Ordered the free sample. Was billed two times for the one sample. Was billed $89/$89 for two months. The girl [in india] said it wouldn't happen again, but it did. The guy needs to be found. Have just requested a new debit-card. Complete hassle.

I have signed up for a trial and I was not aware that it meant signing up for a subscription of packages at higher than market value prices
I have signed up for a trial of CBD oil and CBD capsules and I got charged $6.84 and $6.82 for the shipment of the Oil and Capsules. I do not remember agreeing to a subscription of regular shipments at the price of $89.82 and $89.84 for the same two products. Since the trial shipment I have been charged $89.82 and $89.84 twice, once in July (7/15/19) and once recently on 9/9/19. I received the trial shipment and the recent shipment for "my monthly subscription." When I talked to the customer service at the company they informed me that when I ordered the trial shipment, I have agreed to have regular shipments made if I don't cancel. It is possible that I thought that I'd cancel before the trial period was over and made the agreement, however, I have not seen or agreed to the charges that were later on appearing on my credit card. Never would I have agreed to such high prices for these products!
I'm happy to send back the products and get reimbursed for the amounts that have been charged to my credit card.
What was the charge that was placed on my credit card in July? Was that for the trial package? I have been traveling and it is possible that there was a package sent in July, but I never received that! So the first time I got alerted to what was happening is when the most recent package arrived at my doorstep in September.
This is when I realized that I have been placed on a subscription. I was able to successfully resolve that with customer service and discontinue my subscription, however, I was not able to get any resolution to the fact that I do not want these products at this price. I should be able to send them back and get a full reimbursement.

On my bank account it showed as "Slim down weight loss" and I couldn't figure out who this was.
I contacted the fraud department of my bank, vowed that these weren't my charges, and the bank credited my account for the charges.
Not until I just read Barry S's review here on this page that it finally clicked!
I got lucky, I got my money back but it did cost me.....the bank immediately cancelled my debit card and issued me a new card......and I had to update all my autopays, but I still have my money!!!
False and misleading claims and hidden billing.
Claims were made online about these CBD products, with false endorsements. A free trial was offered, with only the shipping and handling costs charged. There was no obvious mention of a requirement to join a monthly billing arrangement and I did not see any notification of that requirement. I looked for it, because I know there often is some kind of requirement like this. I made the initial free sample order on July 19/ 2019 where I paid a total of $13.66 shipping. Unbeknownst to me, I was charged on my debit card, $89.82 and $89.84 on Aug. 5, 2019. I was charged an additional $89.82 and $89.84 on Sept 9, 2019.This is when I noticed the charges after I received another shipment and I called the company customer service. They agreed to refund the latest charges if I return the shipment which I plan to do. They would only agree to a partial refund on the first order, about $100.
I want the full refund of the total $179.68 THEY CHARGED for the initial shipment, which was supposed to be a free trial after I paid only the shipping charges. They have already agreed to refund approx. half of that.

This is a scam. I saw the free samples with only shipping charges. I scoured their website for anything about it being a subscription with recurring charges, but there was nothing. There was nothing on their order form. So, I ordered and paid for shipping. I saw something on the internet suggesting this was a scam, and so called the company to make sure that there were no further charges or shipments. I was told that it was a subscription, that I could cancel any future charges - but that they had already charged me twice for $49, and would only refund $20 for each. I told them that their website and order form said nothing about any recurring shipments and charges, and that I want a full refund. They refused. My bank is now sending a dispute letter and demand for refund. We'll see how that goes. Don't order these free samples. They will scam you out of more charges.
This business is a SCAM. I answered an internet off er for a bottle of CBD oil for the cost of shipping. The shipping was promptly charged to my credit card and the bottle arrived soon after. However, two weeks later a charge for $89.84 showed up on my credit card. I was told that I should have known about the charge because it was in the" terms and conditions" which I checked. I am supposed to be getting a refund for $45. The CBD oil they advertise is not free. You are expected to pay for it even if you do not want a monthly delivery of the oil. Since I just called them today, I can only hope they are not lying about the refund.

There are four charges on my bank account and they are saying there are only two. They won't issue a refund and hung up on me.
I order the cbd oil on a trial basis. It was a one time thing. On Sept 1, 2019, We got four charges on our bank account for the product that I had already paid the trial amount for. I called the company and the woman told me there were only two charges and I said, I am looking at four. She said they could only refund me 120.00 of the 179.00 but if I returned the cbd oil they would charge me 20.00 foe each return. I told her I would report to Revdex.com and she agreed to refund full amount for the two charges and still allows there are only two. Called phone number 888 865 7028 and a representative told me that they can only refund me $120 because they have a restocking fee and they won't refund me for the first 2 amounts because I didn't respond within 17 days. There was no documentation included with the first shipment I got, and they were both in the same box. This is surely a scam, as they charged my account right away on 08/05/2019 with the $89.82 and 89.84 payments. Not waiting the 17 days they supposedly said was their process. They also are stating false advertising by using celebrities that claim they are quitting their acting or singing careers to be in this business. So far I have seen Eric Clapton, Willie Nelson, and Snoop Dog used for their scam. Also I never opened bottles because after I got them I tried to find information on internet about them, I should have said I didn't want them right away, but I was trying to find research about that company. The address came up as a Post Office, that gave me a red flag right away. Couldn't find any company for New Leaf Naturals or no website for World Class Nutrition Oil.That was the company that was on my credit card statement. I want all my money back and there should be consequences for the false advertising they are promoting for their product. I would get the capsules analyzed, but I don't want to open the bottles. In the list of ingredients, it doesn't list the milligrams of cbd oil in each capsule. On the front of the label, it says 300 mg but not of what so I'm not sure what is in these capsules.

I'm satisfied with their prompt refund of all the charges that were incured.
I can even give this company 1 star but had to to post this review. I was charged for the free sample shipping. But, then charged 89.82 and 89.84 when I didn't authorize this. I called the company first when I saw the pending charges. I was told they would cancel me account and refund me 100.00 total. They said I had 14 days from the date I ordered to cancel my account. I did not order a subscription. I said I was charged 179.66. She then got louder and said "I told you we would refund 100.00". Of course I argued with her but she said that was all she could do. So I contacted my bank and they said I have to wait until the money is posted to do a dispute. My husband and I are on a fixed income, we can't have these miscellaneous charges just taken out of our bill money and rick having bills returned and bounced from our bank. AWFUL PEOPLE!
This is definitely a fraud situation. They advertised on Facebook using celebrities. The first shipment was a sample to try the products. $6.00 each for two products. Today they billed me a total of $178.00 for the ( test/sample ). This is definitely a bait and switch.
I called them today and they said due to a computer error they would mail me a check for $120.00 to be received in 7 to 10 days, not the complete amount.
I told them if they do not credit the full amount back to my credit card by 9/3/19 I will dispute the amounts with my credit card company and file a complaint with the Attorney Generals office concerning criminal fraud.
