Service Center on 9/15/to close her account, and her bottles and cooler were picked up on 9/19/15.? I firmly believe that the only reason this business finally acted properly is the fact that the Revdex.com was involved.? The many similar complaints against them found on the internet, including many with the Revdex.com, are indicative of their lack of integrity and customer service.? Because of that documented history, I am puzzled by the Revdex.com's "A-" rating of this company.? Consumers should not have to resort to complaining through the Revdex.com to simply get businesses to do their job.? All of that said, I find that this resolution, which was a direct result of Revdex.com mediation, is satisfactory to me

I am rejecting this response at this time because the Revdex.com system gives only two options, accept or reject.My intent is to accept the resolution as soon as the check for the agreed-upon amount arrives from the business and clears the bank.? The agreresolution is fair, but given the history of poor communications and past promises from this business, delaying closing this Revdex.com complaint until promises are kept seems prudent.I will update the Revdex.com file accepting the resolution after the check arrives
