Frauds. Sent for a sample and paid postage. Was assured no other charges would be applied to my account. Now they are charging my account 89.00 for shipments I don't want, need, or ordered. This charge has been done multiple times and of course no info on how to reach them except an address. Do not fall for this scam.

Business submitted unauthorized charges on my credit card.
Responded to a free trial of CBD products paying only a small shipping fee. Have now discovered additional and substantial unauthorized charges were submitted on my charge card. Information received prior to purchase stated this as a free trial with nothing seen indicating any additional charges or a future purchase. The small package that arrived included zero paper work and again nothing in the package indicated any obligation to additional charges or purchases. This is obvious fraud. Further, have called them via phone and requested the unauthorized charges be cancelled. They refused and the call was ended by the agent (Maria) rudely hanging up on me.

I signed up for the sample paying postage only. The company attempted to ship a regular order and my credit card company called to say they had received charges for 89.00 I sent emIl and never received acknowledgment they had cancelled order. Had to call several times before I got a live body. Be ware

This is a fraudulent company just asking for prosecution. This is an e-mail I sent to them that summarizes my experience:

I ordered samples of your products at the introductory rate. They were not helpful. I did NOT order more. Evidently, unbeknownst to me, your policy is to then sign me up for recurring monthly orders without my consent. On 8/5/2019, you charged my Barclaycard account $89.82 and $89.84 without my consent. If this order was not shipped yet, CANCEL IT. And cancel any unknown recurring charges. If already shipped, I will expect a full refund upon its return to you. I am "living" on Social Security and don't need this.

If you do not acquiesce to this, I will prefer complaints to the Virginia attorney-general, the Consumer Complaint department of Virginia, the FTC, the Revdex.com, etc.

My card bank and I tried unsuccessfully to contact you by phone several times today. The connections were bad, and you constantly referred me and my card representative to "specialists" whereupon the connections were lost. Needless to say, your business model is suspect.

My bank is waiting for your response via my call by Monday. In the meantime, I have blocked this card. If you do not respond to this issue in good faith, I will institute the aforementioned complaints.

I contacted my bank today and advises=d them that I have heard nothing, nor did I receive any further shipments. After reviewing this with them and advising them of the Revdex.com history, they listed my charges from this company as fraudulent and cancelled my card., I await a new card in a few days. Then I will pursue complaints as I listed in my email. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!

Charging credit card for items I did not order as a recurring charge
August 10th received notification from Credit card that New Leaf Naturals was charging me $89.82 and $89.84 as a recurring charge. I had paid for samples of CBD on July 24th using my credit card $6.84 and $6.82 from this company. On Aug 10th the $89.82 and $89.84 appeared as recurring orders for Revealmoredetox and RevealmoreGarcenia. I did not order these products or any other products from this company. I never ever received Revealmoredetox or Revealmoregarcenia. I called today and they said they were cancelling the orders and would send an email. I did not get an email and when I called the credit card company, they had put 2 more recurring charges on my account. $18,00 REVEALMOREGARCENIA.COM 833-845-2599 US and $19.00 REVEALMOREDETOX.COM 833-845-2599 US. This was done while I was talking to the representative on the phone and he was assuring me he was sending me an email verifying the account was closed. I think I have been scammed.

Ordered special offer once. And now have a pending payment for 89.84 for something not ordered. They also billed twice for the free offer shipping.
Offer from email under Costco survey was supposed to be charged for shipping only. Now have pending charge on my bank account for 89+$ from the company under their recriminations name.paid by debut card.

A bait then switch outfit. Products are very expensive and very low dose. Buyer be ware.

This business solicits orders by advertising a "Free Supply" provided postage is paid in the amount of about $7 per product. Apparently in the fine print somewhere it indicates that the free trial period is for 17 days although they send a 30 day supply of the product with the proviso that you will have to pay for anything beyond the free trial period. If somehow you try to return the product before the "free trial" period expires they still try to charge you the full amount of the product because once opened the product cannot be returned. That is, there is no free trial period. I called them up when my wife googled the product and noted it is a rip off of a product actually marketed by Willy Nelson, whom New Leaf Naturals fraudulently includes testimonials from along with other personalities.

This company said it was free only pay shipping so that I did. Now they are taking $89.82 out of my account that I didn't know they were going to do.
they are taking money out of my account that I didn't know they were going to do each month. I called and talked to customer service and let them know I didn't order anything but the free stuff and I paid the shipping on that. Now they took
money out of my account. $89.82 for a product that was to be free.

7/5 I bought 2 Trial size products: worthless.
No obvious subscription text on trial nor box to opt out.
8/5/19 Co. made 2 debits on my bank acct.
7/15 Trial Offer: CBD Oil Drops & CBD Capsules Pd with bank debit card from Arvest Bank, $6.82 & $6.84.
I searched Trial Offer online page for subscription 'ambush' text and for any future charges opt-out check box. I found neither.
When the product proved worthless, I forgot about it.
8/5 my Arvest account was debited $89.82 & $89.84, charges which I DID NOT authorize either actually or implicitly. There was nothing I could find on their Trial Offer page wherein New Leaf Naturals might remotely infer subscription recurring charge approval on my part..
Disabled senior photophobe vet in a wheelchair, on extremely limited pension, I cannot afford this theft of my month's groceries.
Respectfully, I need my paltry pension in full.
I have emailed and telephoned 'business' with no response whatsoever.
Speaking with the reputable Nu Leaf Naturals in Colorado, it is obvious now, that New Leaf Naturals was created as no more nor less than a naming similitude of the reputable company in order to bilk the public riding in on that reputable firm's good name.
I need my small income and am prepared to do whatever deemed necessary for that and to rid the world of another underhanded iteration.

I ordered the CBD supplements paid for product and shipping. Today (amonth later) I got charges to my card of $89.84 and another charge for $89.82 for no reason. I have not ordered anything from these people. Somebody please help I don't know what to do, I am elderly and on SS. now my bank account is drained and I don't know how to stop these people.

They took money out of my checking account without authorization.
On July 16,2019 I ordered a free sample bottle of New Leaf Naturals which I paid $6.84 for shipping and handling. On August 2, 2019 they took $89.84 out of my checking account without authorization. There were no order numbers or account numbers available on line. I used my debit card for payment. I have filed a disputed charge with my bank on August 2, 2019. I want this company not to take any more money out of my account and reimburse me the $89.84! They even use celebrity endorsements! They also use the name Vividlifeoil Com 888 865 7032 NY when taking money from my checking. Please help me.

July 17 2019 I watched a add to receive free samples just pay shipping which I did two charges of 6.64, on Aug 3 2019 two unathurized charges of 89.84 wewere taken from my checking account, I called there customer service and they told me nothing is free , they used Steven Tyler, Tom Hanks, Sam Elliot in this add.

I didn't order any more product, They have charged my credit card twice for $89.84 and they don't answer the phone.

Product was supposedly free you paid shipping . I just got bill twice for what was free
Today 08/02/2019 I was charged twice @89.43 for a total of 178.86. this product was suppose to be free we paid shipping only. order was shipped 07/12/2019. the product was CBD oil. The box it was shipped in had no paper work with it. I paid with debt card.

Read the fine print. No mention that this was a trial for any length of time, any charges associated with trial. Not even cancellation instructions that would have alerted me that this would be a subscription.

I tryed free product it turns out nothing is free and they charged me 193.32 im a senior citizen and can not afford this tried to return it came with no instructions and return info now im fighting them with my bank I think they are a fraud and should be banned from doing this!!!

just wait until the bill you 89.85 for each of those either after 15 or 25 days!! thenyou are really going to be mad!!!!
