In July I ordered 2 free samples of of 2 of their products, which a charge of about $6.00 shipping for each product. On Aug. 4 they charged my credit card 2 x $86.94, but did not ship me any product. I did not order any products, and would not have, as they were not to my liking, having tried the samples. Please do whatever you can to help me receive back my money. Thank you very much.

Charged my bank card even though I never ordered anything but the "FREE" sample
I ordered their FREE sample of cbd oil on 8/9/19 paid the $6.84 shipping and received my bottle. Thought it was over and done with. Today I check my bank account and they have taken $89.84 from my account without my authorization. I called and was told the same song and dance about contacting them within 14 days. I read their policy before I ever ordered this stuff and it does not contain anything about contacting them within 14 days. If it had I would have never ordered. They first told me they could give me $50 back told them nope wanted it all and they could talk to me or lawyer. Came back on line said tops was $70 figured I would just take hit for $25 and take the $70 but I told lady I would be reporting them to Revdex.com, filing a complaint with Revdex.com and putting it out on social media what frauds they are and how they scam people. I was put on hold again this time 5 minutes or longer and she finally comes back and says that she has been authorized to give me a complete refund of $89.84 and it should be back in my account in 10-15 days and that my account with them had been closed. Unfortunately my husband will not allow me to post anything on social media about my experience because he is afraid we will be sued by them. These people need to be stopped!!!! No telling how many they have scammed so far and no telling how many more that don't check their bank or credit statements!!! I will be checking daily for my refund!

They did refund me the $89.84 and it was in my bank acct within 2 days. My only thing is when you order this "free sample". It is not from their website you order through an advertisement so you never see anything about you must cancel within 14 days. I read everything carefully to make sure that you weren't signing up for a subscription service because if it had stated that this is what it was I would have never ordered!!!! I am pleased that they did fund me the full amount but first I was offered$50 then $70 and it was only after I told them I was contacting the Revdex.com and going to social media with what they were doing did they say they would give me a full refund. Will never deal with them again and all I can say is good riddance to them!
Unauthorized charges
While I investigated my account, I found another unauthorized charge for $15.85 from the same area, Florida, from HERBAL PUERH. This charge was disputed as fraudulent. I believe sites are related to each other.
I contacted the credit card site and they refunded the $15.85 charge. They also rejected the $89.95 unauthorized charge.

False advertising charged for what was supposed to be a free sample
I ordered a free sample of new leaf cod oil, paid the shipping charge and received a small bottle of cbd, got my bank statement and was charged the shipping charge and at a later date charged $89.84 for the free sample, I never received nor did I order anything else from this company, they are supposedly going to refund me $40 now and $ 40.89 when the receive the returned product which I returned unopened today, return receipt requested. They advertised using WillieNelson and other celebrities names

I saw no information about having to respond about anything, I ordered what was said to be a free sample for the amount of the postage, which I paid, the ad used Willie Nelson as the seller and quoted other celebrities such as George Strait. It advertised CBD oil and said nothing about weight lose, the company has sent me an e-mail saying they have credited my account for$40 and another for 49.84, when I get my credot Cardiff stement confirming Thisted I wilol be satisfied with their respons otherwise I will be in touch

I was told in a e-mai that I was credited $ 40 on Aug. 28, I was credited this amount, I was told in a e-mail that I was credited 49.84 on Aug. 29, I just spoke with my credit card company and there was no credit of this amount or from this company in that amount. I have record of all transactions through sept 10 and pending transactions and nothing other than the $40 was credited to me. I sent the unopened product back to them right away, I have not checked the mail receipt as they were to sign for the pkg.

$49.84 was never credited to my account so there was a mistake somewhere, I have been out of town and just checked my new bank statement thinking maybe the credit was posted after my last statement date, nothing other than the $40.00 has been credited to me, just to be clear.
I ordered a "sample" and paid $6.84 for shipping only. I have since been billed $89.84 for something else.
I ordered a sample of New Leaf CBD Oil Drops July 30, 2019 for $6.84, which was to cover shipping costs only. The sample was to be free. I received my monthly credit card statement today and saw that I had been billed $89.84 on August 16th by the same company. I phoned the customer service number of the company, 833.232.7593, to question the charge. I was told that since I hadn't called to cancel that my recurring monthly cost would be $89.84. It certainly wasn't clearly stated on any of the order pages that I was agreeing to recurring monthly shipments. And since the recurring charges weren't mention, obviously there was no mention on the order pages of how to cancel any future shipments. As as result of my call to customer service, they offered to cancel my contract and to refund $40.00 of the $89.84 charge as a "courtesy" to me.
I want a refund of the remaining $49.84 that they took from my account for something I don't want. I also want them to be more forthcoming on their order pages with defining the "trial period" and with the drastic consequences of not phoning the company to cancel the hidden "contract" for the recurring monthly charges. I acknowledge that the information about the trial and recurring charges is indeed available by clicking the "Terms & Conditions" link on the "Ready to place your order?" page. But I also point out that it's sneaky and not very business like to hide that information instead of putting it out front before the potential customer clicks the "Place order" button!

They wouldn't give me a 100% refund on 2 charges on my credit card total of $179.66 only $160.00 because they were opened after they were tried.
Purchased 07/03/19. Ad came across Facebook. I had heard about NuLeaf CBD oil & friends had suggested I try it to help with my chronic pain so I thought "why not, this was a trial & only pay for shipping $6.82 for each (oil & capsules)" Tony Hawk was involved with the company & I knew he had been involved with it seeing him in interviews on tv, social media, etc. so I filled out the info & received the product within a week. I was very surprised how quickly they came. I took the oil twice a day for a week & absolutely nothing. Bottle states Premium CBD OIL DROPS-300 mg, 30ml, 1fl oz.
Capsules state Premium CBD CAPSULES - 300 mg/30 capsules. Each product was charged to my credit card paid by August 10, 2019. On my new credit card bill there are new charges to for $179.66 ($89.82 + $89.84=$179.66) for the product that was sent to me that was supposed to be free back in July. I was never sent any paperwork in packaging to claim that this was a 14 day trail and if it wasn't returned or if you didn't call to cancel your membership your credit card would automatically be charged. When I talked to the person on the other end who could barely speak English, he said he couldn't give me my money back but maybe he could give $50.00 back, then when I asked to talked to someone else he went to $60.00. He put me on hold. A woman finally came on & explained everything over again but she said she'd return $70.00 since the items were opened. How can you try the items without opening them??? Anyway finally she said $80.00 for each item so I should be receiving $160.00 back on my credit card but I won't hold my breath.08/26/19 As I look at these bottles I realize that this isn't even the product that I thought I was buying. I thought I was getting NuLeaf Natural CBD oils. New Leaf is a total rip off company. I really want the rest of my money back since I'm on a fixed income. But this company needs to be shut down. I placed an order and my bank was charged. Never got the product.
I placed an order -, got the site from FB and the charge was put on my bank. I waited and did not get any product. I called New Leaf (the 800 # that was on my bank statement) and some oriental girl that spoke broken English at best answered. I told her I wanted a refund because I never was sent the product. She said that it was delivered according to USPS tracking. I told her they must have delivered to the incorrect place because I didn't receive it. I asked if it was signed for, and was told no. I told her I wanted a refund. then I got billed again ! Called back again and was told that I didn't cancel my subscription. I told them I only asked for a free sample and was never sent anything and my free sample was getting pretty expensive. Again told them I wanted a refund and not to charge my account again. They said I was not getting a refund because I didn't call them and remind them to cancel my account.. I told them never mind I was filing a dispute with my bank and they would handle them. My bank refunded my account and I had to change cards because they still had the old number.

On July 12, 2019, I was surfing the Internet and came across an ad with Martha Stewart promoting this CBD oil. My sister-in-law said I should try some for my arthritis. The add said it was a FREE trial, I just had to pay shipping. So I ordered a bottle of capsules and a bottle of their oil. I was charged twice on that day to my debit card. The first charge was for $6.84 from Great Start Healthy Serum in Florida (according to my debit card). The second charge was for $6.82 from Great Star Health Renewal and this was from New York.
When my products arrived I tried them, but it did not do anything to relieve my arthritic pain. My wife happen to check my debit card balance tonight and noticed another charge from the same company Great Start Healthy Serum for $29.94. I read all the literature before I ordered this product to make sure they were not going to send me any more orders without my authorization, but they did anyhow today (8-21-19).
What do I need to do to try to get my money back? All help will be greatly appreciated.

For anybody reading this... DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! It didn't help me at all and since I ordered it from a free trial I figured no harm no foul. However they ended up taking $39.94 and then $49.82 out of my bank account the following month. It has taken me 20 days to find their number that they actually answer. You end up talking to someone who doesn't speak English very well but you can tell them you want your account closed. They will give you a cancellation number and you need to keep that number in a safe place if they charge you again after cancelling your account with them and you keep the cancellation number you can sue them. Do not use their website to try and cancel your account either because they will tell you you didn't do something right and you will get charged again. The number to call them at is listed on the right side of this page under their address in Tampa Florida. And I give them a 0 Star rating but I had to pick a star level to post this review.
definitely a scam..... I got the "sample" in that i'd agreed to pay postage for and the person leaves the phone looking up my account for like 3 minutes..... comes back and says well before I can cancel you will have to pay for the products you've gotten..... well needless to say I told her I didn't think i'd be doing that......

Second charge is in dispute with PNC banking...When trying to get a refund, on their customer service line, I am diconnected each time..This is total fraud.....There was no paper work with shipment so I I have no paper trail..I am trying to find the order on my computer. So far no luck..So much for being close to 80 yrs of age..live and learn....

Site that sold "trial offer" doesn't have any information on continuing to charge and shipping more product. Nor informed me about any time to cancel future shipments. Also no way to contact supplier or site in any form, phone, text, email etc. Nor at what rate future shipments would be charged for. That's something that a consumer would like to know beforehand. I am awaiting a total refund to my account for unauthorized charges. Have not received any as of yet.

Advertising is misleading..I will contact my bank again however charges came from Trimline Weight Loss in Pa..Their phone number is XXX-XXX-XXXX..Spoke with owner Nadia Sharifi..email address is ***@mytrimline.com..She states she has nothing to do with New Leaf Naturals did not place these charges..Her company is weight loss center..Also states this has happened to her in the past. Does not sell online products. Please research further. But somehow New Leaf indicates theses charges. Seems like bank fraud using another company's name as indicated on my bank statement.
Thus has not been resolved. Regions Bank of doing the investigation for this matter. They indicated it would be maybe November until investigation is complete.
This place is a pure SCAM so stay away. I got charged $14 for delivery and $180 for the product. This was supposed to be a "prize" for filling out Amazon questions. They send you CBD oil for "free" is the price. However, they charge you $12 for shipping and is a monthly subscription, but is not told to you. Then if you don't stop the monthly part you get charged $180 for the CBD oil. When it shows up on your credit card they tell you tough luck it was a monthly subscription. So I am stuck paying $12 + $180 for a small vial of CBD. TOTAL SCAM so say away.

Company was using false advertising to lore people into trying a sample of their product only to be charged and told that they were not sent a sample!
Purchase date for a sample of CBD oil: 07/24/2019 Received date 7/27/2019 Payment $6.99 Problem date 08/13/2019 I was charged $89.99 to my bank debit card for the Sample. New leaf customer service said that what they sent was not a sample but the regular amount of 1.8 oz. They stated that I had 17 days to call them to cancel the order. This is deception on their part!

I then get charged $89.99 on 8/13/19 for them sending me, what their customer service says was not a sample, but a full bottle, 1.8 oz. that would have been purchased for this amount. They say I had 17 days to call them to cancel this order and payment from my bank from the time of SAMPLE order. I contacted the company using the phone number on the Revdex.com website. Spoke with Eric EXT: *** on 8/13/19 to cancel my account. Confirmation # *** He offered to reimburse my bank account $50.00 within 3-5 business days. We will see! This is truly false advertising to get people's attention!

This "New Leaf Naturals" offers a free trial with no mention of S&H charges, also they charge to credit card each month full price, even if canceled.
I ordered a free trial of CBD oil from "New Leaf Naturals" on 7/22/19 *** I called them on 7/25/19 because I noticed a ship and handling charge for oil and capsules. I only ordered one. I never saw S&H charges mentioned in the Ad. I told Mark at the company to cancel me, I do not want to be on any automatic shipment, and he said ok. I even got an email stating account closed. However, 8/8/19 I have a charge of $89.82 and a charge of $89.84 on my credit card w/o my permission. It is listed as Starmaxlean.com and Starmaxdetox.com. 1802 N. Howard 4587, Tampa, Fl 33607
I want no further contact or charges from this company. I am disputing the $89.82 and $89.84 charges with my credit card company, because I clearly stated no more and I have confirmation email that the account was closed for me, prior to these charges.
