Back in September of 2016, I notified Nestle that I was double billed one month They ignored my request to correct the invoice and continued to stack on fees for a payment I did not owe At this time, they continue to add fees even though I cancelled the account and owe nothing They have now also reported this to a collections company that has been harassing me to no avail
They actually should owe me for a a late fee I paid, which I should not have owed

Called the customer service number regarding my invoice (###-###-####) on 10/22/spoke to Edna and per Edna after she hung up on me on the first call and I called back and get her again and I ask why she hung up and she said we were disconnected and I ask to speak to a manager she apologize and we resolved my issue and that she was supposedly zero out my balanceToday 10/25/I login to my account and saw that $was debited on my account so I called them and spoke to Danielle and she hung up on me also after explaining to her that per Edna this was suppose to be zeroed and per Danielle no it was not and I explained to her what was and all of a sudden I hear a click I called another ###-###-#### and spoke to Chris and that's when I decided I'm just going to go in this direction since I can't speak to the manager or supervisor to explain my issuesI don't have any other number that I can call and I know its not that big of an amount but they insist that it was for bottles

I placed on order for water delivery service a month ago 5/and set up recurring payments once the product was deliveredNestle delivered me machines over days (5/8-5/10)that was leaking all over the floorAfter they delivered the second machine that was leaking, I was instructed by their rep to drain all the water from the bottle and someone would pick up machine the next dayDelivery person came the next day and I advised on how displeased I was with the service and did not want to continue with serviceNestle in turn, bills me for a monthly fee 5/and deposit of $

Business charges exploitive late fees ($20) on $invoices and makes it impossible to reach anyone to resolve so as to create ongoing credit issues
It creates the illusion of internet communication but does not allow the resolution by internet or email
Present hold times exceed minutes to speak with anyone

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLEThis is the 4th month in a row you have not shown up on my delivery date and continue moving it to another day, after another dayFor example I was supposed to get it delivered on 5/15/8, called yesterday on the 16th and made ANOTHER complaint, said we guarantee you will get it by thenHere it is the 17th and now I look at the site and it was yet again rescheduled for the 18thYou have absolutely no issues taking my money ON TIME yet you continue telling customers the same junkAt first your service was great, now we have to play phone tag monthly and get told the same thing over (we are working on getting better) with what? Don't tell me like you do your other posts here with your automated computer responses to message you, clearly calling and messaging you solves absolutely nothing and does not address the issue or solve anythingMy advice to anyone looking to buy water, outcast these people because they suck now and there customer service no longer cares

I am so FED up with Ready Fresh!! I have been a customer with them for almost yearsSince the beginning of the year, I have nothing but problems with my deliveriesSaid they will be here and they don't show up!!! Call and complain and they say it will be here the next dayNO SHOWMost recently in March, I received a new delivery date scheduleThey actually made the delivery in April on timeMy water was supposed to be delivered on May 7thWe still did not receive it on May 10thCalled to complain, we had no water at this time and had to go purchase water!!! Should I really have to purchase water when I should be getting mine on time? And when I am paying for it I spoke with a CS repShe had the nerve to say I should have called sooner!!! She said that the water would be delivered on 05/14/Water did not come on 05/14, 05/15, 05/I guess it's ok if they send an email each night saying it would be delivered the next day!!!! Called on 05/The woman I spoke to promised that I would get it by ThursdayAt this point I was compensated free bottlesThursday 05/and Friday 05/NO WATER!!! Got an email saying it would arrive on 05/21/Called again to cancelI was doneI am now a month and a half from when my water should have been hereI got transferred to a case worker where he told me I would still be charged for the rentalWHY!!!??? haven't been using it, no water is on itAnd that he would schedule the pick up of the cooler on the 21st, the date water was going to be delivered!!! How convenient you can pick you your water cooler, but you can't bring me my water when you say you will!!!! The best part was he said that is my original date scheduledNO SIR, my date scheduled was 05/07/18!!!! Good luck with this company if you choose to use itI have been inconvenienced enough in the past few monthsI would rather go else whereNot reliable at all anymore!!!!!
