For the past months the scheduled deliveries have been re scheduled by the company and to date there have been no water deliveries madephones and emails to Nestle have been made and requests to end the service altogether was made as well and a schedule for rental equipment + bottles was madeThose items which have now become an eye sore are collecting dust outside my home waiting for a pick up
In addition, I continue to receive emails about new delivery times
I now have to call the City and ask them to pick up these bottles plis equipment as it has been weeks since the scheduled pick up

Consistently reschedules delivery datesUnable to get through on 800#Get rebo replies when emailed stating someone will contact within business day Have noticed there are hundreds upon hundreds of other customers with the same exact complaints on various other blogsDo your business elsewhere as they seem not to care about their lack of service

Nestle's bottled water deliver is horrible and their website says "Satisfaction Guaranteed" Every month they delay the water deliveries sending me an email after it is scheduled and then calling to say it is a new day and then they show up on a totally different day I keep calling and for the past year they say it is due to "operational difficulties" It is a joke, they just hire very few people to maximize their profits

We have automatic water delivery scheduled for our account with Nestle Waters/*** *** We were notified that due to weather conditions, our original delivery date for this week scheduled for March 14th would be moved to March 16th My wife happened to log on to our online account and saw that the delivery date was once again moved to Monday, March 19, We received absolutely no notification or communication via email or phone call to tell us the delivery date was once again moved This lack of communication on the part of *** *** is completely unacceptable, especially since our days when deliveries are expected require some planning on our part and my wife would have basically been staying at the house all day waiting for a delivery that would never come I contacted a customer service rep who had nothing but excuses about how they are aware of logistical problems, but frankly I don't care about their internal problems They need to do something to resolved the l

We have had nothing but issues with ReadyRefresh the past couple monthsIn December we received less than half our order and somehow got off of our institution's delivery scheduleWhen we were supposed to receive our bottles on January 22nd, we started calling every day to confirm where our delivery wasEvery day for the past two weeks the delivery gets pushed to the next dayFor over a week now, I have spent time calling to speak to representatives and several managers - all confirming it will "arrive tomorrow"Tomorrow keeps coming, dates keep getting changed, and no water is delivered
We still have no idea when we will receive our water and have wasted a lot of precious time trying to solve this issue with their unhelpful customer service representatives

I can't even give this service one star as their customer service is hideously, absurdly terrible I've had this service for over years and perhaps once or maybe twice every year they come on the day the schedule saysWhen I called regarding white chunks that look like plastic coming out in my water, I was sent a you tube video link on how I had to literally dismantle my cooler, flush it out and then put it back togetherIf I want it replaced (despite renting it each month), I have to pay a $trip charge?! And lastly, for the icing on top of this very terrible cake, I called to cancel the service and not only do they give you a RIDICULOUS hour window that you have to be home for them to pick up the cooler, they don't credit you for any unopened bottles!?!?!?! FIVE HOUR WINDOW?!? They won't even call you with an updated arrival time as 'their drivers don't have cell phones' CANNOT BELIEVE THIS COMPANY IS STILL IN BUSINESS WITH THIS HORRIFIC SERVICE STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM ARROWHEAD/READY REFRESH WATER DELIVERY

I canceled my service back in April, I was told I was going to get my refund via check or direct deposit into the card on file, a week after I didn't receive anythingI call and spoke to another agent, she said she was going to email the refund department about my $deposit which should have been returndays later I got a check on the mail for $I deposit that check, and this company put a stop payment on a few days latter and deposit the $dollars into my card on filemy back charge me $because this company put a stop payment on the checkI called multiple time and spoke to several representatives and they all said oh yeah its been refund already call your back, I call my back and no refund was done or deposit into my account and I double check my statement and nothingmy nestle account number #***

This company is the worstWhen I actually get a delivery it feels like ChristmasAnd now I just sent a complaint to them for charging for items I never receivedIf they don't credit me right away I will close my account

I have been a customer since and the past year receiving a consistent delivery is impossible For example, my delivery was scheduled for Thursday, April 4th, It has since been rescheduled TIMES!!! Getting through to customer service is impossible The phone number to contact them hangs up on you or does not leave you the ability to leave a message
Email is a joke No one ever responds
I have no idea what is happening with Ready Refresh but they have just lost a long time customer
