I've been charged for products I never receivedThe delivery personnel mark themselves as arriving at my location and never in fact reach my doorI've observed the driver remaining in his truck and not completing the delivery, although he marks himself as doing soI've called 7-8x to their customer service number and the same answers are given that they'll follow up to understand the problem and no resolution is providedI was told I'd be provided products at no cost to compensate for the trouble and I was still charged for themUpon calling the customer service hotline to cancel my service through the automated prompts their system continually hands up on meI've taken photographs of the driver not fulfilling the delivery with a timestamp and the building is monitored by video surveillance and yet no one at the company is willing to truly rectify the problem; despite their helpful and friendly facade

I signed up to receive a water delivery from Poland Spring water to my residence on a Fri I completed the order and payment process online and only then was it indicated that someone or older would have to be present to sign for the water dispenser I had scheduled the delivery for Mon morning between 9-1pm I have to work and had no one else to sign for me so I immediately contacted them via email and explained my situation and asked if I could rescheduleI also tried to do so online but it stated that my delivery was already on the wayI received an email Sunday afternoon which stated for assistance with this matter to call and then provided a phone number What is the point of being offered the option to email if they are just telling you to callI tried to call no less than five times and every time got a prerecorded message that stated that due to a high call volume that they were unable to take my callFinally I received a call from the dispatcher asking for direc

Hi –
I have been a dedicated customer for several years now I have watched as you have raised prices due to “increased fuel charges” only to see them not come down again when gas prices declined I have a family of six – and we rely on our water delivery – so I haven’t complained about the egregious price increases over the yearsI will not accept, however, the poor management of your delivery service where I am constantly left without water I’ve attached documentation of my recent delays which is only getting worse I am also now experiencing the substitution of different water for my requested brand – getting distilled instead of springThis isn’t rocket science and knowing what your customer needs a full days in advance warrants a timely, accurate delivery Not only am I cancelling my service, I will be sharing my experiences of poor customer service in my online feedback There are far too many options out there to pursue, rather than accept this level of incompetencePLEASE CANCEL MY SERVICE MY EMPTIES ARE AT THE CURB

Delivery has been rescheduled times without a reason Telephone numbers are not picking up nor able to take messagesI have made a complaint to company via e mail and since then have been rescheduled more timesI feel they are doing this as a way to get back at me for complainingVery dissapointed in this company and there are no others that deliver Nestle waterMy hands are tied and they need serious looking at! I cancelled my account back in late June of last year and paid all final amounts owed to the company and returned all equipment I originally did not sign up with Ready Refresh by Nestle, they purchased I company I was using They proceeded to charge me again in late July for services I no longer had and for items that were returned I contacted them directly and was given the run around and told it would be taken care of and fixed This did not happen, they continued to charge my credit card, so I disputed the amount According to the credit card company they would not respond to their request to show that the charge was valid The amount was reversed so the next month they charged my card again without authorization This happened two more times, each time I disputed, they would produce anything to show the charges were valid My credit card company then advised me to permanently block Nestle
I am still getting bills and now they are adding late charges in the amount of

worst company ever they definitely do not know the meaning of the word customer service and on top of it they are very rude and the water is disgusting do not order from them there are hundreds of water co much better than them

Ready Refresh was supposed to deliver the equipment and required me to stay home
Stayed home and they rescheduled They did this thrice and I had stayed home for all three days
The service is so badI had asked to have a call before they came and the representative instead cancelled completely
No email for cancellation nothing
They do not respect my time and expect the customer to bend to their whims
