I had a credit card on file and agreement that that they would bill me monthlyinstead they would bill large amounts at random times and send me letters of past due and charge me late feesI called several times to complain about this and at my latest call today I was told this was sent to collection

WARNING: Don't use Nestle Waters Service if you have an asphalt driveway GO ELSE WHEREI have been a customer for over years I started with *** *** and Nestle Waters bought them out Their 30,pound trucks have backed up in our driveway many times and now our asphalt driveway is cracked in many places Nestle refuses to repair damages created by their trucks They say its not their responsibility Nestle Waters takes your money and they take no accountability for their actions These damages will cost thousands to repair our driveway Their customer service is horrible, bottles have been dirty and leaking many times We will have to take legal actionWHO NEEDS AGGRAVATION FOR BOTTLED WATER THERE ARE MANY OTHER WATER DELIVERY COMPANIES

I have been a customer of *** *** water delivery service for over two years, now called Ready RefreshLast year I moved addresses and the delivery services began to frequently come late and unannouncedThis is problematic at my new address because I live on the third floor and a key is required to get into the building, so the driver needs to buzz so I can let him inThere is always someone home at my apartment and there is no reason for the water to come unannouncedI made a call about this at the beginning of this year and the customer service rep assured me it would be taken care ofIt was not and the delivery driver would continuously drop my water off at the bottom of my building unannounced, left in the sun or snow until I realized it was outsideThe larger issue arose today, when I tried to cancel my services and the customer service rep told me I owed nearly $for un-returned empty bottlesNow, for the last year, since the delivery driver has come unannounce

regarding an ongoing delivery issue. Mr*** was originally scheduled to receive a
delivery on May 18th, however the delivery never arrived. Unfortunately, no update was given to Mr***
and he was unsure as to the status of his delivery. The delivery was finally made on Friday, May
22nd. *** apologized for
the inconvenience and agreed that Mr*** should have received an update as to

I would like to file a complaint about Deer Park Water Direct/Nestle Waters home delivery service I have been a customer since 2011, and the company had been reliable in the past However, this year, the company has become completely unreliable Every water delivery this year has been late, but the month of June was completely unacceptable Water was originally scheduled to be delivered on June 13th, For several days, I received automatic e-mail alerts indicating there would be a delay in delivery Even after phone calls, no water was received in June

Company repeatedly cancelled/rescheduled delivery dates without prior notification When calling, company would allege that appointment was pushed by one dayAfter one month of no delivery and daily calls, I opted to cancel the service altogether and requested a refund of my credit balanceI also asked that the company pithe six (6) empty 5-gallon water bottles that would also result in a refund To date, the company has yet to refund any of my credit balance nor has the company pickthe water bottles

DREADFUL SERVICE ACROSS THE BOARDConstant delays with water delivery, pushed back one day, then pushed back another day from the first delay, etc., etc., and customer service is nonexistentAs per the other complaints, Ready Refresh/Nestle Waters will send a generic reply apologizing for these delays due to their "organizational challenges", letting us know how important we are to them but offer no resolution Then have the audacity to tell us to call them for customer serviceThe delivery schedule is really more of a suggestion than a schedule and at the end of the day, they'll deliver when they damn well pleaseUntil then, I'll continue to add bottles to each delivery so I can hoard water until Nestle grants us the pleasure of their scheduled servicesDo some research and find another delivery service

I signed up for the service last year and from the beginning we experienced numerous issues, the driver will never bring the gallon jugs up to the second floor of the complex and would leave them outside therefore never picked up any empty drums leaving me with a stack of drums which I called and complained many times and every single call I was assured that on the next delivery it would be done correctly and the empty drums would be pick up, after getting tired of dealing with that for months I decided to cancel the service, payed off the balance and schedule a pick up of empty drums and water dispenser, that was almost two months ago and all those items are still sitting in my house occupying space because they never show up, just in the past month I have called times(including yesterday) to handle the matter and even though they "schedule" the pick up the driver never shows up, I have lost personal time and at work taking time off so someone can be home for them to pick up the

I have the same complaint as everyone else The delivery date keeps changing every month! I received postcards with the original delivery date, why bother They pushed it up two days and when I just checked it was pushed up another days!

I have been ordering regular water by you in orderd water over a week ago and I keep seeing that I an getting the water tomorrow when I try to call customer service all they to say is sorry and make it sure that they just want to finish the conversation so I called up to cancel my services and your employee was completely fine with it my question is just why do I have to feel like I am feeling right now after being completely loyal to you ?

I've been a member of ReadyRefresh since SeptemberAt first my deliveries were consistent and without issueThe past three or so months I have had constant delays in delivery where I receive a message noting my delivery is coming tomorrow only for tomorrow to come and I receive a note saying that my delivery has been postponedThe worst issue has been the past two weeks when my delivery was scheduled for May 22nd and I have legitimately received a message every day noting it has been postponedToday is May 30thSo consecutive days of my delivery being postponedI am about to just cancel my service and go back to buying bottle water in the supermarket
