Southeast Asia, and they cannot represent or take action on behalf of the company. The only thing they can confirm for me is that I no longer have an account with them.
This company has literally stolen almost $180 from me, never contacted me at any point in the process by phone or email and used a false endorsement by Robert Redford to advertise (falsely) the product.

I asked for a free sample of CDB oil and tablets only pay shipping of $4.95.
Nothing in there terms said I was signing up for monthly shipments.
There ad said the product was endorsed by all members of Shark Tank they all made an investment in the company.
I sent for the free sample and paid shipping of $4.95. The product was not as advertised but despite repeated calls I get a shipment every month, have returned 2 and today am sending back another. My back has been notified this is a scam, no where in there Terms and Conditions when I ordered did it say I agree to monthly shipments. I'm billed $89.00 for both oil and tablets $534.00 so far.
I have never talked to a service rep. only get voice mail and no call back, also no reply to e mail.
Legal action by the State Attorney should be started in my opinion.

I purchased a free trial of CBD liquid and tablets from New Leaf with my debit card and now they use the debit card each month without authorization.
I responded to an offer of CBD from New Leaf Naturals for a free sample for the price of Shipping. I paid for the shipping with a debit card and on 01/13/20 my bank statement showed 2 check card withdrawals for shipping the tablets and liquid CBD.
I received the package within two weeks. The description was BESTNUTRABODYLABZ.
On 01/27/20 I received 2 Checkcards each for 89.84 for something I thought was free. I thought it was fraud and I contacted my bank who said after a lengthy investigation that it didn't meet their definition of fraud. I thought after this investigation that the company would stop all shipments.
I have had withdrawals on the 27th of each month up and including May 27th.
Because of Covid 19 we left Florida for our summer home in Canada. Any shipments to our post box would be returned to the sender as the box is sealed and only mail is forwarded to Canada.
We tried to phone New Leaf but we were always put on hold but no one answered.
I would like a refund for the last 3 months that we were billed and product was sent back less the cost of shipping. But most of all I never want to receive a withdrawal from them.

I received everything I asked for.
Ordered product. Liked it for pain. Had surgery to resolve problem so tried to discontinue shipments. NO contact info on website. Revdex.com gave me website and phone number. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE !! Reviewing ALL the more than 170+ Complaints lodged against New Leaf Naturals with the BBC for the past 10 months or so since July, 2019 up to the present, and which New Leaf Naturals had accommodated and provided resolutions, I CATEGORICALLY cannot accept your denial of my JUSTIFIABLE request for a FULL refund of $89.82 & $89.84. I feel that this is a REPLAY of the runaround that I was put through last year when I tried to resolve this with your 3rd Party Call Centers. Unless this is settled satisfactorily and I receive the 2 Refunds that I am entitled to, I may have to escalate this matter to the FTC and the Office of the Attorney General. Purchased a product advertised on a pop up on line for 6.95. Credit card billed for 6.95 then 2 weeks later I was charged 89.00. When I called they stated there was a disclosure stating if I did not return the product in 17 days I would incur an additional charge. There was no such disclosure that I saw. They offered me a 40.00 credit and I declined. They then offered me a 60.00 credit and I declined again stating I will report to my credit card company as well as the Revdex.com. They offered me a full refund within 48 hours. We will see what happens. I was definitely misled and their advertising was misleading. Shame on them and shame on me. New Leaf Naturals offered a free sample for shipping charges only. There was no disclosure about future charges or cancellation. There was no refund.
New Leaf Naturals had a webpage that offered free samples of CBD oil. The offer charged for shipping only. The offer automatically added a second sample item of CBD pills for an additional shipping charge. When finding unknown charges, I contacted the credit card company and started a dispute. I followed up with research finding the Revdex.com alert, my order emails, and contacting the company's listed number to a call center, and sending a reply email. I then tried to duplicate the transaction short of completing the order; and the company sent a text mesage and called me attempting to complete the the unfinished order for the "free sample" on March 10, 2020. Now their website has changed. The facebook page is down and the url is for sale.

I sent an email requesting a refund on 03/10/2020 explaining that they had no disclosure of terms or recurrent billing practices, and that there was no delivery of any recurrent product for $89.84.
The reply from "Customer Support" < [email protected] > said "...sorry to hear you misunderstood the offer....We do not offer free samples, what you ordered was a trial program....continue using it without having to pause/interrupt the process. You were given the option to cancel within trial and avoid being billed, since we did not hear from you within the allotted time, we naturally assumed you enjoyed the products and charged you accordingly, as agreed to by the Terms & Conditions of the Trial Program....The representative you spoke with on (03/10/2020) offered you a courtesy refund of ($35.00) off the $89.84.
I did not respond because this fraudulent practice should be stopped and my refund should be the total amount pf $89.84 because there was no disclosure to be found on the pages of the initial order of the samples or the free trials and there was no subsequent delivery of any other product.

We are sorry to hear you misunderstood the offer. We do not offer free samples, ...you ordered...a trial program .... agreeing to the Terms & Conditions ...continue using it without having to pause/interrupt the process. ...option to cancel within trial and avoid being billed, ... The representative you spoke with on (03/10/2020) offered you a courtesy refund of ($35.00) off the $89.84....

New Leaf Naturals (billed as ULTIMATE NUTRA OIL and ULTIMATE NUTRA RENEWAL should refund the charge of $89.49 billed on 03/12/2020 because I did not receive any other product other than the free trial or sample bottles that shipping was charged. In the alternative, PayPal Credit Card (Synchrony) should reverse the charges pursuant to the valid dispute discussed on the phone and mailed to them.

When you order on our website you must agree to the terms and conditions which state that after 14 days + 3 days of shipping you will be charged for the New Leaf Naturals CBD Oil and New Leaf Naturals CBD Capsules, if you do not call to cancel and return the products.
Your trial started when you ordered the products on 02/11/2020 which you paid shipping and handling fees of $6.84 and $6.82. Your trial ended on 02/27/2020, in which we didn't receive any call from you thus, your account has been kept active.
We have cancelled your account through contacting our Customer Support on 03/10/2020. Rest assured, the account is cancelled and you wont receive any further shipments.
Since we do not normally do this, as a ONE TIME COURTESY, we went ahead and process refund of $89.84.
Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

I accept the full refund of $89.84 to my credit card because that is what I asked for since finding the unauthorized charge However, the company selling the free sample or trial offer should in all fairness disclose the terms and conditions in an obvious place in BOLD FONT to inform those who need and want CBD oil and pills of the contract terms. It is common knowledge that a contract may not be legal when the terms and conditions are non existent, hidden, or not obvious. Therefore, this company should revise the purchase platform to adequately inform consumers of the actual contract or terms and conditions. In summary, the terms and conditions should be obvious on the website and also given in the order confirmation and in the contact emails. Thank you for the refund and I will inform the credit card company that the dispute is settled after the charge is credited. Thank you. VJ.
They do like all these companies do..they catch is to cancel before the trial period is up. I called just received another shipment was shocked because did not order anymore. Called and was told to just keep the package. Was going to put it back in the mailbox and write refuse and return to sender. They did not want me to do that, told me they would refund one charge of $89.00. But that the shipping of $6.95 x 2 and the first charge on card of $89.00 would not be removed. So they make $102.90 for my mistake....this is how they make their money people....Stay away from most free trials. Not all are like this I have gotten face creams for shipping only and have not been charged again...just google them before accepting any free trials.
