DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE I was a customer for about a yearNever had a problem with water delivery or qualityLast summer, after purchasing a refrigerator with a water filter, I no longer needed this serviceI called and told them so and made a delivery date for them to pick up their bottles I paid the balance on my accountAll was well....so I thoughtI started to receive monthly "past due notices" with monthly fines attachedI spoke with this company on numerous occasions to resolve this matterThey are rude and short on the phoneThey refused to acknowledge that I owed them nothingThey now claim I owe over $and will start collective actionI pride myself on my excellent credit score but this is a matter I cannot cave toIt's the principle of it This company is *** and ***Find another water serviceStay away from this one

Company have been putting unauthorized charges to my credit card after I have emailed and attempted to cancel my service for gal water delivery since june (acknowledge by agent on august 11,phone call )Their excuse was they receive multiple emails asking to cancel however proceed to continue submitting unauthorized charges since then knowing I have moved and sold my home and not receiving merchandise base on their excuse they never receive phone call to cancel I was never told to call and cancel over the phone .never receive email
after removed credit card from auto pay , my credit was still there and put back on auto pay illegally I have cancelled my credit card and somehow they were able to put charge through and now (8/11/2017) after talking to agent , I again receive notification that I have invoice after not receive it for months on my credit card that I have deleted

I am astounded and frabbergasted that such an disgusting organization can stay in business They postpone water deliveries for no reason - in my case for weeks, and when you go to their alleged customer service, they lie and placate They have been nothing but an aggravation and I strongly recommend that you steer clear of them Beware, this company is a total scam and a sorry excuse for a company

I have been experiencing problems with the water delivery service for a few months nowTwice they advanced my delivery date so I did not get a chance to take the bottles outOn 4/at 5:pm I got a notification that the bottles would be delivered that same dayI rushed to my house, and the bottles were already thereI got stuck with bottles in my basement
That same day, I called to ask them to pick up the bottles, but they said that they would not be able to do so until 5/On 5/11, I took out the bottles, but they did not show upI called again and they said they would pick up the bottles on 5/17, when my next delivery was scheduledAll bottles were brought back inside the house
On 5/17, after taking all bottles out, I got a notification that they can't deliver until 5/18; and on 5/another notification that they won't deliver until 5/No water for the weekend, and all bottles inside once again

Like the others here, I have received absolutely horrible customer service from this companyThe company repeatedly fails to make their deliveries on timePerhaps worse, however, is that the company does not care at allThey do not take any responsibility for their missed deliveries (which are rampant and throughout the country, as a search of Yelp reviews will confirm.) There has not been any communication to the customers and no apologies or explanationsWhen I call customer service, I am met with rude responsesI (perhaps stupidly) am giving them one more chance to delivery my water, but I fully expect that they will miss that and I will be canceling my service

Nestle is killing the Poland Springs brand with their terrible performance and customer service This is a WATER DELIVERY SERVICE and I'm getting NO water, MISSED deliveries (with no notice) and BAD service (teleprompt hell when you call)
